Courier of one Paper was Booked from 90/60, Malviya Nagar, Delhi - 110017, main market on 13th June 2015 at 11:00 am for Letter to be Delivered at B-1/249, Janakpuri New Delhi-58, in The Name of Brig. Chowdhary by Manager Chotelal wide Consignment No. Z59400140 & Wore Informed that the Letter will be Delivered by 14th June 2015 But It was to our Surprise The Envelop Containing Very Important Documents has not Reach till Tuesday on Speaking to Their Manager Mr. Chotelal we wore Informed that the letter has Already been delivered on Sunday at 11:00 am, but Nothing has reached The Letter is Received Today By Brig. Chowdhary at 14:30. I Understand that Local Charges are Rs. 20/- Only But he had Charged Rs. 30/- . I never Realized that DTDC Courier which was one of the Fastest Courier as well reasonably Charged Courier. It is Requested to take Proper Action Against the staff & Malviya Nagar Company who is Spoiling the Company Image The Company should the Advised to Refund the Over Charge Amount & insure that Timely Delivery will be Done in Future . I had booked a return parcel from Mumbai to Haryana via DTDC Courier wide the way bill no. M17367349 dated :-24th MArch 2015. They were unable to deliver as according to them there was no such address. I had confirmed with the opposite party and address remains the same. The courier company has not yet delivered or returned back my parcel. This return parcel was covered under 30 days return policy which has now already exceeded. I have called up DTDC several times and also emailed them several time. they have stopped replying to my emails. kindly help me with the solution to this so that DTDC pays for the loss incurred to me.

A consignment was booked in my name, Archana Gupta vide Docket No. C61185909 dated 10.06.2015 from Tirupur to Hyderabad. It started from Tirupur to Hyderabad and reached HYBD and instead of out for delivery it went to DELHI and again next day on 12.016.2015 it came back to HYBD and stayed with Chandanagar Branch/Franchisee from 12.06.2015 till 16.06.2015 without caring for delivery. I tried to reach the Chandanagar Branch on Landline no.[protected] and also mob.[protected] all these days to request for delivery but NO ONE LIFTS THE PHONE. I tried to report to HYBD Customer Support no.[protected] but NO ONE LIFTS THE PHONE .Luckily I got the CS on 15.06.2015 and he lodged a complaint and sent an SMS stating the complaint no.00443965 and that's it, no action taken. I wrote an email about it to customer support also on 15.06.2015 but no reply. I visited your franchisee at Miyapur X Road which is responsible for delivery, they said they haven't received the consignment .They will do HOME DELIVERY at the given address once it arrives (as if it will do a favor to me by doing home delivery which happens to be the address of the consignee). We lodge a complaint with you and get a reply at 11.23am on 16.06.2015 that by evening it will be delivered.And see where it is getting delivered!!!. THE CONSIGMENT HAS NOW BEEN BOOKED TO JAIPUR !!! What a ridiculous service DTDC is providing.I am amazed how you all work and deliver the things with such carelessness. If by today evening it is not delivered I will take you to Consumer court.

Hi, I had done one courier in Pune itself and its status says it is returned . But still i have not got it back. I had called customer care many times and also went to that shop thrice but no updates. It includes clothes which are costly . I don't know why the courier is not able to deliver it and if they are not able to deliver it then they should returned it back to customer. Even if customer is chasing, then they should call or deliver it back.

I have sent a Courier from New Delhi to Trivandrum through DTDC courier which located in Vikaspuri Delhi at 10th June 2015. This was the urgent courier which has been sent to immediately so the people in courier office offered me there is a plus service in dtdc which can reach your parcel in 2nd day of shipment where the normal mode of courier will take five to six days to reach. So I choose the Plus mode and paid 700Rs charge where the normal shipment will cost 200Rs almost 500Rs Extra. As per their commitment the shipment has to deliver at 12th June but today is 16th june still the parcel has not been delivered and there is no response from the customer care dtdc. The tracking number for DTDC Plus - V23043649 Its clearly shows that the dtdc is fraud company and giving false commitment to consumer to steal money from them kindly advice someone I need to file case against DTDC regarding this issue. Pathetic customer service by DTDC. I hv a parcel sent frm Panchkhula on[protected]. Wid AWB no D22299207. It was expected to be delivered to me today i.e 16-6-15. It reachd my city bt nt yt delivered to me. I just wantd to go and collect it myself from dr office so i called there bt no response of any kind. My complain is mostly become of dr pathetic customer response

