Hello,
I had booked 6 couriers from Bangalore, 4 to Udupi district, 1 to Shimoga and 1 to Tumkur on 11 February 2015. As of now, only one courier has been delivered - to Shimoga. Can you please explain how this is even possible? Indian Postal Service delivers faster than this. Why should I send something through "Courier" if this is the kind of service and turnaround I get that too at 6 times the cost of a normal post?
When I called the customer care, they were clueless about the couriers and told me that the couriers are delivered but not updated on the website tracking. When I called the franchise at the particular locations, they say the courier was returned because the address was not found. Why is there a phone number listed on the courier? I did not receive any call to confirm the address.
This is the most pathetic service I have encountered and I am never going to use again. Also, everyone I know will be advised never to use the service.
Even though I know nobody is even going to bother with this message, I am writing this and posting on all online forums so that others do not fall into the trap of your service.
