My courier consignment number is Z40937131. The consignment has not been delievered yet although I couriered on 05 December, 2014. And also, the nearest DTDC courier office at Udupi, which is 12km away from the place of delievery, refused to deliever the courier to door-step at Shankarpura. Extremely pathetic service.

Hi, this is a complaint regarding consignment no:D20065655 dated[protected] booked at kaduthuruthy dtdc.kerala. It was insisted by them as they will do the packing themselves. I received the parcel at MKCG medical college at 11.30am on[protected]. when found the parcel in damaged condition i insisted on complaining but i was told i should receive the product first.It was found that the packet was damaged by rats at two places(which was wrapped in a plastic sheet) & the entire contents inside was damaged & useless. The estimated loss is around Rs.3500/-. I request you to refund the money at the earliest. Thanking you, Dr.Antresa Jose

DTDC Team, AWB / Consignment Number: Z41956946I haven't received my item yet but it's been marked as Delivered on 10 Dec 2014 in your tracking status. I'm making calls to Erode branch at regular interval(multiple attempts) for the past 3 days and counting, but no positive sign on delivery. It's totally frustrating. Could you please check at your end and make the delivery, If not update your tracking status as NOT DELIVERED. So that I can revoke my online order for refund. i have booked a consignment from dtdc courier service from janakpuri new delhi to guwahati in[protected] but it didn't reach yet[protected] it showing that it took[protected] to[protected] to reach guwahati dtdc office detail of consignment z41935013

Hi, I have received a courier bearing bar code # Z42148685 on 18th Dec 14 however the item received is completely drenched in water. It looks like somebody has washed it and then packed it. I want to return the product. Regards, Sachin Bulbule

Hello, This is to bring to your notice that CN No. : H37451210 which was handed over to DTDC on 10 Dec 2014 (Last Wednesday) has still not reached its destination which is Bengaluru. it has reached Bengaluru Indiranagar branch on 12 Dec 2014 but no one has take initivative to deliver the courier. I have been calling them daily on thier landline Number which is[protected] and Mob no. : +91 [protected]. But they have been telling me that address mentioned on envelope is locked. Courier which i sent to Bengaluru is my Branch office and i know that it was not closed and i have provided them the My GM in Bengaluru office so that they could contact and deliver the courier. I was sent a parcel from mumbai on 1st dec 2014 through DTDC when i try to track it shows that parcel has arrived in air cargo, yelahanka after tat there is no update i still havent received my parcel. When i connected with those yelahanka executives they dont answer the call, somtimes they disconnect the call, sometimes they answer n the cal and put it on hold. Finally when i when i reached out to the manager/ the executive of some other branch they gave me a different no. i got to talk to Meenakshi she told me that the CN is not traceable so i have lodge a complaint.

I booked a courier thru DTDC at Indira nagar, Doopanahalli, Bangalore on 22 Sept, 11.30AM. STILL the courier is not dispatched to the address as it is a local courier delivered to Bangalore. Consignment Number #: B15173237. I had sent three reminder emails on their id: css.[protected]@dtdc.com. NO response yet. It's a REALLY very pathetic service from DTDC.

On Saturday 13th December 2014, we got one courier booked from Delhi to be delivered in Perumbakkam chennai. We checked with Delhi branch courier service before booking weather they have delivery services in Perumbakkam or not. And when they confirmed services then only we got our courier booked. Today morning 16th December, we got call from dtdc Tambaram West to come and collect courier from their office denying to deliver at address, stating that they don't have delivery services in Perumbakkam. when we questioned why they provided wrong information while booking the courier and they should not trouble their customers like this, they replied "either come and collect or they will return it back". I don't think it was our fault if we are asking in advance then courier service should provide correct information and if they are on mistake they should take ownership and got it delivered. There is difference of 14km between Tambaram West and Perumbakkam so it's difficult to go and collect and if they return in then there is no point of taking initiative in advance and paying to courier services as they wasted our 1 week time because of their own fault.

