Dear Sir, I have a very bad experience of sending my courier using your service. On friday 10th april 2015, I have booked two courier parcel(tracking no.V22050969 and V[protected], one for Allahabaad(UP) and one for Varanasi(UP) ...by availing DTDC plus service, which means that my parcel should be reaching the receiver on next day 11th april 2015. But today when I checked it on DTDC website in the afternoon...both the courier tracking...

I sent 2 parcels (weighing around 30 Kgs) through Bijnor office to be delivered to Mumbai on 6th April, 15. First of all when I asked their representative what is the minimum weight for which they can book a cargo then they replied me that it is 30 Kg. So, somehow I managed to brought those parcels at their office. When I reached there they said they have no idea regarding weight and they need to ask their boss from Meerut regarding the same....

I sent a courier through DTDC from Pune to Bangalore on 30th April 2015. It has still not reached. When I tried, I found with the consignment number given, it says could not be found. Consignment No - N95697621 The consignment had a book which was sent to an address in Pakistan to Ahmed Rashid. DTDC had charged Rs 2930 from me. But Ahmed Rashid was also charged Rs 600. Kindly return the money to Ahmed Rashid. DTDC did not tell me that an extra amount would be charged from Ahmed Rashid. Please let me know the action taken at the earliest possible. Sir I send a item throw DTDC Courier on[protected] at 1000 Hrs at Amity University Jaipur. I received a call from DTDC Courier Jaipur that collect your item from office, we will not give you at your address given on this, because this 20 KMS away from our office. When I booked, why they told me that we can't give on this address. He told me that if you will not collect todey, we will send it back. I face so many problem....
