I have never received this shipment and on your website it is showing as delivered. Is this a kind of joke you are playing with customers. This was a very sensitive document and it is very sad that you have delivered this to someone else without verifying customer's identification. If i do not receive this shipment within next 24 hours, i am going to file a complaint against your company and will make sure that you bear all my losses and will make sure that this fraud practise get stopped

I have never received this consignment which is showing as delivered on our website . This is demonstration of such a bad service and negligence on your end.

Also, i want to file a complaint against the respective branch whom when i tried to contact, no one picked up my call on any of the listed numbers . I tried to call 100 times but no one bothered to address my call . I am going to file a complaint and will make sure that this fraud practise should stop and will also make sure that this branch would get shutdown as they are not capable enogh to run the business.

Below are the details of the branch, take necessary action against them and i will also make sure that you pay for the mental harassment i have gone through.

    Hi Sir, My Consignment (D[protected] was dispatched from Coimbatore on April 9, 2015, it still hasn't reached its destination.i.e. Silchar. It's been 10 days, the consignment has my mother's life saving medicines. None of your customer care number works and when I contacted your silchar office I was told that if this was so important why I didn't picked it up from Kolkata. If this goes on I will be forced to lodge a case in consumer court!!!. Sincerely Soma Purkayastha

      Dear Sir/Ma'am, My consignment number is V19671081 Dispatched date 13/04/2015. But very surprisingly could not reached to destination Kotdwara. Its been one week could anyone give me the explanation why my product has not reached. I have gone to DTDC office and explanation was very shocking, reason given was that DTDC celebrating its silver jublie so employees are quite engaged. So please let me know when my consignment will reach at my destination. Thanks, Brijen.

        sir, Consignment D22325193 was sent from trimulgherry, secunderabad to Vadakanchery, palakkad, kerala on April 6th 2015 but has not been delivered yet. On april 12th, I contacted the local dtdc courier on phone and they told me that the parcel has nt reached kochi and will be delivered soon. I contacted them again but i didn't get any information about my courier.I have contacted the regional head, he tld me that he will call me back within one day, but he is not picking up the call there after. The courier contain Xperia Z2 mobile which cost Rs32000 outside, I bought it online for Rs 21000 due to some discount and payback offer, I bought in Hyderabad for my brother as there was no delivery in palakkad.He don't have a mobile right now and he is in a confusion whether to buy a new one or not.He is in business and having a tough time with his damaged phone.Iam an army Officer and i don't get much time to go after all these things, still I made 3-4 visit to the branch but it was of no use I didn't not expect such an irresponsible service from DTDC... Hence i would like to file a complaint against DTDC and request u to direct the concerned people to take the necessary actions kindly do the needful yours faithfully Lt Thomachan.M.S

          Hello . We have booked the parcel thru DTDC . they have given the docket no and taken the shipment . They is no response from anybody . In the status says attempted for delivery point . Asking the concerned DTDC agent he was sleeping in id day and says his boys were keeping the percel . The details of the agent is .             AWB: M18196287 sir, courier service is door to door service and not from one of your office to another, a parcel was sent to me from Mumbai to Goa (Pilerne ) and your Panjim office refused to deliver it to my door saying its out of our service area, ok say it is out of your service area then wasn't it the duty of the receiving office to reject the parcel, why was it accepted and then not delivered isn't this cheating, is this what you call customer service where a customer has to collect his own parcel from your office . Here again you have double standards a parcel sent by ebay is delivered to the door while for a private parcel you do not have service to the door, then for eBay you charge Rs. 65/- whereas private parcels you charge Rs. 150/-, I really think you have cheated me and I require compensation, And one more think that I need to bring to your notice is the behavior of your staff they were very rude they are behaving as though they are doing me a favour and have asked me to complaint to whomever I want to. kindly follow up and sort out this matter.               DTDC Tracking number C60104060. Unfortunately the courier has not been delivered even after 3 days. Given to Velachery booking office on April 16th morning and it is 9pm on April 18th...and my packet has still not been delivered in Delhi. Pathetic service with no accountability.

                  My Name Krishna Kumar Singh send courier from Bangalore with consignment No. D21898171 on dt. 16.04.15 and rcd. on 18.04.15. Many goods missing in courier. When I rcd. courier, then I saw that already courier open by some one. who is responsible for my missing goods. This is one of the worst way of DTDC people.

