Hi,
I ordered 2 Digiflip pro ET701 tables from flipkart on Apr 27 vide Order ID OD[protected]. The products were shipped to me on 01 May 15.
One of the tablet did not start on 18 May 15 even after charging for more than 24 hours. I raised a return request for which I was told that they need original packaging. Since the tablets were working fine for the first 15 days and since unfortunately I did not read the replacement policy, I threw the original packaging.
Due to this, I was told that the only option left is to give the tablet to service centre. I went to Service centre 'Technocare' in LajpatNagar on 20 May 15. I was told that since they could not see the order details in system, job card could not be generated. I was told that they would check with flipkart and accordingly would generate the job card for repair. In next two days i.e. 22 May 15, my other tablet got the same issue and did not start. I went to my home town and came back on 15 Jun 15.
On 30 Jun 15, I got a call from Technocare saying that they could not still generate the job card. When I spoke to Flipkart, I was told to get the item back from service centre since refund would be given even without the packaging. The next day pickup guy came and informed that he would not take the items since they are not starting.
I informed the same to Flipkart for which it was informed that by 07 Jul, the products would be pickedup as the issue was escalated. On 13 Jul 15, I called up flipkart, that is when I was told that refund is not possible and that I need to take the items to service centre for repair. Surprisingly, on 16 Jul 15, when I went to service centre, they said that they are not taking digiflip tablets since last 3-4 days. I called up flipkart again and the I was suggested that I can give them in different centre. Please note that I had to drive for 25-30 kms oneside to service centre.
Anyways, on 27 Jul 15, I went to Sach collection point in Gurgaon and handed over the tablets. Even there, I was told that they could not see the order in system and needed 2 days to check with flipkart. On 02 Aug 15, I spoke to flipkart that the service centre is not able to see the order details in system and I was told that the issue will be resolved by 06 Aug 15.
I got call from flipkart on 03 Aug 15 that they will get back in 24 hours after listening to entire story again. Within next 1 hour, I get call again for this issue and to my surprise I was told that they can't even repair the tablets and that I can get them repaired from external resource. Funny part is that they don't have the discussion record with them due to which I had to tell entire story every time the discussion happens with Flipkart. Also, everytime they ask for replacement/refund even when I tell them I dont have the packaging. I confirm everytime that I am fine with repair of the tablets.
After almost burst from myside, I was told issue would be resolved by 10 Aug 15. Today i.e. 09 Aug 15, I get call again and again the same issue to replacement/refund is told to me and again 24 hours time is asked to resolve the issue.
I am fed up with this and I want to go to Consumer COurt. Please let me know the process for doing so. I have audio recordings of all calls that happened with Flikpart since the beginning.

DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is regarding my complaint for DTDC courier services. As I said earlier that I sent a parcel on[protected] at 5:30 pm through DTDC Amritsar, consignment no. Z63578329 for Leh, J&K, while receiving the parcel they committed that it would reach to its destination within two days. after waiting for three days, on[protected] they said that the parcel had reached to their Shrinagar office and would reach to its destination soon but it was not delivered as per their commitment. From then onward I followed online status of my parcel but they put same status again and again and the last locations of my parcel were in Delhi on 13.08.2015 and then after 20 DAYS it was in Delhi on 27.08.2015 again. I tried to contact DTDC for continuous 24 days at their nos [protected] (DTDC Amritsar), [protected] (DTDC Delhi), [protected] (DTDC Srinagar) but I did not received a single response from them. Then I contacted DTDC Panipat on 30.08.2015 and they informed that the order had delivered at their Srinagar office. The next day ie on 31.08.2015, DTDC called my fiance and compelled him to collect the parcel from their office at Leh which took half an hour to commute from my fiance's place. My fiance sent a person to collect the parcel, that person without inspecting the parcel (as it was a packed gift) collected it and gave to my fiance.
After waiting for 25 days, when my fiance opened the parcel it was shocking instead of surprise that the gift (which was a bone China mug from Archie's costing Rs. 600) was all broken also the chocolates in the mug were smelling (costing Rs. 200). The mug was so badly broken that could not be joined. I am attaching picture of the mug. I wanted to give my fiance a surprise and after putting a lot of efforts from my two days busy schedule I found that mug best for my fiance's need. Now I have been searching the same gift on net, but I don't see that on net. This has led me to the frustration and complaint against DTDC for their irresponsible and untrustworthy behavior. For all the troubled I faced during these 25 days, I file for compensation of Rs.5000 for below expenses I incuured during these days.
1. Rs..600 for Mug
2. Rs..200 for Chocolates
3. Rs. 200 for Delivery charges
4. Rs. 200 for all STD, Roaming, Landline and local calls
5. Rs. 100 for contacting DTDC, Panipat
6. Rs. 500 for labour and commuting charges for receiving parcel from DTDC office
The rest amount is for uncountable torture by DTDC's irresponsible behavior and their false commitment.
It was the first gift to my fiance, who is an Army officer and living far from his family, I want you to put yourself in his place.
