Dear Sir The captioned consignment addressed to my self was returned undelivered on 22/12/14. When I contacted Chinchwad office on 23/12/2014 I was informed that it will be delivered on 24/12/2014 as delivery boy Shri alikar ([protected]) is on leave. When I contacted on 24/12/14 I was informed that the courier has been returned to Pimpri office and I was advised to contact Pimpri office at [protected]/44 however, I found no one is picking the phone at Pimpri Office. Then called back Chinchwad office they informed me that they can do nothing and gave me contact no of Mr Milind([protected]) who in turn gave me contact no of Mr D Kamble ([protected]) who informed that courier will be delivered on 26/12/14 as 25/12/14 is a holiday contact the Pune regional office for same and I was advised to contact Mr Kranti at [protected] but he was not picking the phone.

We were supposed to receive a courier from my mother in law from panagarh, west bengal. Containing my wife's (Meenakshi Datta Rao) aadhar card & a cheque in my wife's name amounting INR 4, 500. The courier (AWB: K[protected] was placed on 26th Dec 2014 & showing delivered on 30th Dec 2014 as per copy of DRS attached. When we didn't receive the courier & enquired at shipra sun city, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad branch on 3rd Jan 2015, they said DRS copies dated 30th Dec 2014 have been transferred to main branch & we will get a copy shortly for verifying our case. I came back in evening & saw attached DRS copy & was shocked seeing fake signatures of my wife 2nd from top. It was certainly done by staff as M of meenakshi entered at consumer name & address matched M of signature so both were done by same person handling delivery. It is a fraud case & liable for police action, which i will be doing on monday after getting to hear branch enquiry done by Mr. Aakash - [protected], [protected] (Branch head). Number of pieces to be delivered =2 Received only=1 Service type : Lite-air cargo 2 boxes from Henley - London invesco office was shipped on October 6th 2014 to invesco Hyderabad private limited. But we received only one box. I have enquired with the DTDC HYD people and heard to different answers. Please action to this complaint as soon ad possible.I hope to hear back soon on this.

Hi, This is regarding the AWB/ Consignment Number H40141110, the packet was opened and the product was cut in this process, the product worth Rs6000/- has become unusable now. How come the packet be opened without our permission Who is going to repay the amount now. Thanks, Ranga rao.P

LAST MONTH COURIER WEDDING CARD RECIEVED AFTER MARRIAGE (TIME TAKEN FOR BOOKING AND DELEVERY 7 2 DAYS) ASKED DELEVERY PERSON ABOUT DELAY AND HE REPLIED THERE WAS NO SERVICE / LETTERS ON THIS ROOT/AREA FOR SINGLE POST AFTER GETTING THE NO OF / BULK LETTERS WE WILL DESPATCH

We are an NGO, We have sent a courier to Lucknow vide AWB# B14562754, It returned from there saying office closed but till today we have not received the courier back. If we call the local agent who is holding the goods all the time he gave fake promises and couldnot deliver the goods and the delivery boys who came to deliver other courier to us they said that it was opened. Hope its the correct place to complaint as consumer else please let us know where we can raise and resolve our issue

I contacted DTDC PALLIKKARANAI MASTER FRANCHISEE([protected]) person for an early delivery(because parcel was out for delivery and I need the parcel before 5 PM as i have plan to go out of Chennai with family) but DTDC person started misbehaving and told they will not deliver the parcel even though parcel is out for delivery. That person have also stopped the person for making the delivery. Please help me to get my parcel.

I have send a parcel in name of Mr. Kenneth Sannoo . H.no 419 Sector 22A Gurgaon on 24th Dec. 2014. The Docket no is V20426573 dated 24th Dec. 2014 . On 31st I was confirmed by your Gurgaon representative that they tried two times but it was not delivered and they will sort it out. Today I get a reply that status is updated as delivered on 26th Dec. There is no phone number of the person who received the parcel . The parcel contained gift voucher worth Rs.5000/- . My consignment no. : D20476631 is not yet delivered to destination place. I have sent it on 22/12/2014 and today is 02/01/2015, till now there is no update on when package will be delivered. DTDC has a very bad service, They took money for delivery within 3 days and now its more than 3 weeks. Even there customer care persons are not responding properly, instead of they following up on package, they are asking me to note down diffrent numbers and I had to call them and ask for status. Dear Concerns, Like to inform you that we have dispatched one urgent document thru courier thru DTDC Plus on dated 26/12/2014 & expected to deliver at Shimla office address on 27th evng. Understand that courier already reached at Shimla DTDC office on dated 27th, but they have not delivered at consignee address still 31st Dec-2014. We were continuously asking at Shimla DTDC office ([protected]) from dated 29th & they confirmed that courier already delivered. But I searched at consignee address & their officials informed that they have not received that document. After passing another two days I, e on 31st I personally visited Shimla DTDC office & found that the said document is lying in DTDC office only. My wife couriered a package to our friend in Vasundhra Enclave, Ghaziabad on 4th Septemeber with CN no. Z30458470. However, after 4 months, there is no trace of the package. After so many reminders on mail, this is the reply that I got from DTDC guys: "In continuation to earlier mail, we regret to inform you that the said consignment is not traceable as confirmed by our Delhi office.This is for your kind information. We regret for all the inconveniences caused to you." Please address this complaint as soon as possible

Hai, Last week my parents sent a courier from newdelhi to hyderabad on 26 dec 2014 and it is not received date 1-1-2015. They promised that it will reach with in 48 hours. It's already 1 week. Please take my complaint and give reply. If anything happens to my courier or if it is missing then dtdc have to bear that.

I am a loyal customer to DTDC for the last 10 years.I have lot of appreciation for your company.Recently i have booked a parcel from Ravulapalem to vishakapatnam. They gave a Consignment confirmation slip No: H37162056 after booking.On 26th december i booked the parcel and they promised me that it will reach by 27th july. It didn't happen and i tried to track the consignment through internet but it showed that the CN number is invalid, I called vizag DTDC office and asked about the parcel. They said that the CN number is a dummy one and they are facing lot of complaints from the Ravulapalem booked consignments. and they said that Ravulapalem franchise people are being irresponsible. Today on 31st December my parcel reached the destination, but i am very disappointed with the services. Ravulapalem is our home town and we have somany friends who are willing to take your franchise and give their best efforts to the company. I should receive a material from Bhiwadi and its dispatched on 10th of Dec from there but could not receive the material. I was more surprised to see in the status that it was attempted for delivery on 19th . Upon continous calls to customer care they told they didn't attempt and informed me they will deliver the next day. As i didn't recevie material i called them agian then they told some technical problem and will be delivered for sure the next day but till now my material is not delivered. Hi, I had send a courier through DTDC AUTHORISED AGANCY from mumbai. my reference num: M13959326. the courier was sent one month before but the receiving party still cannot receive the courier. despite talking to the DTDC customer care 10 times but they were not helpful at all. the complaint number is 10811. the executive of the DTDC were very dis-respectful during this process. i have also spoken to the mumbai agency several times but no response. my contact :[protected] email:[protected]@gmail.com please do the needful regards nayan

Hi I had send a courier through an authorised DTDC COURIER AGENGY . My reference number is M13959326.
