A small consignment was booked on 17/08/2015 from Bokaro to Bangalore vide docket No. K80988722.It was assured that the consignment will be delivered within a week at Bangalore. Till date, It has not been delivered. Online tracking says that the consignment was dispatched from dtdc facility, St. Jhons Road Branch Bangalore on 25.08.2015 at 12.00 A.M. But it never arrived at the designated address. On enquiring from dtdc co-operative colony branch, Bokaro Steel City, from where the consignment was booked, they are not able to give any satisfactory answer.We are simply sick & tired by there attitude. In fact I gave them the option of insurence claim also, since the consignment was insured but nothing happens. Consignment number - F09253136 Sent from Indiranagar to Yelahanka, 8 days back. Check for yourself how shamelessly it is lying in their hebbal center ever since. Go to their Tracking system and put the Doc number given above. No one picks call, no response to emails.[protected], [protected](Suresh Gandhi), [protected](Srinivas), [protected] . so many numbers. They have kept to listen to ringtones I think. Pathetic. Do not go for DTDC even in the worst of cases. Local courier services are much better than them.

But till date the courier not deliver to SHimla. In the courier pack there are rupess 20000 (Twenty Thousand) material. Sir, Actually we have to receive one courier from chennai (i.e) cheque we are waiting and commitment based on that.. But still haven't received.. i called to trichy DTDC place is tollgate.. but answer is not properly and rude.. this is not customer service.and i called Edamalaipatti pudur DTDC courier place one guy spoken he is very rude.. why should keep this kind of peoples.. They are spoiled DTDC Courier group.. pls. take necessary action please

Complaint Regarding CN No-Z[protected] I had sent parcel on 24 April'15. This is complaint regarding - Parcel was marked Delivered ever though it was not delivered. I had called to Gurgaon office last month, customer support officer confirmed that they have my parcel. So i requested to return the parcel back to my address. But after many follow ups. My parcel is missing. I have not received it yet. I had never expected such service from DTDC. Worst service ever. Its been 6 month since i'm following up for this. No body responds at [protected]@dtdc.com and css.[protected]@dtdc.com. Even tried reaching [protected] and many other mentioned in site. No response. I'm really disapponted that i have choosen this companies services. It seems management does'nt care about whatits employee are doing with cusomer.

I sent one courier i.e. demand draft of Rs. 500 to Punjabi University Patiala through DTDC Courier on[protected] having CN. No. Z55490920 but it has not delivered yet. when i track this number, it shows delivered at Bathinda, when i tried to talk with the person from whom i got it delivered he did not give satisfactory answer. and the university is not issuing my certificate. for all this DTDC courier is responsible. i want my money back.

I have send a document with DTDC courier service to Indore on Aug 28th 2015, However till date it is showing in transit on DTDC official tracking website link . I have raised complaint to Mumbai customer care as well as Indore customer care at least 5 times in 5 days i called both, but Indore service says, sir we were about to receive 40 times out if which we only got 35, Hence you courier seems lost some where can you check with Mumbai service if they haven;t sent it .when I insisted them that that is your job to track now, they said alright sir we will do our best, their answer never changed in later follow up calls . As a safe guard i tried mumbai service as well, they said we have delivered every thing to them . they said best you drop mail to dtct customer service, i did same and got the automatic case registered mail like below . 1. Case# 00799923 : Tracking Query Case Status : In Queue...Consignment No : M23527674 I between alomost 10 passed and nobody bother to call me and update about the status .I interim i asked my relative to visit Indore office also, they try to search their but didn't found it . Now what am suppose to do, i need my original document recovered .I am trying to escalate the issue but not finding the correct contact .can anyone help on below :- 1. Do they have way to track the doc ? 2. Are they really bothered about client satisfaction and their pain, like i am feeling here . 3. What DTDC do with case number and complaint number, are they wroth in followup or just remain like digit, which nobody care in their department . 4. how i can get my document back as i need it in urgency, hence delivered by courier .

Dear all, as per above complaint subject we send one package on 27.08.2015 to srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. but still that package are not delivered at addressee.
We track from there locations & telephone nos also but proper answer given by (srinagar Desk) We also agree to collect from there desk but not proper communication s passes away. If we book any consignment on door delivery basis then why we need to take initiative for collecting the package?
Kindly look in to this matter ASAP.

