Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a user and well wisher of DTDC Courier Services since over 3-4years and have been sending and receiving couriers for business as well as personal use. Please note that a shipment had been sent from Vapi to Delhi on 28th January 2015. Docket No. D20989299 which was told to be delivered by 30th January 2015.The shipment had materials/ fabrics which was further to be exported from Delhi. The shipment which was supposed to be delivered by 30th January latest is still lying in your Delhi Office. I was lucky enough to get through your Customer Support System after making 40-50 STD Calls. I had been personally following up with your customer executives in Delhi Office Mr. Sachin/ Mr. Kumar to kindly get it delivered today so that we can process the shipment being a weekend. But none of your executives were even smart enough to reply to my question or attend to the query and had no answer as to why was there a delay at all. The goods being very urgent had been sent by DTDC so that it could reach in a day or two. But it was surprising that a well known brand like DTDC would mess things up like this. I had logged a complaint against my docket number and also filled your feedback form but got no calls/ reply from your end and thus this email. It is surprising to know that the courier had reached today at Delhi but your executives were foul playing with me. My courier is still at your delhi office and has not been delivered as yet. I request you to take necessary actions and kindly deliver the same by today if possible. I am really dissapointed by the customer handing/ customer support at Delhi and have had a very bitter experience with DTDC. I visited there and was surprise to know that there were 2-3 courier...

I have ordered baby formula in online on 27th Jan and they have dispatched it on the same day. I was tracking the parcel it says in transit and the destination is Trichy. But later on it got delivered to Cochin. I have contacted Trichy office and Banglore. They assured me that they will delivered it on 31st Jan. I'm checking the status today and it says it got delivered to Bangalore again. I contacted Trichy office again they said I need to contact Banglore office. I contacted Bangalore they put my call on hold. It is a baby formula parcel. I have told them and cried as well. How will I feed my kid now? I never changed the formula for my child. If I change it, wont it harm my child? Dont I know to change the formula before? Why should we order things in online and sending via dtdc? Do they want my child in starving? Ref no. B17121011

I made a shipment on Jan 13 from Tenkasi to Bangalore and the AWB no: D20881522 but still the shipment is not delivered what's the reason for this service you have obtained a sum of Rs 275. Its a online product and to be delivered on immediate situation but your service ruined my efforts. Kindly update the reasons and your contact number are not getting connected. Kindly, update the same asap. Since, I'm in a issue with the Online retailer. No response for this mail from the concern team. So I contacted the Bangalore Customer Care and they asked me send a mail and I forwarded the above mail to the given mail id on 27/01/2015. Didn't get any update from them then I called the Customer Care on 29/01/2015 around 11.00 Am and asked about the Shipment details and I was informed they would revert me once, they get an update and I asked them to make a call back regarding the same, but nothing happened. After getting very much irritated I called Customer Care and shouted as I was out of control. After explaining my complete situation the Executive asked for 1 day time for the update but till now I didn't get any update about the product. It's a reshipment product and should be delivered within 7 days to the retailer but still the product details are not provided and if the retailers doesn't provide me the refund then DTDC should refund me the amount of Rs. 5, 300. I'm worried about the product state if its damaged the retailer won't accept the same. I also have the pictures of the Product as it has been requested for reshipment and if the product has any other damage then they should pay the above mentioned amount. If DTDC Courier doesn't agree for the same, then I would file a complaint against them on Consumer Court.

I booked a parcel through DTDC on 15/01/2015 from Kharghar to Ranchi with Consignment number D17289999. Parcel reached Ranchi on 21/01/2015 and it is lying there till today. Numerous call has been made to Ranchi DTDC, in some occasion when it is picked up I am told they would deliver it very soon . Nothing happened till now. God knows what they are waiting for or is it a simple case of their lackadaisical attitude without having least client sensitivity.

The certificate dispatched by PPDC Agra, MSME was literally thrown at a different location. The delivery person didn't even bother to verify my address. The certificate was very important for me and after very hardship I was able to locate my certificate. I thought that this was a very premier & prompt courier service with extraordinary charges. I have sent the courier to Mr. Navneet kumar at the address Daiichi sankyo India pharma pvt ltd. But It s received by Maxlife company seal. Please look into the matter. The papers inside were very urgent. The consignment Number is P30614940. Please look into the matter otherwise I m going to file complaint against DTDC in consumer forum.

This is raja from madurai.My company sent me a offer letter on 19th january but still i am not receiving the cover.Because of this i cant able communicate with the company.This is very disappinted to me.I called the customer care also but no one is not picked the phone.My consignment number is b[protected].And the address is 4/144-1, sandhana mariamman street, sasthiri nagar, oomachikuam, madurai-625014.

