I am from Hebbal, Bangalore. I had to send a package to Reserve Bank of India, Nrupathunga road, Bangalore. I went to your outlet on Hebbal Ashram Road and registered my package on 14th September 2015. The representative in the outlet told me that it will be delivered the next day i.e, 15th September 2015. Today 16th september the status of the package is IN TRANSIT. The representative picked the call to listen to my concern but there is no response from him. When I called him again he is not picking the call. This is highly unexpected behaviour. very unprofessional people. No response and very bad customer service

AWB NO: C59709088 I have give the complaint for the mis-behavior and non delivery of the package several times. I have given email, called to customer care, but i would like to inform that there was no reply or call from DTDC. I emailed to all available email id, but still no response. . They delay as usual happend in the chandanagar area of hyderabad. The delivery guy called and asked me to the package from the office. When i denied, he told me if i need the package then get from the shop. I would like to also inform all that, the DTDC has outsourced the delivery of the packages, and they dont have any control over them. No complaint is gona work. Even if you loose the package they are not gona do anything. such a pathetic customer care and services. !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID DTDC

DTDC tracking number: B24916104. DTDC has delayed my shipment and it appears it took some time to track where my shipment was misplaced. Also they are very slow in responding. A per there update the parcel has arrived to PUne today mornibg. From Pune the destination is not very far. But I dont know ehy they are delaying. I had hard time contatcing them . Its been more than a week now, still i am unsure if my shioment will reach its destination,

My shipment no .z66104403 was booked on[protected] from ALIGARH for MEERUT, which is yet not delivered. And your customer executives do not provide exact details of the location of the package. I fear it as a case of mishandling of my consignment. Kindly take necessary actions ASAP.

I booked my order through PREMIUM EXPRESS ZONAL PLUS mode, on 10th September, 2015 at the Bhubaneswar facility and was informed that it will surely be delivered on 11th September, 2015. Today is the End of Day of 13th September, 2015, and the package is still not delivered. If my package is not delivered by the deadline, I will not be able to appear for my examination. IT MUST BE DELIVERED BY NOW. DTDC has completely failed in its service and it can damage my career prospects. This is the lowest level to which a company can fall. I booked a courier DTDC From Rajouri (Jammutawi) on 07/09 TO Ranchi (Jharkhand) its not delivered till now. When i tried to enquiry booking counter we sent to destination, Singarayakonda(ANDRA PRADESH) its not delivered till now. Hi there I sent a courier from Roorkee to gurgaon on 18 aug 2015. (docket no: Z[protected] It has still not reached to the person whom I sent. It is showing status Out for delivery since so many days. If these people cannot deliver in metros in time then what can we expect of them to deliver things in some rural/remote areas. Its clearly a lack in services on their part. it was a birthday gift for someone and DTDC people just destroyed the essence of the event. I tried calling the Gurgaon office, One India number given on their site; their Bangalore head office to lodge the complaint. All the three numbers are either not picked or are alws busy. Now I doubt whether the number given on site is even correct or not Pls help me locate the parcel and get it delivered it as soon as possible.. Varinder

Dear Sir, I had booked a pkt for Daman ( Mr. B.K.Mohanty, Near Vapi, India ) on 03.09.15. It was assured to reach by 3-days. Till now my Client has not recd the parcel. While tracking it is showing in transit and last base at Hyderabad Apex 04.09.15.

The courier has been dispatched from udupi on 14th Aug to Mysore thandavapura village, but the courier man Mr. Prasanna he is not delivering our parcel, I dont know what kind of service you are providing, every time we call him he will tell that deliver today tomorrow so on... The courier dtdc office vidyaranpura strling also not taking proper responsibility deliver the parcel. The worst kind of service irresponsible staff.. Not picking customer care phones.. Hi, recently I have ordered the product from amazon and we want to return the product so we choose DTDC courier to return the product to amazon. They took the parcel nearly 15 days ago the parcel should be delivered to the address dharuhera in haryana.but it was not delivered if we track it showing that the parcel is in return from dharuhera to bhimavaram. if we cal customer service asking about the cause they are saying we don't have service at that particular region Dharuhera then why these people taking consingnments if they can't deliver. I have to send that product before 17 sep to amazon if I can't the amount will not refund by them. I think it may take another 15 days to get the product from DTDC I have no more time to choose other courier service hate it

My brother had couriered a phon from banglore DTDC courier chandapura branch and my tracking id is-CN num- B23911837 And the location is showing in muzaffarpur bihar and thay are telling that no we don't have any product of those and no one is responsing what to sir. Pls help me

On 1-September-2015 one courier made from NOIDA to PUNE with Reference number: F09294036. As per the status Courier reached PUNE on 3-September-2015. After that I Called several times for the Assistance but didn't receive any help. Over the phone with DTDC I filed a complaint too with ID: 00776305. Over the phone the Executives are providing only one information. We will check and give you a call back and they never call.
