Dear Sir I want to register complaint for non delivery of my courier which was sent through DTDC. It was having important document. DTDC(Tracking number --: Z[protected] delivered it to wrong address. Instead of delivering it to my address of Sector 22(B) they handed over to someone in Sector 22(A). When i checked the status it was showing delivered. I suspected that it got delivered to wrong address and i myself went and ask the receiver but they are unable to find it now. That courier was having parking sticker of my office premises for which i have to pay heavy fine. I want to held DTDC responsible for this loss. I tried several times their number but they never pickup the phone. Kindly help. Regards Shailendra

I had once sent a parcel from Delhi to north east and the parcel took insane amount of time to get delivered wic was a very important parcel for me . I really wanted that it reached the destination on time which they promised before booking . It was very urgent. The customer care of dtdc is , its almost non existent . you can never reach them . They never take your call . SO u are left helpless because nobody is there to care about the customers grievances . I have my lessons learned . I am NEVER EVER GONNA USE DTDC SERVICES EVER AGAIN. THIS WILL BE MI LAST . I AM UTTERLY FUSTRATED.

Sir I had send a courier to MEWAT, Haryana from Haridwar, Uttarakhand with tracking id #Z52970920 on 29th april which was supposed to be delivered by 1st of May 2015. But the package is still not delivered by them and there tracking system is also not working. I had tried to contact them many a times but there contact no.s are not working and they people does not replied for any of my mail. Kindly help me out in this regard as the courier contains a return package to AMAZON.IN which is supposed to be delivered till now so that my refund could be processed.Please help me out and kindly reply me for this mail. Dear sir, Im flying officer M Sriram, working for Indian Air Force in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan My complaint is against non delivery of dtdc consignment no Z51340154 It was booked from Delhi and tracking status showing as delivered on 31 mar at the following address where as it was originally not delivered. Flying officer M Sriram, Officers living in 296/1 Officers mess C/o air force station, Jaisalmer-345001 During that period neither the courier boy has tried to contact me on my mob no [protected] or [protected] nor he texted me about delivery. When i enquired about the consignment he was saying it was handed over to security guard at main gate and his name is not known and more over he is claiming that he had spoken to me and after that only he had handed it over to the guard. I asked the local jaisalmer dtdc office staff about this and they are not replying in a decent manner and further saying that the onus to collect the courier is with me. The name and mob no of courier boy are Mr Hakam Singh [protected] upon enquiring the courier boy accepted that he has not delivered personally to me... The package contains CASIO EDIFICE EF-554SP WRIST WATCH SHIPPED FROM LAJPAT NAGAR, DELHI-24 TO ABOVE SAID ADDRESS... Pls do needful...

CN No. B19310934 1. Consignment booked on 22 Apr 15 by Air Cargo for Panchkula, Haryana 134102 from Bidar< karnataka 585401. 2. In spite of innumerable complaints, consignment still lying at Kolkatta. 3. Deplorable service from DTDC.

The above consignment was dispatched from South extension Delhi on 27th April 2015 to my address in Bangalore. The track record shows the arrival at Chamrajpet office Bangalore on 29th April 2015. Thereafter it is simply showing 'out on delivery since May 4th. I made several calls to the office in the last 2 days but most of the time that I could get through I was put on hold for long duration and then disconnected. I was very rudely spoken to at the delivery section where I got connected a couple of times. I am not being told the reason for the delay & non delivery. My email complaint has also not been replied to . I am in urgent need of the document as I am going abroad shortly. I have already suffered from a lot of stress and the loss of money having made so many calls with no results. So much of my time has been wasted. I want an immediate action in this regard.

Sir/Madam My parcel sent on 9th April 2015 bearing code no. D 21157749, has not reached the addressee in Dimapur. I want my parcel to be returned if not delivered, because it is very important for me. I trusted DTDC to send this parcel.

D22459044 this is my consignment number.It has been almost 2weeks but my package has not yet being delivered from Kolkata to Hyderabad.what kind of courier service is this.I request you to please solve this matter as soon as possible. I sent a Parcel through DTDC LITE-EXPRESS SERVICE on Tuesday, Apr 28, 2015 from Kerala, Aluva PIN-683561(KL) TO The Merchant returns, unit no:1, Khewat, mewat-122105(HR). Tracking No:D22570908. My problem is that my parcel has not arrive at the proper location.DTDC took risk charge 200 Rps from me for insurance but no use.So, I requesting you, please help me to know where is my parcel now. There is a parcel which had to be delivered to me on MAY 04, 2015.I checked regularly it's status but today morning. Now it is displaying status address is incomplete.I have provided proper address to DTDC along with phone number.I have received smooth delivery from many courier company like blue dart, fedex, and the bills and bank letters.I am very frustrated from DTDC courier because it's not first time DTDC has done misbehaved with me.Your delivery boy did not contact me. Hi, This is regarding consignment no. N95801143. Which was dispatched on [11/04/2015] through DTDC courier service to Italy (Its an important original document). As i have already mentioned on Packet. but till date the courier does not deliver.after so many follow ups they inform me that, your packet has been lost. Can some one please help me how can i register their complaint to higher authorities as my courier contain original govt. Document.

I have to get parcel with Ref Number B19305172 which was couriered on 28/04/2015 in Ballari, Karnataka state and Destination is Hyderabad, But till now parcel has not been received and trying to call customer but no response from them. When i tracked the status it is showing parcel at Nizamabad. How the parcel moved to NIzamabad from Hyderabad when destination clearly given as Hyderbad. I ordered an mobile phone Micromax yu Yureka from eBay With item ID[protected] on date 23rd April through online payment with pay paisa I'd [protected].. I received my parcel on date 2nd may... with docket no. D22548225.. but my mobile phone was stolen from the box.. and the seal was already broken... I got only a charger and a cable in it.. Hi, On last Saturday the 25th April, I had booked a packet for courier from DTDC from Delhi to Kangra (HP) which they verbally promised me to deliver by Monday i.e. 27th April but it's 3rd May and still the courier is not delivered. Since, the promise is not in written so my complaint is not really against the delivery, but when I tried to reach them through their numbers which I found from the courier tracking page on the various sections of my consignment number while tracking, no one is picking up those calls, in fact the number mentioned are incorrect for a number of locations, which caused a lots of mental harassment to me. Moreover, same is the case with the emails, no one is really bothered to reply my emails, which clearly signifies that the company (DTDC) does not really care about the reasons and the need of the customer for which he/she opts their service even when it is costlier than the normal mailing by the indian post. I at only one occasion could get the reply out of my 10 + emails from whom I get one number which was not mentioned on the website and the person at the other side again fooled me by his false promise of the delivery by 1st May and when on 1st May I called them, they argued that it was Labour Day holiday. It is really the worst of any service and these companies, daring to behave this way signifies the way they understand the consumer only the source of income. I request the authorities to kindly take the strict actions against them so that in future they while promising, clearly let the customer think wisely against his needs and decide properly if to go for their services or not. In my case, these were very important medicines which I had told the courier executives as well while booking the courier but without understanding the, need they made a false promise and delayed the medicine course of my relatives by 8 days and the wait is still going. Dear Sir/Madam, My parcel reached Guwahati on 01 May, 2015 and till date it had not been dispatched to me in Dimapur (Nagaland). DTDC Guwahati takes at least 3-4 days to send the parcel. It is the same always. Moreover, when the parcel arrives Dimapur, the courier does not deliver it to my house but calls me to collect it from a certain place. Very poor service!
