hello concern, I am using DTDC service on regularly basis and I am finding that the drivers in the bus do not stop at stoppages, Some times they stop at red lights, some time at stoppages especially at noida where I stay.Its trouble for me to seat in the bus in such a manner, The red AC bus drivers drive as if they are the owner of bus and can do anything and can stop anywhere, please explain them that its a public transport system for public. today the worst case happened i was waiting for the bus at sec 12, noida stadium stoppage, but the bus did not stopped there, the bus was having very few passengers, it went ahead and stopped at red light, i ran from behind to catch the bus, but the driver despite noticing me running from stoppage to red light, did not opened the gate of the bus, I tried knocking the door of the bus, But he never listened.i just noticed the number of the bus DL1pc 8335 at sec 12 noida stadium around 4:20 PM today 9 march 2015. Kindly take some action for it and stop this kind of harassment to the passengers. Thanks

I Anil kumar Kuppili sented a document courier with Demand Draft docket No. H40321445 dt. 25.02.2015 addressing to The Vice President, Kanoria Chemicals, Parwada, Visakhapatnam -531019.
The said courier is returned back and the DTDC parwada office Representative mobile No. [protected] contacted me and said courier is returning and same delivered to you within 2 days.

Till now the courier not reached me and the said person not lifting the phone.

Kindly take the necessary action in this regard.

We have booked courier on 28 February, 2015 tracking number Z48961460, This courier is not delivered yet. We are very disappointed with your services. After that we also send same courier on 05.03.2015 tracking number Z49046154. But it is shown at online site in transit. For the first courier already 10days passed still packet is yet to deliver and the second courier is also not delivered. I really don't understand that how much time you will take to deliver the courier form Delhi to Noida . They also not update the online tracking system.We have not face this problem first time . Please improve the Courier services.

I have booked one dtdc courier on 28 February 2015, the Courier booking Tracking No.: Z48961460 for Jangpura to Noida, It is still not delivered. We have face this problem many times, this is not a first time when the packet is not delivered at time . We are very disappointed with your DTDC Courier services. I Never seen this type of services . They also not updated online status at time.I really don't understand how much time these guys are going to take to deliver the Courier in Delhi to noida. After that we have send the same courier twice Parcel booking Tracking No.: Z49046154 on 05.03.2015 for Jangpura to Noida but it is also shown in transit . Please improve your services.

I have booked dtdc courier service on 28 February. it is still not delivered. I opted for lite express service. They charged me 270rs for 1kg packet. I will say this is worst service. Already 10days passed still packet is yet to deliver. Seriously waste of money. Please improve your service.

This is PANKAJ from INDORE city. I needed to ship a parcel from INDORE to JAIPUR on urgent basis for which I gave the charges for urgent delivery to the CONSIGNER. The BAIRATHI colony branch executive mr.SANDEEP took the wrong charges and lost my parcel. DTDC really dissatisfied with its service also they AIN"T returning my charges and even the parcel. The executive says he only knows how to book the parcel and he is not concerned where the parcel is. I really need a strict action against them. The courier i sent on 4 March from Bangalore to Raipur was supposed to reach today on 7th March but it has not reached till now. More irritating is the fact that tracking details are wrong showing date as Jan 21 2015 and the status has remained unchanged since 5th March evening. No customer care phones numbers are being answered. I have been trying for 2 days now.

on 25th feb a dispatch has been made from delhi to warangal with consignment number D21707672 when we can expect the delivery track says its dispatched but till now did not received any info complained many times no action taken

Sent Courier on 2nd March 2015 from mumbai to bangalore by express mode and expected to be delivered by march 3rd, but did not recieve till march 5th and courier people from bangalore are not responding properly, tracking number is v20968097

The order number is B18837968 and it was dispatched from Bangalore to Bareilly on 25the Feb 2015 and reached the concerned city on 28th Feb 2015. Its been 5th Mar already and these guys haven't delivered the package. I don't really understand how much time these guys are going to take to deliver the package in this small city and when i tried calling these guys up their response was that they have no idea about the package and they lost it. When i called them again the next day they said that the package has been dispatched from their warehouse and they have no idea about its whereabouts.

