Dear Sir, My courier packet booked on dated. 3/7/2015 with docket no. V23066116 which was carrying New Purchased Mobile phone (Lenevo A7000) is misplaced by your company during the transportation. This is to inform you that no body is either responding my call or telling me the status of my packet till now. Kindly arrange to deliver my packet by today or I will take some strict action on it.

It has not reached the destination yet.A person called me yesterday and said I am calling from DTDC, I have a Courier and you come at my office to take it then I said I am not able to come at your office so you come at my mailing address. After than he said I can't come at your mailing address you do come at my office otherwise I will be return you order. So I said I will complaint then replied you can do anything. When i contact to malappuram office they told it didn't reach there.

It shame to you to deliver the product to inappropriate address or person? What kind of confirmation process you have to ensure the right delivery? this is the worst courier service i came across. their customer support never pick cal and always put calls on engage. we have booked our couier one mnth back frm bombay and after repetitive calls they are saying it will be delivered today . everyday they say today and on online tracking it is showing out of delivery from last 15 days. on calling again and again they always lied that we go to your place but you are not available as phone no. is mentioned on the courier but they never cal. and they dont even have mentioned in which office couier is there during online tracking as there are more then 20 couier centres of dtdc in chandigarh. after so much pain we went to their different couier centres and search for our couier and after so much they are not even ashamed of their mistake

Booking date on 24 june 2015 But till date i have not received my parcel. when i get AWB No. M21768692 from P&G then check by online tracking system and its showing delivered on Wed, Jul, 01, 2015. I already contact at Khokhra DTDC Branch but nobody ready to answer. Till date i am not received my packet .Also try to contact customer support but never get connected, after that try to connect with senior executive of customer care on [protected] but she disconnected my calls every time also send detail in msgs on this no. Please note that so may e-mail send by me on - css.[protected]@dtdc.com but no response frm DTDC till date. Request you to please do needful.

I have booked a parcel from Pune (India) for Kenya in first week of May. Tracking ID: N95736081 Parcel contained 8 SOLAR lamps and Total Invoice for the items were USD 96. But DTDC agent (counterpart) DHL charged more than USD 100 for customs clearance and other miscellaneous charges. These charges are infact more than value of items. I have received the DHL Invoice and Receipt today from Kenya customer so wanted to escalate this. My client is not happy with all this. There has been dirty work done at the crossroads and someone intentionally tried to do that to make quick money. Kenya and other African countries are making a special effort to promote renewable energy devices and I cannot believe that they would charge more than 100% of Invoice value in terms of all these duties and Government fees for these SOLAR lamps. Hi, I had send my visa documents along with my educational certificates, birth and marriage certificate.In my presence they sealed the envelope with brown tape.I had couried my documents from Guwahati (Assam) to Mumbai. The envelope has been tampered very badly and the seal was open in a bad condition. My Good luck that i have not lost any of the documents. The quality of service is horrible, these guys take so much money and the service they provide is not at all reliable. Manasee Das.

D20863963. screen of both tv sets were found damaged on recieving at gurgaon. total value of goods was written as 20000 on the consignment. the courier guys at gurgaon are not ready to entertain the complaint and the guys at chennai are saying that its liability at reciever city. pls do the needfull my contact no.