                    A Courier was sent via DTDC Plus service on 15th of April for which they charged me 4 times than the normal courier in which they promised that it will be delivered on 16th of April before 12 PM.AWB NO is V21662251, it is not yet delivered and its the end of 3rd business day. It was something very very very important thats why I spent Rs 180 on a simple courier, and its a huge loss for me. Every day I have loss of money due to this delay, and the mental harassment I am having is a different.Kindly provide the solution for that, with the reimbursement of the amount of courier as well as the compensation for my monetary losses and mental harassment.I dont want to go to Consumer Court, but If I will get the solution directly, I will have to do so as well.

                          respected sir/mam i did register my mobile for delivery howrah to nawada. 7 days has passed but still not getting that. when i tried and contact with kolkata office, there were paromita who has made mis behave and assure me that your product will never reach on time. then i folled to patna circle there were anupama who assured me that she will give the feedback after 1 hour but still they dont think to tell to the customer. if any one are sincere and can help then contact me by tomorrow on [protected]. otherwise settle down my moneys back as well as the losses whichever i have suffered.

                          still anupama and nigar is going to be rude. They told this your problem that you felling uncomfortable. they cant help now and this not sure that your product is safe or not. They told that they just deliver, it is reaching or not its not thier duty. I just surprised to DTDC delivery system and their employee's behaviour.

                            The parcel was submitted to DTDC office in Visakhapatnam on 14-April-2015, the agent has confirmed us saying would be getting my parcel on the very next day (15-April-2015). But did not get the parcel on 15-April-2015. When tracked using the tracking number given, could see that my parcel was in DTDC office in Hyderabad. The next day (16-April-2015) when checked the status it came Madiwala(Bangalore) DTDC office, and status changed to "Shipment Dispatched for Delivery" at 9:16 Am. Got my parcel on 17-April-2015 at 2:30 Pm. Concerns: 1) How many days will it take for a parcel to get delivered from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore? 2) Will it really take more than one day to deliver the item from Madiwala to Electronic City? Hardly 15 kms. 3) Tried to contact the people in Madiwala DTDC office over phone, called them around 10 times from morning to evening. None of them lifted the call, though it was ringing. Are the phones numbers posted in Internet are for customers or only for name sake? below are the details. Office Name: Madiwala Master Franchisee Contacted Number:[protected]/[protected]. Necessary action should be taken. Should be made sure that they will never make a customer suffer like this. please reply to my mail: [protected]@gmail.com .Regaring the action taken. Please find the attached screen shot of the tracking.

                            Booked a parcel from COIMBATORE TO BANGALORE on 05th july, it showed as OUT FOR DELIVERY on the next day (06th july 2018) itself, but the parcel was not delivered and updated as RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE, but the person was there in their home itself . we were following it through our area DTDC courier and they also informed that we had spoke to them regarding this and will be delivered soon, but there was no proper response from the MADIWALA DTDC courier service, without arranging for the delivery, instead they are updating wrong information. Even they are NOT attending the calls, likewise the dates went on it was on 10th july they told that it will be delivered today, but the same case again they entered as RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE. We have provided the contact number in the address, but they don't even try to call the customer and arrange for delivery. VERY VERY WORST SERVICE OF DTDC IN MADIWALA .

                              Hello, One of my friend sent a document on 15th Apr 2015 at 1:00pm through DTDC Plus(Express Service) from Bhongir(508116) to Bangalore(560071). They told that it'll reach within 24hrs otherwise amount will be refund. But, still I didn't receive the document even after 48hrs. What kind of service is this, if I make a call to the customer care also no response from them and they are disconnecting the call in the middle while they kept call on hold. I want to know how did they gave franchisee to that area, if there is no express delivery available in that area. I want my amount back, seriously I'm fed up with this service. If I track the status in online it is showing as Out for Delivery and the Date and time is 16th Apr 2015, 7:12PM Bangalore.

