Hi, This is regarding consignment no. N95801143. Which was dispatched on [11/04/2015] through DTDC courier service to Italy (Its an important original document). As i have already mentioned on Packet. but till date the courier does not deliver.after so many follow ups they inform me that, your packet has been lost. Can some one please help me how can i register their complaint to higher authorities as my courier contain original govt. Document.

I have to get parcel with Ref Number B19305172 which was couriered on 28/04/2015 in Ballari, Karnataka state and Destination is Hyderabad, But till now parcel has not been received and trying to call customer but no response from them. When i tracked the status it is showing parcel at Nizamabad. How the parcel moved to NIzamabad from Hyderabad when destination clearly given as Hyderbad. I ordered an mobile phone Micromax yu Yureka from eBay With item ID[protected] on date 23rd April through online payment with pay paisa I'd [protected].. I received my parcel on date 2nd may... with docket no. D22548225.. but my mobile phone was stolen from the box.. and the seal was already broken... I got only a charger and a cable in it.. Hi, On last Saturday the 25th April, I had booked a packet for courier from DTDC from Delhi to Kangra (HP) which they verbally promised me to deliver by Monday i.e. 27th April but it's 3rd May and still the courier is not delivered. Since, the promise is not in written so my complaint is not really against the delivery, but when I tried to reach them through their numbers which I found from the courier tracking page on the various sections of my consignment number while tracking, no one is picking up those calls, in fact the number mentioned are incorrect for a number of locations, which caused a lots of mental harassment to me. Moreover, same is the case with the emails, no one is really bothered to reply my emails, which clearly signifies that the company (DTDC) does not really care about the reasons and the need of the customer for which he/she opts their service even when it is costlier than the normal mailing by the indian post. I at only one occasion could get the reply out of my 10 + emails from whom I get one number which was not mentioned on the website and the person at the other side again fooled me by his false promise of the delivery by 1st May and when on 1st May I called them, they argued that it was Labour Day holiday. It is really the worst of any service and these companies, daring to behave this way signifies the way they understand the consumer only the source of income. I request the authorities to kindly take the strict actions against them so that in future they while promising, clearly let the customer think wisely against his needs and decide properly if to go for their services or not. In my case, these were very important medicines which I had told the courier executives as well while booking the courier but without understanding the, need they made a false promise and delayed the medicine course of my relatives by 8 days and the wait is still going. Dear Sir/Madam, My parcel reached Guwahati on 01 May, 2015 and till date it had not been dispatched to me in Dimapur (Nagaland). DTDC Guwahati takes at least 3-4 days to send the parcel. It is the same always. Moreover, when the parcel arrives Dimapur, the courier does not deliver it to my house but calls me to collect it from a certain place. Very poor service!

Very Poor Service by DTDC I have odered a good from Amazon and that was delivered by DTDC. My product tracking no is Z47180958. on 30th april a courier boy of DTDC sailashree vihar branch of Bhubaneswar named ANSUMAN called me and told me to receive the parcel but i was out of town at that time so he told me that you can receive parcel by saturday(2nd may) 1st hour by 1pm. tomorrow at 1pm i called him and he said that i'll deliver you by 2pm and at 2pm i again called him then he told me that you personally collect it from our Main branch. I went to DTDC main branch of Bhubaneswar, there they told me the [censored]s and i didnot get my parcel. So is this kind of service are you giving to there customers????????

Sir I am trying to get through you with all possible means in a matter related to a breakage of item D20057052. I tried all possible things to get through you and this will be last option remains before proceeding with legal path. My problem with dtdc are as appended below Respected sir/madam Im an aggrieved customer begging for the kind help from your forum. In Nov 2014 i sent a packed led tv 40 inch from Thoppampady, Kochi, Kerela to Namchi South Sikkim through dtdc courier services with an insurance coverage of Rs25000.for the item. Due to some problems with the dtdc item was not able to delivered at the destination and it was recieved by my friend in Siliguri West Bengal in a total damage condition. He complaint it to branch officer and BO told to recieve the item and lodge complain to concerned office and Regional Office from where it was booked. I lodged written complaint and handed over all origional documents including shippment papers etc. But unfortunately with wholeheartly i would like to inform you that i have not recieved any letter or call... Money i can't thought about. Sir its a great financial loss for me due to the carelessness of dtdc. This is to inform you that for past 3 days i have been calling at the trivandrum branch and not even once have they lifted the call. A couple of my goods that were to come through an online store have not been delivered by them One product is showing in transit for the past one week. The service is so poor and i had no idea this company was so useless. the product details are: AWB Number:[protected] Courier name: DTDC Airway Bill Details: Z51400478

Tracking Id/ AWB number - X13079696 On tracking, the courier status shows as DELIVERED on Mon, Apr, 27, 2015 12:30 PM. But I have not received the courier nor received a call at least from DTDC. Is it the DTDC Courier Services to update the status when it is not received. Kindly update me the status and inform at earliest.

