It was dispatched from Bilaspur C.G on 6th of August 2015 but almost a week has gone the status is still Showing Rajpura. The actual destination of the parcel is Patiala Pb .The DTDC Punjab believes that it has been already delivered to the client & now they are not even ready to accept my phone call .

My consign no is a32418166 i ordered a product in ebay on 29-Jul-15 and shipping starts on Aug 01, 2015 and it now Aug 13, 2015 still not delivered.I track my product it shows coimbatore on Aug 11, 2015 which is only 2hours from my place but there is no sign of delivery still.I complained it to its coimbatore brach my complain no is 00669173 before 2 days but no response yet.Please help me to get my product ...really worst experience with dtdc.

I booked my consignment on 10th August for local mumbai delivery in Kandivai 100101. Consignment number is M22757997. Its 13th Aug and its still not been delivered. When I called Customer service - they are saying it was booked from Kolhapur. Highly disappointed as this has some really important documents.

Dear Team, My name is Javed Mirza . I am working with Ps Softech Pvt. Ltd. . We had sent one parcel Currier through DTDC company at Hubli, Karnataka on dated 31/07/2015 . So our parcel missed by DTDC and they are not giving proper Solutions . We are facing so many problem about this mater and your DTDC employee are not taking any action about this mater . I am continue talking with Mrs . Kruti . She is watching this mater but she is also not giving any resolution about this major mistake . And Mrs. kruti is sitting at Your Ahsram road branch, Ahmedabad . DTDC employee are daily give us nonsense reasons and don't solve our problem . This mistake done by main Branch of Ahmedabad . They are not taking serious to this mater and they are wasting our time . And also not pick up calls . So please give me urgently resolutions about this mater . This mistake done by dtdc side but still not find our parcel by your team .

My item with consignment no. D22669087 was dispatched from Delhi for Imphal, Manipur, on 29.07.15 and supposed to be delivered in a week i.e. 4th Aug. But I am outraged every time I check the status to find the consignment is "Processed & Dispatched from DTDC APEX" Kolkata since 31st July. Even lodging a complaint at the booking branch does not yield any results. This, despite a whopping charge of Rs. 1860 for the service. Please advise on any action to be taken.

I booked my courier on 31/07/2015 from coimbatore, TN and paid 270/- for fast delivery, But till now I did not get my courier but I was surprising when DTDC website site delivery statue is showing DELIVERED... Hi i have booked a consignment from Hyderabad to mumbai on 9th july with tracking id : H47045972 but still now item is not delivered to the customer. when i call to the mumbai branch they say that consignment is not found it takes time to search since 20 days. i also complained in dtdc customer service with no : 00597757 but still now no response.

This is regarding the current experience with this unprofessionaly managed organisation. Since 5 days, courier is transferred from one office to other in gurgaon itself. Their Apex and Franchisee centre in Gurgaon are managed by liars who make false statement and then stop taking calls. Consignment# F09133631.

Dear Sir, I have purchased product and given charge for consignment. Product person book the consignment by DTDC courier. Consignment NO is A32066355, A32184402, A32133147. DTDC not deliver the courier to home, Customer care guys told me please collect from office. First 2 couriers collected from office when I have gone for collection of third one. They waited to me 1:15 Hour for delivery in office . Customer ladies told that our staff doing lunch. DTDC services made as poor services. She don't want to attend the customer and way of taking is not good. DTDC is bad services in India (MP Indore) Please do the needful.

I send a courier number Z46630920 dtd 21.3.15 from Gurgaon to Delhi. The destination address is Manisha Panwar, 216-c/2, Shahpurjat, Backside of N-81, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi-49. Mobile number [protected]. Your DTDC people say its been delivered to Mr. Mandeep. Mr. Mandeep is no person present in Manisha's house. Check my courier as its a great loss to me.