                                Sir/Madam, I send one courier to my brother at Theni address(Write the PIN, Address and Mobile no.). My brother not yet recieved till now. He asked me about that courier. I tracked that courier with their website(http://dtdc.com/tracking/tracking_results_detail.asp) and shocked. They sent that courier to Coimbatore. Can't understand how they run the courier service without knowing where is the Coimbatore and how they connect to Theni from Coimbatore... Detailed Result Tracking No.: C60034190.                                   My consignment number b19665681, from Bangalore to hospet, it hardly takes one day to reach courier. The courier reached hospet on Monday evening, but till today i.e Thursday they didnt deliver it, on asking why was it not delivered they said they dont provide service to that region, on asking then why did they accept the courier if they provide service to particular area they told it is our duty to know, they are not responsible to say all this to customer, though its hardly 1.5km from courier office they cant deliver it. N the people in the office, there was a lady didnt have the basic courtesy on how to talk to a customer, showing no respect which made me file thia complain, very unhappy with the service of dtdc, n very unhappy with the customer handling, courier was done from bangalore on 12th april, it reached hospet on 13th april, was not delivered till 16th april, until we ourselves had to go to hospet courier office to ask, when asked she is bringing the courier covered with dust, if they were not providing service to the area whih is hardly 1km to 1.5km, why did they accept it, they would have sent it back or atleast informed the customer over phone to come n receive it, this is the worst experience i ever had, please take some action against this so that the big name dtdc doesnt get spoiled bcoz of some workers.

                                    Hi, my name is Vishal and i sent a parcel through DTDC gandhidham branch on 6th of april 2015, the consignment number is D22112245, and the address is ( Ajung Jamir, House no.172, Imkonglenden colony, Dimapur, Nagaland. Pin:- 797112), they charged me 300 rupees for the parcel and said it will be delivered in 3 to 4 days time and i said ok, today morning i got a call from the person who was suppose to receive the parcel in dimapur, he said i have not yet received the parcel yet, i told him to wait for a few minute and i will go and check with dtdc office in gandhihdham, when i went to the office i told them that parcel has not been delivered yet so he said give me some time and i will check, in the mean while i checked for the number of dtdc dimapur branch and called them up, and when i told them the consignment number and the address the guy on the phone told me that we can not deliver it to this address as it not in our service zone, and i told him that why have you guys accepted it if its not in ur service zone, his reply was plz check with the person who has accepted it and not with me, so i went to the dtdc office gandhidham branch again and told them about my communication and the guy in the office who i spoke to was very casual about it, he said if its not in the service zone than nothing can be done and ask someone to collect it from our office in dimapur, so i told him that you should have told me this earlier when i booked the consignment on 6th and today is 16th you are telling me this now, i told him the parcel has reached dimapur on 9th and if you guys coudnt deliver it than you should have atleast called once, it me who is coming to you and asking than you are telling me that we can not do anything about it, the guy in gandhidham branch was so casual to tell me that its not a big deal mistakes do happen and from now on we are not goin to take any of your orders, i mean he is the face of the brand DTDC and how could he say such words, he said we have the delivery at pin code 799115 and not at 799112, it not a big deal, my staff did not see it properly, if i give a courier to DTDC than i expect good and effective service, if that can not be delivered than whats the difference between you guys and others, this is for the 1st time i have seen such a care free behaviour towards any customer in my life. i hope you get to the roots of this and do something about it.

                                      Docket No.B18913445 supposed to have reached the destination 11.04.2015 or worst case on 13.04.2015 which was sent on 10.04.2015 from Bangalore to Mumbai. I understand on 15.04.2015 that the consignment has been returned without informing the Sender saying door has been closed at the delivery address. This shows the negligence of the stafff for not informing us for the next course of action. The docket had a very important customs documents which should have reached on or before 13.04.2015. Now we will debit all the costs incurred due to delay in submitting our original documents for the customs clearance purpose. Now immediately send the document again to the destination from Bangalore. Any clarification, please call[protected]. Please take care in future.

                                        Now you guys are actually not replying on customer query.This is my fourth non-replied mail in a row.You are giving an good example of customer services & providing this type of solution/assistance in an issue. Whether your company is ran away? As you all are unable to track one small product in 10days. If it is still not traceable then why u do not acknowledge it as lost/theft so that I can claim it from seller. I think your upper management is also become dumb as if this mail is being to marked to them then they are even not interested on reply on that.. Big shame on you..