I have been fooling around by your people from Noida office. This consignment is not getting by them. The courier was sent on 15th Januray to Srinagar from where it was to be sent to Sopore (193201).
It has been so long since this courier is sent but everyday after calling your people i am getting same answer that Mr.A is responsible or Mr B is reponsible.

Could you please tell me where is my courier????? ... I will take strong action otherwise.

This company has got a special charge for delivering my Bank documents under EXPRESS DELIVERY scheme. The delivery hasn't yet been delivered under the estimated time line Nor they haven't responded to my emails and phone calls. I missed submitting one of the important document required to submitted under the required timeline.

Hi, I would like to highlight a very unprofessional and careless attitude of your courier staff. We had send a courier air way bill no K75768831 on 19 Jan 2015 from Kalyani, West Bengal to Sector-6, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pardesh. Till today we have not received and intimation from your courier people based in Ghaziabad from online tracking system it shows that the packet arrived at your Vaishali, Ghaziabad franchise on 21st January 2015 but so far we have not got any news regarding our packet. On our further investigation we found one of the contact number's of your DTDC franchise in Vasundhara sector-6. I contacted them and they are not willing to deliver the packet to our residence instead he said "that he can not deliver the packet as it is damaged and there is no point delivering it". I would appreciate if you could take stern action against this kind of attitude of your staff and franchise. Kindly update me about the status of my courier ASAP.

Hi, My Consignment no. X09539052, Dt. 24.01.15 dispatch from mumbai but not yet received. I already told in belgaum branch, Mumbai branch & Bangalore branch but still not any reply from your end. So, when we will receive my consignment. not any reply from DTDC customer also.

Team Dtdc, Consignment no- z44671360 is not delivered yet. Nobody is responding and misbehaving with me in Pune branches and master franchise. This is the worst service I have never seen. Pls help to deliver today at any cost. Hello, Am Vijesh, writing from Bangalore, Karnataka.I had booked a parcel on 20th Jan 2015. The service chosen was DTDC Plus and the consignment Number is V20064965.I have booked this from DTDC Courier & Cargo, Begur-Koppa road, Yelenahalli Village, Bangalore 560068. The Chanel Partner is Umesh T.Problem:The parcel was supposed to be delivered to Calicut, Kerala on 21st Jan 2015 or at max 22nd Jan 2015 as per the service and fees that I had paid. I had purposefully chosen this service as my brother was traveling abroad on 23rd Jan 2015 and has to receive this parcel well before that. On tracking the parcel I found it was routed to "Delhi" initially and came back to Bangalore after few days and today, on 29th Jan 2014, it is in Calicut, Kerala.I did frequent followups with Umesh but he didn't bother to call me and update the situation.Last day when I saw that the parcel is routed back to Bangalore, i informed Umesh to route the packet back to me as my brother has already traveled. He agreed up that, but today again when i checked the status the parcel has reached Calicut, Kerala. I again called up Umesh, but he was behaving irresponsibly and didn't bother to take up the responsibility of this bad service and bad commitment to the customer.Why do you bother to give wrong commitments to the customer if you can fulfill those. Shame on such a big chain of service.I need compensation for my time and the trouble that your franchisee has given. I have been booked a consignment from Bangalore to Siwan on 19.01.2015 but it is still not delivered to me.The shopkeeper said that it will be delivered within 3 days.My consignment number is V20445521.on website it is showing to Patna apex since 21.01.2015.I contacted to Patna Apex but they are saying that they have not received the consignment.Kindly send my consignment as soon as possible.

Sir, I have booked a courier on 22.01.2015 with C.N. No. H36853398 to Sri. V. Gurava Reddy, 18-4-12, Railway Colony, Tirupati-517502, Chittoor Dist, A.P. and the same has not been reached till today (27.01.2015) i.e. after lapse of (5) days. Kindly take an immediate action to deliver the courier otherwise I will have no option but approach the Consumer Court.

This complaint is regarding AWB No: D21241003I booked a package from online seller eBay on 17th of Jan'15 and it was shipped through DTDC by the seller. It was supposed to travel from Pune to Gandhinagar. It travelled from Pune on 20th of Jan'15 and reached 'AHMEDABAD APEX, AHMEDABAD' on 21st of Jan'15. But for some unknown reason it is not getting dispatched from there and getting delivered to my address. Upon contacting your customer service they told they have no clue about the package. Upon contacting your Asst Manager at AHMEDABAD APEX, AHMEDABAD Mr. Nayak, he told me that my area is NOT SERVICEABLE under their network and they can do nothing about the delivery. I want to know the reason behind this kind of inconvenience caused by your courier service. If my area is not serviceable, why the receipt counter rejected my package on the very first place?? Otherwise why your manager is denying to provide the service he is assigned to provide.I request you to look into this matter very seriously and provide a resolution, otherwise I will be compelled to take this matter to the highest level.Thank you in advance.
