I have booked my courier on 2nd dec 2014 but still is its status is pending. Noone is picking my phone and one of the person who pick my phone, every time he said it is not possible today . Its very frustating to hear mam today it will not deliver, we will deliver it tomorrow. I have sent important documents via DTDC on 27/11/2014 to Hyderabad from Bangalore. I have sent a mail DTDC to track the Delivery. I have received a message that it got delivered to "RAJU" who's name was never been given by me. Could some one responsible take a necessary action against DTDC and kindly get me my documents.

I am a customer of DTDC .Last week I had sent my personal document by courier in our local area.Our area is under Badagada Brit Colony, Bhubaneswar, Pin-751018.But my document has not dispatched at the destination yet.Now I came to know that from the receipt that courier was not the DTDC .It was actually Trackon Couriers Private Limited.

So kindly I request you to stop this kind of activities in our local area.

Still my Z40928721 dt[protected] is not yed received. This is urgent.

Dear sir, I was to receive a courier with was received by dtdc Bangalore and after few days I called to the office they told it has been received but it's missing. Then after a week they simply updated as delivered that too to a wrong address my details as follows. Reference number X11170597 Bharath kumar.N Mob no :- [protected]

Received a parcel via DTDC lite con no. D20468593. 3 pcs stolen from the parcel thru tampering and the consignment Note & Challan of my company were put inside the parcel. Service franchise of my area Mr. Shaheed Mob. no. [protected] is not giving a satisfactory answer. He is telling me that these pcs have been stolen at back-hand. The guys are smart enough to hand over / deliver the parcels to housewives who have least knowledge to detect tampering, (when the male members are outside for work) Same samples/parcel had been delivered in Lucknow to my teammate intact without any tampering. I HAD BOOKED DTDC BLUE CONSIGNMENT NO.I00473101 ON DATED 24.11.2014 IN CHHINDWARA TO DEHLI BUT STILL TILL DATE 07.12.2014 CONSIGNMENT WAS NOT DELIVERED. THIS CONSIGNMENT WAS VERY VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME. WHEN I TALKED IN CHHINDWARA BOOKING OFFICE THEY CANNOT GIVE PROPER ANSWER TO ME . IN ONLINE TRACKING CONSIGNMENT WAS DELIVERED ON 06.11.2014 BUT CONSIGNMENT WAS NOT DELIVERED. SO, REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DELIVERED MY CONSIGNMENT AND OBLIGE. Sir, i ordered an items in ebay 3 timesin different areas.. in this 3 times, DTDC couier didnot delivered. they said to me " There is no service upto your home, . we wont deliver your parcel. come and get your parcel".. 2 times -- srivilliputur, viruthunagar dist, tamilnadu 1 time---- pp.kullam, madurai..tamilnadu.. I think DTDC is waste..No service...worst

I always order through ebay.. this is 5th time that my order has been shipped by dtdc. My 2 AWB no's are :- Z41399746 and Z41020361 .. Out of 4 times, only one time i had got my order.. otherwise they return the order to the seller back saying that office/ door is closed..Neither they call me on my phone number given in the parcel. I am really very irritated by this service.. This time i want my order.. This time also one order shows that the office/door is closed. Kindly help me and get my order on time...

Dear DTDC, this is to inform you that i have courier 1 packet from Janakpuri Delhi to darbhanga Bihar on 29th Nov. 2014 the courier guys told me that my packet will be delivered on 2nd Dec.2014 but till now they have not received the courier till now. This is happen always with your courier your concern person told me please collect the pick from our office. Why we have paid the amount to you. As the articles are very urgent we had hired DTDC plus service & booked it through docket no - v19804885 on 1st Dec 2014. Today on 6.12.2014 till 12.00 noon we had received the consignment. When asked to the customer support, the reply was very pathetic.

I have a complaint against DTDC Agartala branch (44, Pranab Bhavan, P.O- Chowmuhani, HG Basak Road, Agartala – 799001). I had an important job application to be sent to Dibrugarh, I couriered it on 1st of November 2014, and the last date of submission was 7th November. DTDC Agartala delivered it on 13th of November, needless to say by when the last date was long past. It’s a shame it took them 13days to reach from Agartala to Dibrugarh, and my job application was rejected. To top it, the person; a lady employed at the desk is thoroughly untrained, and extremely bad in behaviour. It’s a shame, I will never use DTDC again.

Hello, I sent a parsal from Noida(U.P) to Kasganj(U.P) through DTDC service. The Center has got the parsal yesterday in the evening but they didn, t deliver today at 6:30 PM. When I called and asked the status, then the DTDC service Center talked me so rudely and told me whenever he wants then he will deliver. This is very bad experience with the kasganj center. Kindly look into this matter.

I had booked a parcel from Hyderabad to Nanded on 16th Aug 2014. Consignment No. H33126139. It was not delivered for 15 days. I enquired about it and after 1 month I got to know that it was lost. I had requested claim for it on 8th Oct 2014 and I was told that within 45 days my complaint will be resolved. It has been 60 days. Not a single call from DTDC and I have made almost 100 calls to the franchise(Trimulgherry Hyderabad). No response. Everytime they say call me tomorrow. I have tried customer care number more than 100 times. No one picks up. I asked franchise to give to direct number of complaint department. He refuses saying we cannot give. I am thinking of going to consumer forum. DTDC has worse service and worst customer service.

To DTDC We have sent one Tender form on 12th November 2014 via Docket Number V19171267 to Liquid Propulsion Systems Center, Valaimala Kerela. It was sent through Fast Courier with promised second day delivery. It was delivered to the destination on 21st November 2014 It was a tender and its due date was 20th November. We have dispatched the Tender Documents through DTDC Fast Courier so that it can be delivered in time. Now the tender was delivered on 21st of November. Now because of negligence on part of DTDC Courier we were not able to file a tender. This is clear case of negligence on part of DTDC Courier. We are filing a case for recovery of damages because of negligence in Consumer Court here in Chandigarh. We have the Docket with us. The Court will decide the damages for negligence. This Negligence has cost us so much that we are now at loss. Please answer to this reply as soon as possible and reason for delay in parcel delivery.

Dear sir This is to bring to your notice that the service of dtdc in my area (HAIBARGAON) NAGAON PIN 782003 is not good and the behaviour of the people in the delivery office is unacceptable. They misbehave with girls and speaks rudely over the phone . Most importantly they never deliver at the adderess, they instead ask us to pick up the delivery office. I request you to look into the matter and hope to hear a positive response.

Z37185699 Not only has the true receiver not received my package, but through courier service I came to know that my courier has been delivered to an unknown person and unknown location. In spite of the obligatory rule of courier service to get the receiver's sign and phone number, nobody is able to tell me that where has the courier been delivers . I have never seen a more " kamchor" staff anywhere, half of them are always busy in some imaginary meeting, some come to office only at 4pm in the evening, and still others are terribly ill in the hospital. It has been the worst courier experience . God forbid, if my mail reaches the hands of any wrong person due to DTDC'S " excellent service" . I had some really important documents in it and want it to be couriered immediately to the right person or else I will have to reach the consumer court.

Shipping from Vijayawada to Bangalore on 23 nov 2014, today is 4th dec 2014 haven't received it yet, the courier guy took extra Rs.500/- for quick delivery. I am still wondering what they meant by quick delivery. now the shipment is in Visakhapatanam I don't understand why it went to vizag? I tried calling them 100 times where ever the package is going but none of their telephone works properly.
