DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I had booked 6 boxes from 452001 for 400101 on 18th April, however I was delivered 5 of those boxes and 1 wrong parcel ( attached picture: white bag). Post which the local delivery team collected that wrong parcel from me, however I still haven’t received one of my boxes, but the delivery status on tracking is showing delivered.

Please find attached the picture of the receipt, wrong parcel and the 5 boxes that got delivered to me, also please find attached the picture of the box which did not get delivered (encircled in the picture).

Request you to please help me track my parcel at the earliest.

Package booked on 27th April at Kanchipuram to Mangalore still not delivered and not able to identify where the package is lying-D21941971

Our stuff is in Pune since 1st May and DTDC is not delivering our urgent stuff. They told us before taking packages that It will be reached you within 5 days now it is the 7th day. They changed the status out of delivery and then attempted without even contacting us? how do they attempt delivery?
I am logging compliant again and again and they say let us resolve on priority .. since 3 days no action? where is the priority.?

My courier posted at wrong pincode of 482001 which is out for delivery. Its actual delivery pincode is 483501 for Katni (M.P.). Though, the address on courier is correct. Consignment no is T71124373. Please inform them at the earliest. Courier is urgent and should not be misplaced.

I couriered a consignment # D13104408 of mangoes to Hyderabad from Mulund East office of DTDC on 30th April. I paid for air transport.
1) DTDC does not have a system to send SMS with consignment number and link for tracking. So I must carry the receipt with me if I have to call DTDC. Indian Posts have a better system at 1/4th the price.
2) Even on 4th May the consignment is not delivered
3) On DTDC website, there's no visibility of status after 1st May
4) Call center took 7+ minutes to answer my call
5) Call center mentions the cargo is booked for Land Transport and argues with me when I ask why it is booked for land transport when I paid for air transport and have a receipt of it.
6) Only on asking specifically, call center issues me ticket number. They also refuse to call back to inform status of the consignment. Hence I must monitor my email to get updates.
7) Date 4th May 2022: The consignment is still not received till 6:00 pm. No update on tracking website of DTDC. Call center does not connect to executive even after holding the call for 12+ minutes. The DTDC system then disconnects the call.
8) Email reply to the mail from support generates auto response that the delivery time is still within TAT. I am wondering if TAT for air cargo is also 5 days or more withn India. (The receipt apparently does not mention TAT).
9) Call to local office is also futile. They try calling Hyderabad office after callng back after waiting for a few hours, I get a response that Hyderabad office is closed (3rd May).
I do not know if my consignment is lost, or the mangoes are rotten by now or what else...
So my experience is : You are at mercy of DTDC once you handover the consignment to them and getting upto-date info is probably a favour to seek. Hence think when you avail their services.

Today is 4th and they are telling it will take some more time to deliver what is happening I don’t know worst company to send any parcel, I don’t refer any one to follow this for any parcel

We placed the order on DTDC for delivery. Since the 25th of April, it is in Bangalore but till date, they have not delivered. Thye have even lost the package now as per yesterday's conversation. The package is just moving within the same branches. we have even mentioned the correct Pincode, they only stick some paper on it and say wrong pin code. Every day since the 26th I am calling these people but they just keep on coming tomorrow they will deliver but their tomorrow never comes.

It is showing transit from 5 days and they are not updating my delivery date is today they are not delivered yet. I have important documents in that and also customer care is not helping in this matter.

My parcel was sent from Bettiah to Mumbai on 05/04/2021 or alcatel phone or oneplus had bluetooth parcel number V59873812 Bettiah Rajguru chowk distributor door no response since one year neither company nor distributor main contact me email or number was given [protected]@yahoo.com [protected] / [protected] I have total documents.

My AWB number is D42764619.

I have been following up for so much time that I have not received the invoice. The billing team(Dwarka Branch, Delhi) says to contact hub as I booked the consignment from MyDTDC app, and hub says to contact billing team. No one is ready to give the invoice to me for the payment made by me. Please help.

I raised several tickets too on the customer portal but no resolution yet. I paid Rs. 3880 for my consignment.

My DTDC tracking number is Z75396064. It is showing (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). Also, DTDC people have not attempted to call the receiver even a single time! Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

My courier with tracking number M21541357 has been marked as delivered but the delivery guy never cared to call me or message me. It came from Rajasthan and destination was coimbatore tamilnadu.
It contained important docs of mine.

I received a package sent from my hometown and it was an INDUCTION COOKTOP and it was broken.

I want my induction back.

How dare you people do this to my package? First of all, I wanted to know who the hell are you that you treated my package like that and it got broken.

I have paid ₹1440 for my package delivery and you assured me that it will delivered safely. You guys didn't even put the safety sticker on my package.

I want my product back. It was of ₹3700.
I want it back or else I will take a very SERIOUS ACTION against DTDC.

To Kolkata.
But It was not received by us.
And the courier item was missing .
we believe that consignment taken by DTDC Person.

Corporate shipment of laptop from my company in Bangalore to Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode -673571

The franchise in Kunnamangalam (Manager Saju) refused to deliver the shipment to the recipient's address. Instead, they called and asked me to go to their office and collect it. On questioning this, Saju replied that the franchise has their own rules and they can't come to my location to deliver it. Although I contended that the shipment has been paid for door delivery, he simply denied it saying that I would have to go and collect it if I needed the shipment on time. Else, I might have to wait for 2 -3 days so that they could see if a delivery could be arranged (but they wouldn't guarantee it).

Completely unprofessional behaviour and it's illegal to deny the service that the customer has paid for.

Please take action against the franchise so that such incidents wouldn't occur in the future.

My dtdc order Id h66891712 which is showing delivered on 22/04/2022. but i didn’t receive any order. inspite my order taken by someone else with my signature. Dtdc office in mandapeta 533308 didnt inform me about my order. So plz enquire my order h66891712.
when i contacted dtdc mandapeta office, no response from them.

I have couriered my parcel from Kolkata to Bihar and paid Rs600 for same, but bihar DTDC guy is not delivering at door step to parcel and updating that we are not available.
