Dear sir, We are extremely sorry to say that DTC courier has worst service as after many follow up & reminders we did not receive the urgent document till date now. Even DTDC of Patina off. are not responding properly. So, request you to please take the action against them. courier details: Doc. no.-K77013223, date of dispatch from Purina:04/12/14. Dtdc has annoyed the hell out of me. I was supposed to recieve a package at pune from kota via express delivery. It was urgent, and 48 hours after i was supposed to get it, i still haven't received it. And that's not the worst part!!! There is no response from customer care. I have called at least 2 dozen times. They put me on hold, and it cost me like 50 bucks. But no response. Online tracking shows kota for like 4 days now. This is the most worst service i've ever seen. Dtdc should be ashamed.
On top of that, even the kota dtdc office does not pick, nor responds to any messages. It's like i'm in the dark. Or they lost the package.
I expect that you do something regarding this. This is outrageous.

The below mail was sent mail to [protected]@DTDC.COM, css.[protected]@dtdc.com, cdteam.[protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@dtdc.com, css.[protected]@dtdc.com, ops.[protected]@dtdc.com, upr.[protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@dtdc.com many times...But no reply from them. Hi, Please tell me the current status of consignment number D20710601.. It's been more than 10 days...I am not able to track. There is no status. Already the same question is being asked to you many times... If I don't get proper response this time then I will have to go to consumer court or register an FIR against DTDC branch Noida from where i booked this consignment. Hope everything goes well. Can't understand how a courier can do this. I was tracking the delivery of a parcel from Amazon.com At a final point, I was surprised to see the delivery status as showing delivered, even though I didn't receive it. DTDC is a very un-professional courier. They should have contacted me on my cell number before handing over the parcel to someone who collected it from outside my residence. Such un-verified collection of parcel is nothing but theft and leads to lack of trust in such couriers. I came to know later that while the parcel was intended for Mumbai, the fraudster who collected the parcel gave someone else's number. How can we trust DTDC's courier delivery boys?

I am Anup Kumar. My consignment number is Z42315226. It was suppose to deliver at my place on 5/12/2014. But still I didn't get my consignment. When I contact to BTM Branch they said that we didn't get your consignment and it's your responsibility to track your consignment and I am not getting any response from DTDC customer care.

Hi Team, I delivered a courier on 1st dec 2014 from new delhi to Dhanbad (Jharkhand), that was very urgent. They commited the time will be taken 2-3 days, but the item reached on 6th dec 2014. It had exam related certificate due to dtdc, i lost my 1 year. Regards Shikha [protected]@gmail.com

Hi, I was suppose to receive a courier(express) 2 days before but still i haven't received it. When I had a talk with DTDC office guyz, they said they delivered it to wrong person and they are trying to get it back. Request DTDC team to have well professional team and well commited, with the mistakes the delivery boys are doing we are going to be the final suffers. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. No. AWB No. A29823933 its serious complaint against DTDC courier service. no body will pick the cal nor they reply to customer.they are least bother about dispatch.its booked on 5/12/2014 from anand nagar to Bangalore still its not reached. Simply they getting money without service. Higher mangment should look into the matter. please come into the action by work not by words

My package (CN no.Z40168651, from Udaipur to mumbai) has not been delivered to me in the past 3 days although it has reached the mumbai APEX office on 09-11.2014 at 1:37 pm. The Cn tracking facility on the DTDC website shows the GNR too. I was supposed to give this package to someone on the 9th of Dec. Its one thing that it is late but now its not being delivered at all. I called all DTDC offices, nobody has the courtesy to even pick up the phone. Tomorrow evening i have to leave for ahmedabad. What has happend to the package. Can someone from DTDC atleast tell me the truth whether its been lost of stolen or broken. There is no response from DTDC at all. What am i to do now?

i courier two items with dtdc(barmana h.p) to flipkart(bangalore) on 3rd dec 2014. one item was delivered on monday. but the other item is still not delivered and its not even showing any details about it on dtdc site. kindly resolve my issue. as it was the return item and if its not delivered on time flipkart will not return my money. its really urgent.

Dear DTDC team, I ordered a book through your courier company. Even though the delivery was on time which is appreciated the person delivering the parcel was absolutely rude and unfriendly. It seemed that he was doing a favor on me by delivering the parcel . I also understand that this might be one of case but people like these are a disgrace to any organization especially service providers. I will be great that my concerns are addressed but I don't expect any action will be taken on this

This is to inform you that I am Jitendra Chand have not received yet my material bearing dtdc consignment no.Z40000355 and after tracking through sms it is showing that it was delivered to Mr P Kubawat who is a very unknown person to me and the same is not delivered to my address of delivery. Please note that my delivery address is 12/3, Patel Colony, Jamnagar, Gujurat where as it was delivered at Ahmedabad. How can it be possible? Also on today morning, I made telephone contact with Jamnagar dtdc office and a madam told me that the parcel was within the office and was on delivery to my mentioned address above but in the evening by not receiving the product, I again did phonicly follow up and a person of office said that there was no parcel in my name. I am facing these pathetic problems and why the tracking shows my parcel delivery to an unknown person to me and not of my courier address? Sir, Ref: Parcel stuck in same place for 5 days !! AWB# V19341752 This is with great disappointment that I am forced to write this mail. I required to be delivered with an urgent parcel from Kolkata, WB to Greater Noida, UP and unfortunately it was send via your so highly esteemed courier services. The service was labeled as "PREMIUM EXPRESS PRODUCT-NATIONAL PLUS" for which already a premium price has been paid. The parcel was handed over on 4th December, 2014 and has not moved an inch since 5th December, 2014! If this be the kind of PREMIUM service you are offering, I am afraid that next time its better for me to go for those non-PREMIUM courier services available. I would be greatly obliged if the parcel is delivered to me at the earliest as I already have to take in losses for the delay in your part and cannot really afford any more delays. Sir, I had ordered Dell USB Optical Mouse from Ebay. I got a mail saying that the product was shipped via DTDC courier services. Tracking ID: C56737833. I checked the status on 08th Dec and found that the product has reached the Trivandrum Office on the same day. On 09th Dec I went to collect the product as i wanted it so urgently. I first went to the Branch Office at Mathrubhumi Road, Vanchiyoor, Trivandrum - 695001. They told me that they have redirected the product to the Kunnumpuram Franchisee. So I went there to collect the product. The staffs were so rude at first place itself.They didnt even manage to handle my concern. After waiting there for an hour they told me that they havent got the product with them. It is still in the Branch Office at Mathrubhumi Road. So I went there again and this time also they confirmed that the product is with the Kunnumpuram Franchisee office. I went to the franchisee office for the second time and came to know that the product is with them. On handing over the product they abused me, calling bad words. They nearly manhandled me. I was so stunned at their behaviour. I never expected this from one of the top Courier companies in India. I was humiliated.Pathetic and rude behaviour from your staff. I am sending this mail to you so that No other customer will have to face a situation like this. Very very pathetic. Another thing is that I am a frequent online shopper. Whenever the seller ships me the product via DTDC they never give home delivery. Everytime I have to go to the office and collect. I have booked my courier on 2nd dec 2014 but still is its status is pending. Noone is picking my phone and one of the person who pick my phone, every time he said it is not possible today . I am a customer of DTDC .Last week I had sent my personal document by courier in our local area.Our area is under Badagada Brit Colony, Bhubaneswar, Pin-751018.But my document has not dispatched at the destination yet.Now I came to know that from the receipt that courier was not the DTDC .It was actually Trackon Couriers Private Limited.

So kindly I request you to stop this kind of activities in our local area.
