DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Here's a complaint- While posting you people said that it will take just 2 days to send a courier and which cost me Rs.100/- from Hyderabad to Bilaspur (CG) and its been 7 days. Now I am regreting instead of DTDC I should have prefer Indian Post office which just cost Rs.40/- and send courier in just 2 days. I will never use DTDC in future. Thanks for your not kind support.

My expected courier delivering date is 17, today is 20th and still i did not got my item, i have called many times to DTDC but the number they provided is not working. i have also send mail to my nearer office Ahmedabad. but still they not responding me.

I ordered an item through E bay on line shopping. that seller will sent my item through DTDC courier service... my order is sent to kumbakkonam near village natchiyar koil. but the DTDC kumbakkonam branch said they not delivered my item to door step coz his services is not available in that village.they also said come to our office n collect the item without fail otherwise we return the item as soon as possible...the courier services has not reply properly...my Ebay no.[protected].. my air way bill no.M10945700...

Dear sir/ Madam, I was expecting a imprtant document through DTDC. It was posted from DTDC Nagpur with Docket NO M11472685 to Chandigarh, My address was writen on it i.e H.NO 268, Green Valley, Village Sarangpur, Chandigarh 160014 Mb.No[protected]. But Very sad inform that your chandigarh office return that courier back to nagpur stating that addres was incomplete .Without making any phonecall . I must tell you that if address was incomplete why Nagpur office accepted that courier and why your chandigarh office didnot call on the given number for confirmation of address. I sent 2 parcels on 11th Nov from Mumbai to Tumkur and Mumbai to Jamnagar. On 14th i got text message that the Jamnagar parcel is out for delivery but I got no updates about the tumkur one. With much effort, searching and tracking, I found out that the parcel AWB/Consignment no M14465315 has reached Tumkur branch on 13th. But even after 5 days it wasn't delivered . i somehow managed to contact to ttumkur branch and had a word on 17th Nov. They promised me that it will be delivered by today, thatthat is 18th nov. They didn't responses my calls both in landline and mobile numbers. parcel is yet to deliver. Its 8th day since I couriered it.

Dear Authorities My courier was sent from Calcutta on 12th November reached Rohtak (Haryana)on 14th Nov. and haven't received it till today. I tried calling on the contact no. given on the site but no cooperation was shown from team in subash nagar model town. my reference no is K74794835 .Every single minute is important for me and I am unable to understand what's happening . I have booked DTDC courier V19221374 from Hyderabad to Calicut on 10/Nov/2014 to send a Passport. DTDC Executive told me that he will book in DTDC Plus and will reach destination on 12/Nov/2014. But 1.The executive charged me 350 rupees for DTDC Plus but he booked my passport with DTDC Blue and paid to your company only 275 or so. He looted 75 rupees from me. 2.Since he booked in DTDC Blue courier did not reached destination on 12/Nov/2014. But it reached on 13/Nov/2014. So, I have to rebook my flight tickets and lost more the 1000 rupees due to this. I request to take necessary action on the executive who looted money from me and booked another type than requested. And get me the compensation for 1000 rupees which I lost because of cheating from your executive. I have original reciept of the booking, not able to upload here for your reference. Dear concerned, I wanted to bring to your notice that i sent one courier to Jammu & Kashmir on 21st of October, '14 bearing consignment number B14890813. It didnot reach the destination and got stucked up at Srinagar, where nobody was there to recieve it. So i asked my courier back to Bangalore. I have not yet recieved it. I have been in continuous touch with the DTDC centre near Udupi Garden, BTM 2nd phase, but they are now giving numbers of excuses and not returning back my courier. Dear Readers, Kind attention please don’t trust this DTDC services as this service is not reliable. Tried contacting agent and head office but the response is completely pathetic and ignorable. I haven’t come across this kind of situation where in I had booked courier on 8 th of Nov from Bangalore to Andra Pradesh, till date there is no updates (17 Nov 2014), As of now can’t able to track and no further information about this delivery. Currently in DTDC tracker is having updates with 9 th Nov Kindly help to track my courier information or delivery updated it is still under process as 17th Nov .

: I submitted a courier on 31 October, 2014 at Miyapur, Hyderabad with destination to Vijayawada. The CN No : H36601653. I used DTDC Tracking online service to monitor the status, but even they are not entered the CT No into System. This courier package contain the Mobile worth 7500. I submitted the invoice of the item as proof of value and copy of DTDC receipt for the claiming process in the respective branch. But still I didn't get any update or claim from DTDC. To whomever concern please can u look into this.

Your outlet manager said he'll handover my DD on 12/NOV but both the booking agent/outlet manager are not picking my calls. Nobody is responding! Are you guys cheating on me? You are forcing me to file a petition in consumer court. If there no action taken ASAP I'll have to claim loss for time, interest of money being held, cheating for not picking my call, irresponsible management, carelessness of handling customer product, fake promises (fraud), prolongation of the issue for no reason... I've clear records of what I've mentioned above. Even i have recorded the conversations that happened between me and outlet manager. For those who read now and belong to DTDC: Wont you take such an action like this if complete negligibility showed towards you or your money, even after you paid them to do their work ?!