This is to bring to your kind notice that my package containing very valuable items was picked up on Monday - April 20, 2015 from Noida to be delivered at Chandigarh. It was promised and assured that the delivery shall happen by Wednesday evening / latest by Thursday positively. This package under DTDC docket #Z42348240. On Wednesday - April 22, 2015 after chasing DTDC vehemently, it was reported that the packet has been sent by road by mistake instead of air and hence may be delayed. Since the client (receiver) was insisting for the packet to be delivered the same day, I tried following up on the package, so that it could be PICKED UP from the distribution centre and was informed that the package CANNOT BE TRACKED. I spoke to Mr Sudhir, who informed to me that the parcel is being physically searched for everywhere in Chandigarh as it cannot be traced and that he shall get back to me by the next day positively. Whilst all this DTDC online tracking maintained its: "In Transit" status. My client was to travel the next day morning to Patiala with the parcel and had an afternoon train - which was clearly conveyed to DTDC and was promised a delivery by 11-12 Noon at the latest. On Thursday- April 23, 2015 - the packet as still not delivered and was conveyed after a lot of pressure from both me as well as client that the packet was still being searched for. So finally my client left for Patiala late evening! The chase for the parcel is still on and the client has rightfully been cancelled by my client- This happened to be my first order for them and surely it was also the last ! Its May 1, 2015 today - I am still clueless about my package which happens to be personalised and customised items worth INR 5000. And even if these are returned, shall not be used anywhere as they bear names! I have also incurred INR as the DTDC courier charges. Hence, I now demand compensation for the above amount, along with the bad reputation and loss of business that I have got ! This complaint has also been filed at the consumer forums and other such forums. Thankfully, my lawyer client are also taking this at this end. Enclosed is the DTDC tracking slip that I have got! Dear sir this is very shameful of DTDC courier that my consignment is wrong delivered. No anyone has idea about my consignment. My consignment no is F08922469. Perhaps it has been wrong delivered on 28th. I visit your office U-110 shakarpur Laxminagar Delhi-92 on 28th April. Nobody is giving update to me. Where is my consignment whether it has been destroyed by DTDC employee or someone else. Kindly consider my problem and delivered right address if my consignment is safe

consignment no. K78478301 was booked from gaya to Varanasi, consignment reached Varanasi on 26th but was returned back on 28th without delivering the consignment, moreover not bothered to even call over phone kindly make the early arrangement so that articles is delivered to me

On tracking, it shows delivered but i haven't received the courier. while tracking, it has been given to a watchman whose contact number is not mentioned. it has been two days i m calling DTDC office but no one picks up. The customer care picked up and gave me a number. Even that person doesn't pick up. i don't understand what are the customer care people for. These people should themselves call others and provide us the details. Very poor customer service. There is some important document, I haven't received it yet. I'm writing regarding consignment number M18248430. I don't know what going on with my package, I have no communication from your delivery guy when he tried to find my address nor he called me when he tried to deliver. Today I went to DTDC local office to pick parcel. Is it opened and empty. your people at the office claims no responsibility. I am very amazed and annoyed with your service. I did DTDC metro blue courier on 27/4/2015 . Told me will reach next day by 5:00 pm But till today 29/04/2015 its not received to receiver and on internet its showing only in transit . No one got clear idea where my courier is. Pathetic service .

This is Joseph from Chennai i have booked courier from Chennai to Bangalore on 23rd APR but the same has not yet been reached till now .. but the commitment given by the franchise on the very next day in mid-afternoon itself ... no proper conduct number for Bangalore call centre or franchise to conduct all the numbers Given by your people or switched off or not reachable .. Hi... I had handed over a parcel to a DTDC agent in Sector 31 Noida. Keshav- [protected]. Franchise Owner - Pradeep Sharma [protected]. Consignment no: N95878100 Given on :[protected] Amount : Rs. 1600 taken destination : Jeddah Current status- site shows returned to branch office whereas Keshav kept fooling that parcel will reach today or tomorrow. Neither returning my money nor parcel. Both not picking my phone too.

My name is Anilkumar.B.S residing at Trivandrum, Kerala. I had been intimated about an interview in a public sector company for a senior post on 28th April 2015 through mail and the original documents has been send through courier. I had followed with DTDC, Pattom branch, Trivandrum and came to know that they delivered in the wrong address without contacting me. After one day they have traced the letter but still they have not delivered the letter till now, Tommorow is the Interview in the Company. I am going to file a complaint against the company through my advocate and get compensation. Please take necessary action against the branch office and intimate me of the action taken and arrange compensation for my suffering.
