Courier sent to wrong pin code

My courier was booked from Hyderabad on the 4th of May. It was erroneously sent to Orai (UP) instead of Jorhat (Assam) because wrong pincode was fed in the system. 285001 (UP) instead of 785001 (Assam).

Its an urgent courier & there is no update about the rerouting. Kindly resolve this and send the courier correctly at the earliest at:-

My parcel was booked from Faridabad to Delhi (Mehrauli) on[protected] vide DTDC number Z74925386 not received till 9th May 2022
Another parcel was booked from Faridabad to Delhi (Mehrauli) on[protected] vide DTDC number Z75232065. We have come to know on DTDC tracking site that this packet was delivered on 6th May 2022, but we did not receive it till today.
We would like to inform you that we were available at home for whole day even after delivering the packet to unauthorized person.
I am a regular customer of DTDC, make and receive couriers regularly as DTDC collection office is just 500 meters away from my home. It is the carelessness of the delivery boy as he avoids going upstairs for delivery, which does not lead to delivery.
You are requested to take strict action against this person who is not ready to perform his duty and avoid such negligence.

    Hi Team,

    I am extremely disappointed with DTDC service! I placed an order through my company portal on April 11th 2022 (Order Number:[protected]. We got a message on April 19th 2022 that the product was delivered successfully.

    The very next day (Apr 20th) I called the customer service and spoke with Dhana (men) and he said that the delivery status shows incorrectly on website due to some technical issues and he promised that he will ensure that product is delivered to our correct address by tomorrow (Apr 21st).
    We did not receive the product.

    My mother-in-law received a call and she was told that the product is already delivered to a person called Muthusamy. But there is nobody with that name in our house. So, I called the customer care again on May 3rd and spoke with Wilson. He said that he will inform the backend team but I was not ready to wait for any longer since it has already been more than two weeks. I wanted him to put a conference call to the backend team and spoke with Vaishali.

    Vaishali said she is the one who handles my case and said that she will look into the issue and call me back in sometime on the same day (May 3rd) but I never received any calls from her till now.

    I called customer care today and spoke with Mani. He said Vaishali is handling the case and transferred me to that department. Through IVR it looks like the call was transferred to a normal mobile number and after several rings the call got disconnected.

    I again spoke with Krishna and Sumit on May 6th and Sumit promised that he will make sure that the Product is delivered to our address on the same day but we never received the product nor any calls / updates from this DTDC customer service !

    EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH DTDC CUSTOMER SERVICE. NONE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED REPRESENTATIVES KEPT THEIR PROMISE. ESPECIALLY VAISHALI WHO PROMISED SHE WOULD CALLBACK. NOBODY IS READY TO PROVIDE A PROPER SOLUTION!

    Please take steps to get our product delivered to us at the earliest.

          Even after calling multiple times to customer service, they are not delivering my parcel.

          Every day I get an SMS saying that my parcel is out for delivery, but nobody comes to deliver it or calls me, the status is always "Not Delivered(OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOCK-(CIR))" even though I am at home full day..

          Please get me my parcel ASAP. Tracking ID: D42819738

            B11720062 was out for delivery since 07 May 22. They never attempted the delivery and did not even try to call me once instead they just end up the delivery with a 'RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)' message. For the last two days, I was waiting for my parcel. please solve my problem. I am fading up with their service. I had even raised complaints to their customer care service through their complaint/query form. They just simply apologized and nothing happened. please do the needful.

                  The courier has not been delivered to my apartment and the status is showing delivered, when called the employees are speaking so rudely to us telling that it is delivered to our place on April 26/2022 .I personally went and checked the security cabin on April 27/2022 and the courier was not there.
                  And these DTDC company people are giving me an update today with a random list and a random signature of someone who took my parcel whom I don't even know.

                  This is uttermost irresponsiblity of this courier company.

                  I need a solution for this or I need my money back

                    Sir, I am awaiting a package from DTDC and the tracking number is T80325334 . They said on their website that they have delivered it on 23th april however i did not receive anything. I have dropped the complain to the source company which sent that package and they shared me the tracking number.