I have not received the courier from Courier which delivered from Ghaziabad on 9th Dec to Hyderabad. It was there at the HYD APEX (Uppal) center for last 5 days (from 11th Dec onwards). This is a bad experience with DTDC. And no use after calling to HYD APEX center.

I've booked a consignment Number D20554869 on the 29th of November from Hyderabad to Jalandher and today is 16th December and there is no sign of delivery or any track status of that packet. It is a very sad service which I never expected from DTDC

My daughter sent a parcel (consignment number B[protected] from Bengaluru consisting of accessories one men's jerkin, a women sweater and a T-shirt but when I received the parcel the men's jerkin was missing from it. The weight of the parcel was around 1.1kg at the time of sending but when I received it was 0.75kg. This is clear cheating and playing with the trusts of the customers who believe in your service. Such customer service has raised disbelief in your service. Expecting you to look into this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise there would be no other way for me than to raise this issue in consumer courts forum and raising this issue in media. Hope you send my accessory to me as soon as possible.

Courier booked as per receipt no: V19453675, dated 12/12/2014 was not delivered the following day evening (13/12/2014) as assured at the time of booking by the staff in the Cochin Office. The same was not delivered even on Monday morning. On contacting a no: [protected] a lady introducing her to be Arya informed it could not be delivered as the door was locked on Saturday(13/12/2014). It is incorrect and false. On Monday after the call the packet was delivered. It was sent to the Advocate in Supreme Court for being presented in Court on Monday; which could not be done for the lapses on the part of the courier.

My shipment order AWB no B15903964 sent fro Bangalore on 10.12.2014 to Kharghar, Mumbai was out of delivery on 12.12.2014 but even after continuous follow up with Courier company Vashi, Nerul and Kharghar office (Esp contact numbers +91 [protected], +91 [protected]) it hasn't been delivered to my place till now. Such a pathetic service by a courier company which is so called in the business since 1990 and have no idea how to deliver a package to the customer. and above of all the worst customer querry redressal system . ill educated employees who even don't understand the tracking system and importance of the service.

Dear sir, We are extremely sorry to say that DTC courier has worst service as after many follow up & reminders we did not receive the urgent document till date now. Dtdc has annoyed the hell out of me. I was supposed to recieve a package at pune from kota via express delivery. It was urgent, and 48 hours after i was supposed to get it, i still haven't received it. And that's not the worst part!!! There is no response from customer care. I have called at least 2 dozen times. They put me on hold, and it cost me like 50 bucks. But no response. Online tracking shows kota for like 4 days now. This is the most worst service i've ever seen. Dtdc should be ashamed.
On top of that, even the kota dtdc office does not pick, nor responds to any messages. It's like i'm in the dark. Or they lost the package.
I expect that you do something regarding this. This is outrageous.

Hi, Please tell me the current status of consignment number D20710601.. It's been more than 10 days...I am not able to track. There is no status. Already the same question is being asked to you many times... If I don't get proper response this time then I will have to go to consumer court or register an FIR against DTDC branch Noida from where i booked this consignment. Hope everything goes well. Can't understand how a courier can do this. I was tracking the delivery of a parcel from Amazon.com At a final point, I was surprised to see the delivery status as showing delivered, even though I didn't receive it. DTDC is a very un-professional courier. They should have contacted me on my cell number before handing over the parcel to someone who collected it from outside my residence. Such un-verified collection of parcel is nothing but theft and leads to lack of trust in such couriers. I came to know later that while the parcel was intended for Mumbai, the fraudster who collected the parcel gave someone else's number. How can we trust DTDC's courier delivery boys?

I am Anup Kumar. My consignment number is Z42315226. It was suppose to deliver at my place on 5/12/2014. But still I didn't get my consignment. When I contact to BTM Branch they said that we didn't get your consignment and it's your responsibility to track your consignment and I am not getting any response from DTDC customer care.
