In the first week of March, we dispatched a carton of 12 Sarees with bill of sarees, & insurance to Kolkatta. It was good that we photographed the packing before dispatch. But the consignment reached in very bad condition. Carton packing was removed & only 10 sarees were found to be raped in a single other cloth with no details of bill & no of sarees. The envelope mentioning all details was lost. we crosschecked the things many times. The Kolkatta party said that this happened with DTDC many times & so they banned this courier. It was very frustrating @ such a international courier that at local level such things happens & they just can not trace it & take any action. The amount was also not very small; the material was of @ Rs.10000/-. We have already decided not to work with u people in future, but we thought we should brings the things in notice for u.

Dear Sir/Madam, Regularly we are receiving the DTDC consignments without any issues. But for last 15-20 days or above, we are getting the most worst service that we have never thought off! Still we didn't receive our 4 nos of consignments- D[protected]BOOKING DATE[protected]STATUS- LYING WITH GUWHATI DTDC OFFICE. D[protected]BOOKING DATE[protected] STATUS-LYING WITH KOLKATA DTDC FROM 31-03-15. Several communications has been done from the consignee or consignor part but no action or result is zero. Here we are suffering badly, as the materials are related to the children education & students are suffering. Please take urgent action & help us to receive the materials by tomorrow itself. Dear sir / madam..., please kindly find the below mentioned dtdc courier office address DTDC Courier konappana agrahara, bangalore-560100, karnataka, india. we are inform to you this office working is very bad, because no answering land line calls, not lifting phones., no responce..not come to pick up & drop also.no information given to customers..please strictly take action immediately.

1) . I have sent a courier (Z[protected] through dtdc on 24th february 2015 from gurgaon to jaipur. 2) . Above courier arrived at dtdc apex jaipur on 25th february 2015 but dispatched at destination address on 12th march 2015.

I just wanted to know the reason for the delay. It is a question of my & my family respect / reputation.

It is a huge issue for me and my family.

I am yet to receive a package from delhi to banglore, , , , which is very important to me. every day i check my status, , it has been roaming around delhi!! there has to be sme serious action that has to be taken against them!!! we send couriers, because it is important !!!

Sir, i have send an important papers from bangalore to ernakulam on 20 apr 15 at 1030a.Am. Vide consignment no. V21383474. I am sorry to say that item could not reached in time instead on 22 apr at 0315 p.M.. I lost the job for which the paper was despacthed by paying rs. 175/-. Can authority may look into the matter? Now, what is the difference between speed post and courier srvice? Please compensate.

hi, I have booked a parcel from mumbai with consignment no V21873520 on 14 april with dtdc blue. It was scheduled to reach haldwani on 17 april but since 16th april no notificatiuon is there from dtdc and right now parcel is in delhi from last 7 days. I have loged complaint on dtdc but now they are not picking up the phone.

I have booked courrier from hubli on17 th and the Parcel is still not delivered... I hav called hubli and bangalore ph nos nobody is responding and giving false r reason dat the door was locked... Its a corporate company address it is not locked... Please process 2day itself or lse i ll hav to lodge consumer complaint and police as it is very important document and shud reach yday itself... I was supposed to received a courier 3 days before on 19-Apr-2015 and everytime I call the Perungudi DTDC branch, they talk to me so rudely and ask me for the consignment number. How am I supposed to know the consignment number if I am the receiver, and the courier is sent from some random organisation to me. I am telling my name and phone number and every other detail but their response is horrible to it rather than even giving the slightest consideration to what I am trying to explain them.

Rude courier guy calls at 10 am and we arrange he will deliver at 2 pm. At 11:30 he calls again and says he is at a shop near my house. I tell him since we have already arranged for 2pm, I cannot be available now since I am not at home. He lashes out he does not have time to return and would deposit the parcel to the shop nearby. When I refused to this, he said collect it from dtdc office. My way bill no is K78410387. Can DTDC look into...

We had booked 2 (Two) Article:- 1) Z49314935 for :Rehan" and 2) Z49314936 for "Palampur" from DTDC, Una, HP on dtd. 11.04.2015. At destination point DTDC doesn't have its services but item booked by be fooling us and later told by DTDC representative that there is DTDC services is not available. In this case we need our Amount Back but they are not agreed to refund the amount. Why will you be paid ???? If you does not have your services there in destination and item booked by be fooling us.

I have booked an apple macbook from ebay that is being delivered by DTDC couriers. From friday (17/04/2015) 10:25 AM i see the status as "OUT FOR DELIVERY" And today it is monday EOD. I haven't recieved the pack yet. I am looking forward day and night to recieve the package as already it is out for delivery. Just wanna know whats wrong with you guyz ?????? We (Veeyes Engineering Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore)have booked a docket to M/S.Chennai Gaskets and Engineering Products, Thirumudivakkam, Chennai on 18.04.2015 vide docket no.C59275809. DTDC People first informed our vendor that it has been moved to Mangadu. While approaching Mangadu branch they informed that the docket number is not correct.After showing the docket sent thro mobile only futher investicated and informed it has gone to Maraimalai Nagar and the docket would be delivered by tomorrow evening. But we sent another docket to M/S.Siva Forging on 18.04.2015 and the same have been delivered today. The docket contains payment cheque and it is very important for the Vendor to make payment for their supplier. Pl note that now a days getting payment is very very difficult and if your people delay like this what to do.