I had ordered a product through ebay and the seller had shipped the item through DTDC courier. When I track the item, it has already been received at the delivery location couple of days ago. However, there was no intimation or delivery of the product by the local delivery office. I had similar experiences before and I had to go and collect the packages myself from the local office. Date shipped from Delhi: 11/09/2015 Date received at local delivery office (Alwaye) : 15/09/2015 Ref no: Z62874996 I called up the office today (17/09/2015) and I was asked to collect the same from the office. Aren't we paying the courier company for delivering the products at the designated address ? My address is well within the delivery area.

Dear DTDC customer Service, This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. on 26th i received a mail from Bangalore that my admit card has been dispatched but still i am not received any product, when i confirmed with your courier office in munirka branch, they checked with doc no: and saying that product has been already delivered which is not . Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered ASAP. Sir, My DTDC courier tracking number is B23911837. The content inside was an iphone 4s(white) mobile phone. The courier's status is showing in Muzaffarpur(Bihar) but they said they don't have our parcel. I registered complaint on DTDC but i didn't get any response. The courier with consignment number B24914695, booked originally from Bangalore on September 9, 2015 has not yet reached the intended address. It was promised tome that the courier will be delivered in 2 days time & it has been 7 days, with no trace of the consignment. Even if the DTDC website is showing the consignment number as In transit. This is the level of service, that is not at all acceptable from a leading service provider like DTDC. Track the Consignment & let me know the status of the same, else I would be bound to take a legal action against DTDC, in consumer court.

I am from Hebbal, Bangalore. I had to send a package to Reserve Bank of India, Nrupathunga road, Bangalore. I went to your outlet on Hebbal Ashram Road and registered my package on 14th September 2015. The representative in the outlet told me that it will be delivered the next day i.e, 15th September 2015. Today 16th september the status of the package is IN TRANSIT. The representative picked the call to listen to my concern but there is no response from him. When I called him again he is not picking the call. This is highly unexpected behaviour. very unprofessional people. No response and very bad customer service

AWB NO: C59709088 I have give the complaint for the mis-behavior and non delivery of the package several times. I have given email, called to customer care, but i would like to inform that there was no reply or call from DTDC. I emailed to all available email id, but still no response. . They delay as usual happend in the chandanagar area of hyderabad. The delivery guy called and asked me to the package from the office. When i denied, he told me if i need the package then get from the shop. I would like to also inform all that, the DTDC has outsourced the delivery of the packages, and they dont have any control over them. No complaint is gona work. Even if you loose the package they are not gona do anything. such a pathetic customer care and services. !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID DTDC

DTDC tracking number: B24916104. DTDC has delayed my shipment and it appears it took some time to track where my shipment was misplaced. Also they are very slow in responding. A per there update the parcel has arrived to PUne today mornibg. From Pune the destination is not very far. But I dont know ehy they are delaying. I had hard time contatcing them . Its been more than a week now, still i am unsure if my shioment will reach its destination,

My shipment no .z66104403 was booked on[protected] from ALIGARH for MEERUT, which is yet not delivered. And your customer executives do not provide exact details of the location of the package. I fear it as a case of mishandling of my consignment. Kindly take necessary actions ASAP.

Tracking Number is: V25517076, Origin - Bhubaneswar, Destination - Kolkata. PLEASE HELP - IT IS URGENT My package is an exam form whose last date of submission is 15th September, 2015. I booked my order through PREMIUM EXPRESS ZONAL PLUS mode, on 10th September, 2015 at the Bhubaneswar facility and was informed that it will surely be delivered on 11th September, 2015. Today is the End of Day of 13th September, 2015, and the package is still not delivered. If my package is not delivered by the deadline, I will not be able to appear for my examination. IT MUST BE DELIVERED BY NOW. DTDC has completely failed in its service and it can damage my career prospects. This is the lowest level to which a company can fall. I booked a courier DTDC From Rajouri (Jammutawi) on 07/09 TO Ranchi (Jharkhand) its not delivered till now. When i tried to enquiry booking counter we sent to destination, Singarayakonda(ANDRA PRADESH) its not delivered till now.
