I had shopped online and packet worth Rs. 2600 was sent through DTDC courier (tracking ID M[protected]. I got a mail from the seller telling me that they confirm the shipment has been delivered to me. This is when I started tracing the packet, which I had not received at all. DTDC sent me a POD copy with some signature and contact number. The signature was not mine and not even of someone known to me, the number mentioned was wrong! I was not even called by the delivery boy to confirm if my courier could be delivered to this "someone".

Since then, I have been writing mails, contacing DTDC on phone but no one is responding with a satisfactory answer. The only answer that I get from everywhere is,"it has been delivered"!

Have even requested DTDC several times to send the courier delivery boy to the concerned address to identify the person to whom the packet was delivered but everything is falling on a deaf ear.

I even sent a written complaint to the DTDC Corporate office in Bangalore through registered post but still no reply.

Request you to please look into it and teach them a lesson so that such a thing is not repeated with other customers.

a currier was send by me on 7 april ,12 and is not delievered till date.. they are vry careless and not bothered about the delivery ,then y they take the responsibility. action should b taken

Dear sir,

I sent a courier on 30th july 2012, CN No. Z66514450 from sonipat to Karnal. the envelop did not reach till 2nd august also. when i called up my relatives to know about it they told me that the courier boy called up and asked them to collect the courier themselves from the karnal office. today, on 03 aug 2012, when i called up the karnal DTDC office, they told me that my relatives will have to collect the courier themselves as they do not provide the service in that part of the karnal. i want to ask why did they ever accepted or received the courier when it reached them for distribution? or why didnt the DTDC dealer in sonipat didnt tll me at first that they can not get it delivered at that area of karnal. now my courier is lying at the DTDC dealer's office in Karnal and waiting to be "picked up" by my relatives.

DTDC is the pathetic company for the courier. Nobody should go for it. I have faced it two times and now i am frustrated with them. Nobody listens to the complains made in the office.

    My DTDC consignment is v11055077.
    I have never seen such a horrible courier service . Its been 3 days my consignment reached at viman nagar office but i have still not reiceved it. and the staff working at the office is worst . no cooperation and decency to talk. they say Do what ever yu want to do do. its been 5 days since the courier was made from Bangalore. I am leaving Pune today . The customer care never pick the call. Its been over 3 days that i have been calling them to get updates regarding the delivery. NO ONE RESPONDS, Horrible service. I am leaving pune today. No idea what will happen to my courier and when I am going to get it.
    Please take some action and speed up my delivery.

    Wht is the action for late delivery ? should i get my money back too!!?? as apunishment for the losses i had due to non delivery of my consignment!!???

      Their website is not showing courier tracking information.They cutting my phone or not recieving my phone.their no is [protected].And my Awb no is.M81575689 dtdc courier

      DTDC — Courier not received DTDC

      DTDC , Aurangabad , Maharashtra has been promising me a delivery for the past 2 days.
      Some female answers the call on [protected] after trying almost 8 tp 10 times and says that the person has already left with the parcel.
      Aurangabad is a small city and i live right in the heart of the city , how difficult can it be to locate my address which is right on the main road of the city.
      I've been getting false promises since 2 days and i'm so fed up with the damn courier agency that i feel like suing them.
      I had to leave out of town with the parcel but now i have to cancel my tickets cause now even the mobile phone is switched off.
      Please do not use DTDC.

      From DTDC Courier we have sent one courier Vide Doket No: H0 4853347 Date:27.11.2012 from Cherla to Hyderabad.In that Courier we sent RRB Examination Hall Ticket. I have Exam on 16.12.2012 Morning. DTDC Courier people delivered wrong address Now that DTDC Courier Persons not taking Seriously. i have Dependent on that. So please recovery my hall ticket before my Examination date.

        I Yogesh saxena, sending Courier booked on 17/01/2013 from Angul (Orissa) to Gwalior (M.P.) vide no. F07230886 @95/-(2 Page in envelop). DTDC committed me delivery with in 4 days (20/01/2013 is sunday, so will monday 21/01/2013). It is not delivered till now (23/01/2013 at 20:00 PM). What is purpose of courrier service then. Worst than normal post. And they charge so high.
        If I sent through Speed Post @25/- letter delivered between 21/01/2013 to 22/01/2013.
        Urgent Legal document were inside in envelop.
        That's requirement in court on monday(21/01/2013).
        I try so many time DTDC tracking status. But, no tracking found.
        DTDC Courier service very poor. They are big big promises.
        I want 20 time of amount return.

