DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

They have lost my parcel and are not telling me about it.i call them to ask abourt its whereabouts. I sent a parcel on 27th July from lucknow to jammy. It has still not reached its destination when I called them in Delhi to ask about it they told me that the parcel was returned because of insufficient address. Since 10august the parcel is in transit. No one is able to give me a clear picture of it.

My courier reached Bangalore office yesterday but has not been delivered until now. I called up the Lavelle Road Branch of DTDC and spoke to a lady on this number - [protected]. She said the courier was "lying" in the office since morning but there is no one to deliver. This is not the first time I am facing issues with DTDC. The last time I sent a courier to Managlore Kadri, the person at work said that they wanted to leave early today so cannot deliver, in spite of sending it through express delivery. I am really disappointed with DTDC's service. My company gives them a business of at least INR 2, 00, 000 every year. I will strongly recommend the company to stop using their service. DTDC always delivers courier as per their employees convenience and charges us a bomb for delivery. Other courier service like Professional Couriers have delivered to the same address within 2 days with a very minimal amount. I expect serious actions to be taken against DTDC.

I have order three product date AUG 7 from rewardme website. the product package shipped from there end and when I track the shipment M23861517 IN DTDC WEBSITE it show your courier reached 11aug at destination city. After that's I wait to shipp to my door but 10 day gone I doesn't received that product. And when I call local dtdc office no.[protected] then call receiver (person) argue with me say why you write this type of address, you not know your address, I know every local area yours address not valid, You don't do any thing even I never give your courier, Here not enough, he told me you call or write email to company support your product already gone/ received by other Or REALLY WHEN I AGAIN TRACK THIS COURIER IT SHOW RECEIVED BY Sign not me

I have booked a shipment of Rakhi under Rakhi express apps on 22nd of aug'15 vide consignment no. N[protected] to California, USA. I have paid Rs.1200/- against the shipment. Now I am not able to trace the shipment as the last updated status in DTDC portal is "Inward scan shipment not found at Mumbai Hub". When I tried to contact their call support no. [protected] no body is picking up the number to answer my query. This Rakhi express service is introduced for Rakhi occasion only and if the packet will reach after 29th of Aug'15 that is after the occasion then of no use. Also like to inform if people of DTDC are not contactable at this point of time then I am loosing my hope that my consignment will reach on time. This offer will be a mere cheat to customer. Pls take serious action on this.

On 20 Aug 2015, I sent rakhis and a metal hairband from Kolkata to Noida. They saw all items before they packed it in front of me. First they asked me for Rs. 275. Then I asked for the normal DTDC Lite so they charged 125 and said it will be delivered in 5 days. Today the package has been received at Noida and the hairband is missing. This is not the first time this has happened.

Hello sir my order id is 14467642. I hv ordered two polo t-shirts & 2 casual shoes. In these 4 products only one product is gud & in 2 polo t-shirts size problem and one casual shoes also size prob. Dear sir my consignment no is M20975851 which has been sent to aligarh frm mumbai dtdc branch of kamadhenu shopping centre of lokhandwala.As per site dtdc tracking is showing delivered at aligarh on 15th aug2015.it has been sent on 1 2th aug.unfortunately untraceable.They r telling nw it will be delivered.How they r irresponsible .is it nt loss of me .it is worth of bigloss 4 me.is it a private company! I had a package coming from bangalore whose tracking no. is B24716710, this company returned the package back to the place without contacting me and updated the status online that Address OK but no such person with this name. Nobody had called me and informed that a package is going to be delivered today at my address. I haven't received even a single call from the nearby office or the delivery person. I am a working guy because of which it might be possible that there was nobody at my flat, but are these people and this company is so poor that can't afford a call to my number. Atleast they could have arranged a missed call and i would had called them back. It was such an important package and required to be delivered at the earliest.

6th august, 2015: DTDC Couriers: My package numbered M18846875 has not yet reached its destination even though it was in the same city i.e. Mumbai. It has been 15 days and the service provided is aweful. No one picks up on Customer Care helpline number and no one has responded to emails. Please send me the reason why it is getting delayed by so long and take appropriate actions and inform me regarding the same.

Hi, I have ordered product in Rewardme.in. They have dispatched the package through DTDC courier Tracking Id/ AWB number - M23834855 on 28th July 2015. I was tracking my package through DTDC website, it is showing that package has been to delivered. But i didnt receive my package yet. they have delivered to wrong person. When i enquire about with Customer Care of DTDC, they told it has been delivered already. I have placed a complaint that i havent received that product. There is no response fro them. I was tired of calling DTDC customer care, but no responded. So i am complaining against DTDC courier .Please solve this issue.

My brother had send a Electronic Key Board by DTDC courier service vide cosignment no.- M23183802 with cust ID- MF153 from Mumbai to Viskhapatnam . I have received the same at Viskhapatnam on 20 Aug 15. When i open the item, item is mostly damaged. There are many crack on front and back side of Keyboard (Photo proof are attached) many key of keyboard are misplaced. I totally unsatisfied with DTDC courier service. Worst service!! I Have Booked a Consignment on 17/08/15 morning 9.30 at the valluvar kottam high road dtdc booking office to kalluvathukal post, kollam, KERALA and they told that normal booking will be cost of rs.300 and it will be delivered on 4 th day and the executive one will be at the cost of rs. 615 and it will be on a guaranteed delivered on the second day i.e on 19/08/15. So i have Booked the parcel on the excecutive one that is at the cost of rs.615. and still they didn't deliver the parcel and they are saying that it will be deliver on 21/08/15 i.e on the fifth day. So why should i pay for 615 rs. for the excecutive one??? And so If i Have Asked for the consignment details they are not responding for my call . very bad customer service . worst customer service. so iam going to give a zero rating for dtdc. no customer response if i call for customer care they are disconnecting the call as im a slave of them . here after i wont be going the side of dtdc, and i wont allow any of my friends and relatives to send any courier on dtdc services. did they think im a fool to pay an extra amount i.e the double charge for an late delivery???? And you people dtdc dont you know how much i have lost due to this. i sent a product that should be delivered on two days but they took 5 days to deliver it, then why the hell he is giving me assurance that the product will b delivererd within two days. Due to this misunderstanding happenend between me and my customer. Im really frustrated . I want the product amount and the extra amount to be refunded. Resp sir / mdm we send a courier ( very imported material ) as on 31.8.15 with dtdc courier z62307793 but till now it is not delivered . When we search or talk about it from dtdc person, some time they say that nobody was available on adderess and some time they say their boy could not reach add. I have couriered a Rakhi and a pen (both cost 500rs) from Bangalore to Delhi : Dated 14 August 2015, consignement no: B23746076 but the Rakhi is missing and not delivered in Delhi. Status of courier is displayed as Delivered. The courier boy in Delhi says "IT FELL DOWN, and ITS MISSING". I want a refund back from the DTDC courier.

I had ordered a Nexus 7 android tablet from a seller from Bangalore on 10th August, he had shipped same on 11th August. The product arrived Cochin on 12th as per tracking details. Yesterday, i have received a call from local(Nilambur) DTDC person telling that the package had arrived and to deliver same, i have to pay extra money for them. When i disagreed they told they will return the package or else i should go and collect myself. Now they are unreachable for their convenience. Really unacceptable.

Sir, the awb. status of Z64380135 provided by ebay seller is really confusing, i've written lot of mails to customer care, but till now there is no response as usually from DTDC. this is not good for a reputed(!) company, whatever may be the problem, it is good habit to reply with appropriate answer, but this is my third issue with DTDC, those good people are not at all responding to anything.