                    When i checked their online data, their tracking website says that its delivered but they did not deliver. I have asked multiple times but no reply.
                    I raised a query on dtdc website on missing package, the ticket Number is 2675065.

                    Request you to please address this issue. Either they need to deliver the package or me or they have to refund me the cost of the bluetooth vertical bar.

                      I Chose Green Service and paid almost double the amount of Regular Service. Yesterday was deadline for my job application hard copy submission. I raised a request to expedite the delivery. I made a complaint over phone to their customer support. Now when the deadline is already over, I don't want the courier to be delivered. I want full refund of 350 Rs. for Consignment No. V92639298.

                        I had some important books sent from home to Bengaluru on 27th April. Estimated delivery was by 1st or 2nd of May. But still hasn't been delivered. Tracking info showed that the parcel has reached the final destination by 1st of May itself. But no attempt at delivery has been made. After multiple complaints through mails and calls the status changed to 'out for delivery'. But this morning I was baffled to see that the courier couldn't be delivered because the 'door was closed at 5 AM'. They didn't even call me. How can anyone attempt a courier delivery without calling!!! Those are some costly books and I have an important exam in less than a month. The consignment no is D20828294. I want it delivered immediately.

                          I did not get any call or msg or mail about delivery.when I tracked my courier I saw the status Consignment Redirected but my address and mobile num and pincode all correct on the courier.why the tracking status showing consignment redirected I cannot understand.i tried to call customer num which provided at tracking details but no use.plz any body know the solution to get my courier please help me by sharing info

                            I had booked 6 boxes from 452001 for 400101 on 18th April, however I was delivered 5 of those boxes and 1 wrong parcel ( attached picture: white bag). Post which the local delivery team collected that wrong parcel from me, however I still haven’t received one of my boxes, but the delivery status on tracking is showing delivered.

                            Please find attached the picture of the receipt, wrong parcel and the 5 boxes that got delivered to me, also please find attached the picture of the box which did not get delivered (encircled in the picture).

                            Request you to please help me track my parcel at the earliest.

                                Our stuff is in Pune since 1st May and DTDC is not delivering our urgent stuff. They told us before taking packages that It will be reached you within 5 days now it is the 7th day. They changed the status out of delivery and then attempted without even contacting us? how do they attempt delivery?

                                  My courier posted at wrong pincode of 482001 which is out for delivery. Its actual delivery pincode is 483501 for Katni (M.P.). Though, the address on courier is correct. Consignment no is T71124373. Please inform them at the earliest. Courier is urgent and should not be misplaced.

                                    I couriered a consignment # D13104408 of mangoes to Hyderabad from Mulund East office of DTDC on 30th April. I paid for air transport.
                                    1) DTDC does not have a system to send SMS with consignment number and link for tracking. So I must carry the receipt with me if I have to call DTDC. Indian Posts have a better system at 1/4th the price.
                                    2) Even on 4th May the consignment is not delivered
                                    3) On DTDC website, there's no visibility of status after 1st May
                                    4) Call center took 7+ minutes to answer my call
                                    5) Call center mentions the cargo is booked for Land Transport and argues with me when I ask why it is booked for land transport when I paid for air transport and have a receipt of it.
                                    6) Only on asking specifically, call center issues me ticket number. They also refuse to call back to inform status of the consignment. Hence I must monitor my email to get updates.
                                    7) Date 4th May 2022: The consignment is still not received till 6:00 pm. No update on tracking website of DTDC. Call center does not connect to executive even after holding the call for 12+ minutes. The DTDC system then disconnects the call.
                                    8) Email reply to the mail from support generates auto response that the delivery time is still within TAT. I am wondering if TAT for air cargo is also 5 days or more withn India. (The receipt apparently does not mention TAT).
                                    9) Call to local office is also futile. They try calling Hyderabad office after callng back after waiting for a few hours, I get a response that Hyderabad office is closed (3rd May).
                                    I do not know if my consignment is lost, or the mangoes are rotten by now or what else...
                                    So my experience is : You are at mercy of DTDC once you handover the consignment to them and getting upto-date info is probably a favour to seek. Hence think when you avail their services.