Hi, I was supposed to get a parcel on 25 th of feburary sent from Asansol but I havent received. On 27th feb, I got to know from customer care that my parcel has been returned to the origin. When it returned to Origin, the stuffs were missing from the parcel. Is the courier company not responsible for the same and need to pay the amount . When I enquired about the parcel, I was told that the person who came to deliver the courier could not locate the address but here the problem was they had already taken out the stuffs from the courier. What they will deliver to me. Is this the service provided by DTDC courier . It's really disappointing for me . Please revert back with proper reply ..This wont be tolerated as we are facing a lot of problems due to you guys irresponsible behaviour.

last week one parcel my friend send from calicut(kerala) to nagapattinam district(tamilnadu) . tracking number is R17289853, , we send some medicine so we told them to deliver the item quicky and we paid extra money to them, they promised maximum 2 days we will delivery the items, but til we not received the items and we checked from online and we contacted thanjavur ( tamilnadu ) branch office, they are giving some contact numbers we called the number all are wrong numbers, thanjavur branch peoples told your parcel now in mayiladuthurai city we don't have another contact details, and mayiladuthurai city branch incharge some times not deliver the item properly so you should go and receive your parcel . sir my house to mayiladuthurai city around 25 KM, this is not first time 2nd time i getting this problem. and i spend more money for phone calls for this enquiry. please my kind request i am really not satisfied your service and im tired, so please make it all properly and design good standards. and please try to take action for my request. i am waiting for your kind action.

i had sent a printer from DTDC Lamington road branch, Mumbai to Kolar district (DOCKET NO. D[protected], but our client received material in damaged condition. Now DTDC persons said that they are not responsble for damage during shipment process. very bad service...

Hi All, I am really upset that the cited consignment has been incorrectly delivered to the incorrect address. I have gone from pillar to post to request everyone involved to receive the details as to where has the shipment been delivered to. The shipment contains my degree certificate which is very very important for me. I have been requesting to at least let me know the address to where this has been delivered, so that I can go and collect it myself. But I am still waiting for this detail. The online tracker doesn’t even show the address or the name of the person to whom this has been delivered to . I am very annoyed and feel harassed by this commotion. Please help me out with this. I am Chinmay Routray. I just want to file a complaint against DTDC courier branch office, Lado Sarai and Chhattarpur, New Delhi. These branch have employees who not only misguide people with false information, they also misbehave when you try to complaint. The incident is about my consignment number Z46569696. I placed an order on 25th of February at about 7 p.m. 2015 to send some important medicines to the address provided below: Madhusudan Routray At-Kajala, Post-Tinimuhani Kendrapara, Odisha, 754211 I also provided the mobile numbers. The dtdc employees, told me that the shipment will be dispatched right away on the same day through air courier service. I am sorry but I did not keep any proof of this dialogue. But they convinced me that it will be delivered on 27th to the provided address. I trusted them as courier service means fast delivery of goods in less time. Hence, I placed the order by paying Rs.100.00. When I tracked the order on 27th of February, I could only see that it has not yet dispatched from Delhi at all. I immediately called their South Delhi office to about the same and complaint them that why its not yet dispatched. The lady on the other side of the phone said that, its at the Naraina center and will be dispatched on 27th. I complained why I was lied about it being dispatched on 25th? She just bluntly said, they are not responsible for that. It's the Lado Sarai office staff who are responsible. I told her that I am telling them because, they are the corporate office and the number was provided on the site for any inquiry and complaints. She just said, go and complaint at the Lado Sarai as they (corporate office) are not responsible for this. And now it's 1st of March, 2015, the consignment is not delivered yet. The pathetic thing is, when you complaint with them, their attitude is like as if they never bother about any complaint filed against them. And its true. Because, there is no authority or regulatory body in India, who can accept complaint against these courier companies. When you file a complaint with consumer court, they just tend to extend the judicial process causing inconvenience to the general public. I have attached the online tracking status taken on 1st March, 2015 in the morning 9 a.m. The tracking doesn't show complete info. In the tracking service, you could see that the packet was first sent to Chhatarpur, then Sadar Bazar and then to Naraina for dispatch. This is the reason the delivery is delayed.