Hi, I had sent one courier via DTDC (Consignment number -K[protected] on 23rd March, 2015 from Kolkata (Jadavpur) location to Hyderabad location for which I was charged Rs. 180. The parcel was containing some documents weighing less than 400 gms. Later when I checked the price for the same weight between same locations with the product facility 'Lite' I noticed that the actual price was Rs. 120. I was wondered how the franchise charged me so much extra amount and he issued me one manual receipt only. Kindly let me know what is the actual courier charge for the same. regards, Sumanto

I am sure this mail won’t affect your team a bit; still I am bound to mention few ticks below: 1. Pathetic customer service from you guys. a. It took Customer Service 5 days to reply back to an irated customer for a mail marked ‘IMPORTANT’. b. Unprofessional way of handling a query. c. No phone call from you guys even after asking so. d. Unavailability of Customer Service on phone. [The phone wasn’t picked for 10+ times] 2. Even more pathetic experience with respect to courrier delivery (Sent: 11:30 AM, 30th march, 2015 & Received: 5:00 P.M, 4th April, 2015). It took your organization a whopping 5 business days to handle the parcel post: a. Constant reminders; b. Uncountable One to one interaction with the local representative; c. Numerous Calls[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[pr...⇄ d. Charging INR 595 for a delayed service; and e. Fake and faulty promises. i. The local representative promised of delivery surety the next day on 30th March. (This never happened even after paying INR 595) ii. The local representative mentioned that we do not have any other service apart from dtdc plus. (I can however find other services too.) iii. The local representative promised the delivery surety again on 2nd April. iv. It was this date when the delivery did happen, probably because I refused to leave the office until I have written surety regarding delivery. The local representative thus promised me to mark me in an escalation mail ([protected]@ymail.com) which never happened on 4th April. It was an unimportant item that was part of the package. Had it been a crucial stuff (Say a medicine); I reckon, patient at the other end would have died waiting for dtdc plus service to respond and behave likely in above mentioned pointers. 3. There is a service Notify Me in your website which shouts of dropping a text message post courrier delivery. – I haven’t received any text message. 4. I was even asked to pick the courier manually from Faizabad Franchise on 4th April. Is this what I paid for? Now, since there doesn’t seem to be any difference in DTDC PLUS and any other postal / courrier delivery and the service has been comparatively troublesome, kindly let me know the way to get my money reimbursed. I want the entire money reimbursed (595 INR) in any form ASAP. Kindly do the needful with no delay this time at least. Devesh Awasthi

We had booked a parcel (Office items including Printers, Fax machine, A/Cs, Scanners and Desktop computer, etc) through DTDC from Chennai to Cochin vide C/N No. D20863868 on 25/03/15. The parcel was booked through Mr. Seethapathi of DTDC?s Cathedral Branch Office in Chennai. They quoted Rs. 30/- kg for Coimbatore and Rs. 45/- kg for Cochin. The parcel was to be transported to Cochin. We have transport service from Coimbatore to Cochin so thought better to book for Coimbatore. After booking the cargo they advised that it can?t be delivered in the address provided by us. Then we told them to book for Cochin at the rate given for Rs. 45/- kg from Chennai to Cochin. However, they have charges us Rs. 30/- kg from Chennai to Coimbatore and ADDITIONAL RS. 45/- KG FROM COIMBATORE TO COCHIN (i.e. Rs. 75/- kg). The total weight of consignment was below 250 Kgs. However, they charged for 280 Kgs. We got the parcel on 31/03/15 and shocked to see that all boxes got damaged. The printers, scanner, computer, fax machine all have received in totally damaged condition. We can?t use any of the items received. We are sending herewith pictures of the items. We have lodged our complaint on 31/03/15 to the Chennai as well as Coimbatore branch. On 3rd April, 15 Coimbatore Office of DTDC sent a mail to Cathedral Branch stating that they received shipment in damaged condition and asked Seethapathi to speak to customer and close the matter. We tried to call Seethapathi who asked us to get in touch with Guindy Branch. We have asked them to pay a claim amount of Rs. 40, 000/- and settle the matter. I have never received this shipment and on your website it is showing as delivered. Is this a kind of joke you are playing with customers. This was a very sensitive document and it is very sad that you have delivered this to someone else without verifying customer's identification. If i do not receive this shipment within next 24 hours, i am going to file a complaint against your company and will make sure that you bear all my losses and will make sure that this fraud practise get stopped

Hi Sir, My Consignment (D[protected] was dispatched from Coimbatore on April 9, 2015, it still hasn't reached its destination.i.e. Silchar. It's been 10 days, the consignment has my mother's life saving medicines. None of your customer care number works and when I contacted your silchar office I was told that if this was so important why I didn't picked it up from Kolkata. If this goes on I will be forced to lodge a case in consumer court!!!. Sincerely Soma Purkayastha