          This is in regards to AWB# K60862295. The consignment was supposed to be delivered today (22 Jan 2013) and has not reached yet at 8pm. When we called up Brookefield office at 740pm waiting for the consignment and spoke with Mr. Sridhar, he spoke extremely rudely and said that the delivery boy has tried delivering but the door was locked and hence returned back.
          Firstly, since I was on sick leave, i had not been outside my house and was 24/7 in house - there was no representative of DTDC who had come.
          Second, we checked at the security gate for the entry and the security at our gated complex mentioned that DTDC courier delivery boy had not come in the day at all in the complex.
          Third and very important, when we called back again at 755pm, Sridhar said that he has a personal function to attend and that if we need the parcel we should come in 5 mins or will get the same tomorrow and cannot wait for us. While I undersatnd the shop timings are till 830PM per main office.
          It is equally urgent for us to get the consignment in hand however 5 mins is unreasonable time that was given to us. Also the way to speak and talk to customers was highly disgusting and unrespectable.
          While i have not received the consignment yet and am not sure if this will reach us in safe hands and well packed as required, I would like to raise a grievance to customer care and have them take appropriate action against Sridhar and Brookefield office.
          I would like to seek further updates to the action taken else will raise the same to consumer court. The consignment has a special injection with a microchip for our pet which has certain sensitivity attached to contamination of the same.

            Hi,
            I have sent a return shipment to jabong.com using dtdc courier services. The courier was sent on Dec 24, 2012 from Hyderabad to Gurgaon (AWB No.: H[protected]. Status of the courier is still in transit. The delay has caused me a loss of Rs. 900.
            The worst part is their customer care services. I called their Hyderabad customer care services approximately ten times and have dropped 3 mails to them. The girl responding to the call behaves as if she is talking to her ex-boyfriend. She refuse to register my complaint. Thanks to Gurgaon representative that they atleast registered my complaint. But still no help with it. Please have a look into the matter. And do let me know how to proceed further in this case.

              i have send a consignment through dtdc couriers to a location in delhi on 24 th december 2012.The AWB no of the same is V09486916.The consignment is shown to reach dtdc apex at delhi on december 26.But till now the consignment is not delivered.I have called the the office where ni gave the consignment for enquiry.They are saying that they are getting message from delhi that they cannot deliver the consignment and they are not returning the same either.I fear that this is a case of consignment missing from the delhi office.Even i called many times to delhi and they are not taking phone atall.The packet contains an item worth 10000.I think they r trying not to reply to all the quries related to this so that we will be frustated at some point and stop all the quries so that they can escape from any penalities involved with a missing consignment.please look into matter and do the needful.Its 20 days now since i gave the consignment to the courier,I got all the proof of bill with me.
              I had gone to dtdc shop and i asked them that i want to send rings (silver with stone ) and they told me that they can deliver that rings so i send those rings but now rings are missing my consignment no is M42190194 on tracking it is showing that it is deliver in mumbai but i have send this to haryana and they are telling they have put wrong number on they parcel ...and all that thing .
              on tracking the AWB no on DTDC website, the status of the same is showing IN TRANSIT for the last 20 days.

                Hi I'm Soham Mandal from Kolkata. I ordered a card for new year on 25th December 2012 in a online card delivery site named www.postmygreetings.com and I selected the delivery date on 1st January 2013. But I still didn't get the card. Then I complained on postmygreetings for the delay. They said it was delivered on 31st December 2012 through DTDC. I then asked them to give me the shipment number and they gave it to me. After that I checked it on DTDC official site and tracked my order with help of the shipment number and I astonished to see that it showed it was already delivered on 31st. I then called the DTDC customer care for check the status of my ordered card and gave them the shipment number as they wanted it. They checked it and told that the same I saw when I tracked it down. But I told them that i didn't get it actually, then they replied they couldn't help me in that case. Today I'm the victim. I don't want someone to be the same victim for tomorrow. So beware of this worst courier service in India. But I need the proper justice against this. Please someone help me.