Hi, I ordered 2 Digiflip pro ET701 tables from flipkart on Apr 27 vide Order ID OD[protected]. The products were shipped to me on 01 May 15. One of the tablet did not start on 18 May 15 even after charging for more than 24 hours. I raised a return request for which I was told that they need original packaging. Since the tablets were working fine for the first 15 days and since unfortunately I did not read the replacement policy, I threw the original packaging. Due to this, I was told that the only option left is to give the tablet to service centre. I went to Service centre 'Technocare' in LajpatNagar on 20 May 15. I was told that since they could not see the order details in system, job card could not be generated. I was told that they would check with flipkart and accordingly would generate the job card for repair. In next two days i.e. 22 May 15, my other tablet got the same issue and did not start. I went to my home town and came back on 15 Jun 15. On 30 Jun 15, I got a call from Technocare saying that they could not still generate the job card. When I spoke to Flipkart, I was told to get the item back from service centre since refund would be given even without the packaging. The next day pickup guy came and informed that he would not take the items since they are not starting. I informed the same to Flipkart for which it was informed that by 07 Jul, the products would be pickedup as the issue was escalated. On 13 Jul 15, I called up flipkart, that is when I was told that refund is not possible and that I need to take the items to service centre for repair. Surprisingly, on 16 Jul 15, when I went to service centre, they said that they are not taking digiflip tablets since last 3-4 days. I called up flipkart again and the I was suggested that I can give them in different centre. Please note that I had to drive for 25-30 kms oneside to service centre. Anyways, on 27 Jul 15, I went to Sach collection point in Gurgaon and handed over the tablets. Even there, I was told that they could not see the order in system and needed 2 days to check with flipkart. On 02 Aug 15, I spoke to flipkart that the service centre is not able to see the order details in system and I was told that the issue will be resolved by 06 Aug 15. I got call from flipkart on 03 Aug 15 that they will get back in 24 hours after listening to entire story again. Within next 1 hour, I get call again for this issue and to my surprise I was told that they can't even repair the tablets and that I can get them repaired from external resource. Funny part is that they don't have the discussion record with them due to which I had to tell entire story every time the discussion happens with Flipkart. Also, everytime they ask for replacement/refund even when I tell them I dont have the packaging. I confirm everytime that I am fine with repair of the tablets. After almost burst from myside, I was told issue would be resolved by 10 Aug 15. Today i.e. 09 Aug 15, I get call again and again the same issue to replacement/refund is told to me and again 24 hours time is asked to resolve the issue. I am fed up with this and I want to go to Consumer COurt. Please let me know the process for doing so. I have audio recordings of all calls that happened with Flikpart since the beginning. Dear Team, My DTDC AWB number is A32235759. Shipment Booked AT SURAT BRANCH, SURAT on 24th July 2015. Processed & Dispatched from DTDC Facility AHMEDABAD BRANCH, AHMEDABAD 25th july 2015. How much irresponsible the DTDC are? Till now i have not get my item.If they are not capable to ship an item just close the service.Why making us trouble.I want my item within 48 hour & want call from DTDC within 12 hour.Such a disgusting service like DTDC i have never seen.My urgent item was there but they are very much irresponsible also ahmadabad contact number also they have given wrong.Where is my item now.Give me full details.My item shoud me reached at my home within 48 hour.

My shipment number M23842314 was not delivered to me but DTDC website's status is showing that they have delivered the same. Please do not believe on DTDC. It is fraud. They are fooling the customers. Their Customer Care Service is so poor. They do not even show correct contact numbers on website.

On 26th july 2015, I bought some medicines for my dog to send it to my home in native odisha brahmapur, the medicines included some tablets bottles and a shampoo bottle, a tonic bottle, I went to dtdc courier services on 27th july 2015 to the dtdc office in k.s .layout, bengaluru, I asked them to send the courier so they agreed for.sending the courier and it weighted around 1.2kg as they said d the courier would be delivered by 31st of july as per their word, and they took rs.370 from me, but the courier reached my home at 4th of august which was a delay as per their given date at second the carton box was tampered from below and there were some tings missing and the weight was minimum 300g less as per the weight delivered to them from my hands, 3rd the customer service is totally irresponsible no service they dont pick up the call nothing mow I m in a big loss of money, time and everything my dogs health is critical enough. Please help me out with this problem as I am in hope of something will be done from your end

I had sent an ungent courier to my home town 27215 via DTDC on 01.08.2015 Docket no Z62057829 .when I checked the status on 05.08.2015 to my surprise it showed that the courier was booked on Tuesday 04.08.2015 evening and since then there my package is in Delhi it self. My advise to all those who think DTDC as a reliable courier pls change your mind and never trust these gentlemen they dont care about their customer and their trust moreover they have a hell customer care. This courier service provider are the worst i've ever found, they not even call, never dispatch, just circulate courier from one office to another and return it back with some or the other reasons.
This time reason was Address not found, i receive all my documents on this add, after regular follow up they returned my courier back to origin.

I would like to complain about the irresponsible act of DTDC towards its customers. I was to receive my hallticket for an exam on 9th Aug 2015 from Telangana to Delhi and it was sent on 31st july 2015. Consignment Num of the courier is H42098871. It had to reach in 2 days. I was tracking its status and it was already late by 4 days i.e., the status reads that the courier was dispatched to delivery after 4 days from the date on which it would had otherwise reached. 2 days passed but I didn't receive the courier and I finally made a call to the office for which they replied that there is no one present at the delivery address and so it was returned to office. In that case they need to call to my number provided or update the status of delivery so that I would be knowing, instead, the courier was lying idle in the office from 2 days which finally I had to go to the office and collect. Any further delay, I would have missed my exam. The act is completely irresponsible. Even I have mailed them regarding the same where the company says that they will provide instant reply but I haven't got the reply yet. Requesting you to please take the necessary action. Case# 00637998 : Case Status : New ...Consignment No : K88962161 30 books to be delivered from Kolkata to Surat have been lost somewhere by this pathetic courier company It is so hopeless that no body picks up call on customer care. Some numbers are infact non existant never in my life am I going to use its service again and plead others as well to keep away from its worst services IF I dont get any valid reply I'm sure to drag this company with sheer irresponsible and hopeless service to court
