I had a package coming from bangalore whose tracking no. is B24716710, this company returned the package back to the place without contacting me and updated the status online that Address OK but no such person with this name. Nobody had called me and informed that a package is going to be delivered today at my address. I haven't received even a single call from the nearby office or the delivery person. 6th august, 2015: DTDC Couriers: My package numbered M18846875 has not yet reached its destination even though it was in the same city i.e. Mumbai. It has been 15 days and the service provided is aweful. No one picks up on Customer Care helpline number and no one has responded to emails. Please send me the reason why it is getting delayed by so long and take appropriate actions and inform me regarding the same....

Hi, I have ordered product in Rewardme.in. They have dispatched the package through DTDC courier Tracking Id/ AWB number - M23834855 on 28th July 2015. I was tracking my package through DTDC website, it is showing that package has been to delivered. But i didnt receive my package yet. they have delivered to wrong person. My brother had send a Electronic Key Board by DTDC courier service vide cosignment no.- M23183802 with cust ID- MF153 from Mumbai to Viskhapatnam . I have received the same at Viskhapatnam on 20 Aug 15. When i open the item, item is mostly damaged. There are many crack on front and back side of Keyboard (Photo proof are attached) many key of keyboard are misplaced. I totally unsatisfied with DTDC courier service. Worst service!! Pls solve...

I Have Booked a Consignment on 17/08/15 morning 9.30 at the valluvar kottam high road dtdc booking office to kalluvathukal post, kollam, KERALA and they told that normal booking will be cost of rs.300 and it will be delivered on 4 th day and the executive one will be at the cost of rs. 615 and it will be on a guaranteed delivered on the second day i.e on 19/08/15. So i have Booked the parcel on the excecutive one that is at the cost of rs.615....

I have couriered a Rakhi and a pen (both cost 500rs) from Bangalore to Delhi : Dated 14 August 2015, consignement no: B23746076 but the Rakhi is missing and not delivered in Delhi. Status of courier is displayed as Delivered. The courier boy in Delhi says "IT FELL DOWN, and ITS MISSING". I want a refund back from the DTDC courier....

Sir, the awb. status of Z64380135 provided by ebay seller is really confusing, i've written lot of mails to customer care, but till now there is no response as usually from DTDC. this is not good for a reputed(!) company, whatever may be the problem, it is good habit to reply with appropriate answer, but this is my third issue with DTDC, those good people are not at all responding to anything....

I sent a courier from gurgaon to Goa (Ponda) on 3 august 2015 but it has not yet been delivered to the receiving party and it's showing in the tracking column that it has been delivered. Myself Kamal, I have sent courier on 11-Aug-2015 though DTDC courier from CHENNAI to SALEM. My Tracking No.: C62193712. When I check the status it was reached to salem courier office on 12-Aug-2015. The problem is still my courier has not been reached to my home. I tried to call the customer care no one picks up the call and there is no response from courier office in salem. It was dispatched from Bilaspur C.G on 6th of August 2015 but almost a week has gone the status is still Showing Rajpura. The actual destination of the parcel is Patiala Pb .The DTDC Punjab believes that it has been already delivered to the client & now they are not even ready to accept my phone call ....

I booked my consignment on 10th August for local mumbai delivery in Kandivai 100101. Consignment number is M22757997. Its 13th Aug and its still not been delivered. When I called Customer service - they are saying it was booked from Kolhapur. Highly disappointed as this has some really important documents....
