Already 4 days before booking my percel
Chennai to Assam. When I checked my tracking I’d there are saw courier is here. Why is late ? My tracking id c23677392...

How to know without calling the customer that the customer is not available. No call or message directly written on the status that receiver is not available.What kind of service is being provided?...

My courier was out for delivery when I found in DTDC tracking site, then the order was not delivery guy did not call, but when I checked back with my tracking Id there it's been showing consignment redirected, i think they did not try to deliver the parcel, poor DTDC SERVICE

The paket is not being delivered non being returned. DTDC is least concernd on the service

DTDC has either lost the valuable packet or they are taking clients for ride.

DTDC should be penalised for irresponsible service for which advance payment had been collected....

My courier T76538945 hasn't been delivered for 7 days now and every time I am trying to track it, it shows that "data not available". Kindly help me as this is urgent and very important....

The product has been booked by my seller on 28.03.2022 vide the above consignment number but till this product has not been reached to me. I have also requested several times to DoPT for earlier delivery for urgent requirement. But none of the time the requested has not been taken seriously by the DTDC Courier. It is disgusting....

This is to inform you that, I have received my courier parcel on
(29/3/2022)
I was shocked to see that, the parcel inside has damaged ..and 72 no's of hearing aid tubes missing inside my parcel .only three tubes inside the parcel. There is a hole in box and they have stick a sticker above the hole.
My client sent me 75 tubes ...from Chennai. It was also delayed for past 4 days.
I was totally upset .kindly take...

What a worst service DTDC, so many times I have escalated but yet not delivered.