Your delivery boy Mr. Basavraj has changed the status of my parcel as delivered without delivering it. On16th June I had checked the status of my parcel having Document number Z56865451, it was shown delivered on 12th June at 10.30 am, where as it was not delivered till 16th June. When I called your local office on mob no [protected], I got the confirmation as it was delivered on 12th and recd by my office security with seal, but it was not. Again I called your office about the same, she asked me contact one Mr. Basavraj having his mobile no [protected]. When enquired he told me it was not delivered as confusion on companies name. When I asked him why you have not contacted me on my mobile which was there on the parcel, he is telling it is not getting. let me tell you that my mob was working and I am getting calls from all over why he only not gets it?. Also he is telling me that if you don't want send back my person without accepting it?. I alleged your said delivery person don't want to deliver the parcel and want to take with him else he will not keep it with him for 5 days and delivering it only when I called for the same and without delivering he is mentioned as delivered. I request you to take the strict action for not to repeat the mistake else your esteemed organization will loose the confidence because of this type of employee. I gave DTDC consignment for delivery Maktal, MahaboobNagar near Hyderabad upon confirmation and verification with agent that they can deliver to Maktal. But the reality comes out it did not deliver to destination and top of it has returned to wrong origin that does not make sense to anybody. 1. I made an online purchase which was shipped through DTDC (M[protected]. The item reached the Shimla office on 12 Jun as confirmed by your office on[protected]. 2. I was told that the order has not been delivered due to wrong address. This just proves complete lackadaisical attitude of you delivery staff as my house is bang on the main road and I have never had probels in receiving mail/ courier. The delivery boy probably never came as I did not get any telephone call either. 3. On projecting my problem to your Shimla office located near Auckland tunnel, Shimla, Mr Ashwini and Ms Neelam present there were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and unresponsive . 4. I hope you take immediate action to have my consignment delivered and ensure corrective action is initiated to ensure that your customers donot suffer due to the incompetence Of your staff.

Dtdc customer care is the worst.I am trying delhi number [protected] since morning atleast 20 times.No one is picking up the phone.One guy picked up once and asked the details then put me on hold for 5 mts and cut the phone.what the hell service is this.my courier z56321933 from Mahipalpur to Ghaziabad didn't reach even after 3 days.Dtdc is such a hell.I always had such problems with dtdc.I never use dtdc.But if some one sent me through dtdc i need to face such problems.Go to hell dtdc.

Sir/madam, The undersigned is couriered by through DTDC. The courier boy dumps it in a locked house in our building inspite of being warned for this act o[censored]tter negligence on his part. Please ensure this does not recur again failing which I will be forced to take further necessary action in this regard.

i sent a consignment on date- 06/06/15 from Bhopal but today is 15/06/15 and my consignment is not delivered . it is important to reach to my destination . i have paid all amount for delivered. my consignment is on the way . i send the consignment Bhopal to Motihari but today it is in way . and it is not delivered to my destination. so i request u can take help for me . when i contact them it will unreachable

Consignment No's: V22688161 and V22688160. Booked two applications to Delhi from Vijayawada through DTDC Plus service on 28.05.2015(Thursday) after getting confirmation that the said letters will be delivered within one day (i.e. before 29.05.2015) and also told them that this is application for a post whose last date is 29.05.2015 and once again confirmed one day delivery and paid Rs. 400/- (Rs. 200/- for each). I have checked the status on Monday and to my surprise, I found that the delivery was done on 01.06.2015 and the one day delivery promise made my DTDC through its DTDC plus service is fake collecting 4 times money to normal delivery. Moreover my efforts for filling application and my hopes on the job were destroyed by DTDC. As the purpose of mine was not solved pls ask them to return my Rs. 400/- back. I also have original consignment papers Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanks

PLEASE EXCUSE ME WITH MY LANGUAGE! I ordered an item from MYNTRA and due to size problems i decided to return the item (a shirt) to MYNTRA via DTDC COURIER. I returned the shirt the exact same day i got it delivered (june 1 2015). But after 3 days i tried tracking the product using the RF/CONSIGNMENT number provided. Then it showed that the item had been returned due to the receiver being shifted from the given address. I enquired with the MYNTRA officials and they said the address seems to be correct and the problem is with the courier service. The main problem comes then. The item have been shipped back to the local facility. And its around 10 days since the item is returned and i have no idea about the item. They provided the tracking details as : returned to the local facility on June 5th. The local dtdc officers have no clear reply to this problem and they are not responding in a good way to me. I booked on courier H45811784 on dtdc at nellore to hydrabad on[protected] they told that I will delevered on[protected] but the courier did'nt delivered intime.in that couriour I send[protected] trine tickets on[protected] afteroon I call to Dtdc courier custemer care I request them try to delivery the parcle on in time and they regestered my complent no:00437840 and even did'nt respond after my complent for that irr-responsablety delay delivery I lost my train tickets of rupees 900 including courier charges and total cancelation of my programs please take it as a complaint and take nessory action on dtdc courier service

Recently i posted a courier to Hyderabad from DTDC office(Hosur, Hubli)using the overnight delivery option v21742671. The overnight delivery courier takes 2 days to reach instead of a OVERNIGHT. Why charge extra money and why cheat the customers saying overnight delivery. Scrap OVERNIGHT DELIVERY option.

I had sent a document from DTDC East Marredpally (Secundrabad) branch on 1/06/2015. The document was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days but it is still not delivered. I tried to check the status of mu consinement, but there is n updated information on your site. I visited the franchise but no updates were provided except the local offices no. I called there also but they didn't gave any detail for the consignment.

My name is Shaveta and i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by Rani.I even dont know who the Rani is.I think something wrong has beendone from your side.That is very poor service.please help me and give my courier to me. my tracking id is M21717254 having order id: S01512716...

Myself Jayraj Motivaras, my college posted an emergency courier to my homtown porbandar as it was extremely urgent for me. But they always not providing home delivery, we have to go to office of DTDC and collect our courier. If DTDC COURIER SERVICE is not able to provide home delivery then why they paid charges for home delivery. I have been often experienced many difficulties from DTDC courier service porbandar. So, i am sure that i will not use their services in future.