                  I sent a COD (Cash on Delivery) parcel through DTDC (Consignment Number: I[protected] and I was told that I will receive the amount within 20 days. The Parcel was sent on 06/11/2012 and it has been almost 2 months since then that I have been contacting the DTDC office for the money, with no result. They have been constantly telling me that they have not received money. As per their own website the parcel was delivered on 16/11/2012, which in itself is a surprise as I was initially told that it takes 2 days for parcel to be delivered, whereas it took them 10 days to deliver the parcel this time. Thats still fine as I believe they might be using donkey carts to deliver parcel though they charge for air delivery. The only concern is that its been more than 45 days since the time the money was collected by their delivery guy and I am still awaiting it. Had they asked a guy to crawl from Delhi to Kolkata they money should have already reached me assuming the person crawls at a speed of 1.38 KM/Hour. Its pretty unbelievable that there could be any other problem in today's paced world.

                  I Strongly suggest not to choose DTDC.

                    On October 20th 2012 (around DurgaPuja) I sent a parcel via DTDC to Ahmedabad. As on Jan 3, 2013 - 2.5 months later, it still hasn't reached.

                    Whats more spectacular has been the customer service - their response was - "maybe you forgot to write the address". However the package (B[protected] is traced and received in Ahmedabad. But it vanished into thin air from there.

                    I guess I should have stuck to Indian Post. Anyway - DTDC customer service has been fabulously ineffective, irresponsible and inefficient - their responses range from -
                    > Package has been traced and we will deliver it on priority tomorrow
                    > Package did not have address written
                    > Can you verify contents of the package
                    > The package is now in some other delivery location
                    > Give us 1 more day and we will deliver
                    > If not tomorrow, I will get my manager to call

                    Manager never calls. Any other ways to take on people like DTDC which has worked for any of you?

                    Thanks and God bless DTDC customers in 2013. Looks like they will have to rely a lot more on luck than logistics.

                      I booked a shipment (D[protected] via DTDC on Dec 8 evening, at their Vashi office. I was told it will be dispatched by Monday (Dec 10), and will be delivered 'on priority' within 4-5 days, for which I was charged more than Rs.700. It's been two weeks since then, and my package is yet to be delivered. The package contained warm clothes for my sick brother-in-law, so that he could wear them during the winter. There were also a number of shirts and trousers. Since I have been using DTDC Services for a long time, I never expected them to lose my stuff - hence, the value of my goods I mentioned on paper was very minimal, Rs. 600 or so. The actual value will be more than 5-6 times that amount, if I re-purchase them today.

                      When the package wasn't delivered, I called up multiple times, both to their Vashi office (where I booked my shipment) as well as your 'Customer Service' - I spoke to Divakar, Sushila and Mrs. Beena Cheriyan as well. Every time I'm told "We're looking into it" and "we'll call you back", but the call-back never happens and I have to call up all over again. This has been happening for a large part of this month!

                      DTDC is yet to offer me any refund/compensation against my shipment.

                      DTDC has lost my goods (which had sentimental value), never bothered to call back or apologize, and I have had to call repeatedly to get an update! I WANT A FULL REFUND PLUS COMPENSATION, FOR THE HARASSMENT CAUSED TO ME!!

                        I have an online shop on www.craftsvilla.com/maddiesfingerstheartyones

                        I used DTDC for sending my products to customers for last few months.

                        I sent a parcel on 10th Dec 2012 for Siliguri. Consignment number M79159924. Items worth Rs. 1500. Shipping amount paid Rs. 450

                        This parcel reached customer after on 14th Dec. Out of the 3 terracotta pots 2 were broken. Since then I have been running around to get a claim details. DTDC guys use all tactics like packaging was not proper etc. Mine are handcrafted products and breaking of such items mean a lot of hard work once again, so I am extra careful in packaging them. If packaging was not proper than all 3 pots would have broken. This is a clear case of mishandling and no one is willing to take the responsibility.

                        DTDC Manpada, Thane Franchise gave me Branch Manager's number, when i spoke to him he said I should speak to Vijayta Rao who handles claims. Vijayta does not come on the line. Some lady called Vaishnavi answers call. Takes my details and promises a call back. But no call so I call back the next day. Vaishnavi picks up the phone again... speaks very rudely and says franchise only will handle your problem. We dont take terracotta products as they are fragile.... I call back Franchise, he directs me to Branch Manager, Dalwinder Singh and he again tells me Vijayta is the right person.....

                        I have to ship these products again to the customer as he has already paid.

                        So in short I the amount i end of paying for shipping my product through DTDC is

                        Rs. 450 for shipping to Siliguri
                        Cost of damaged items : Rs. 1000
                        I have to send fresh items to customer : Rs. 1000
                        Again the shipping cost for 2 pots, which would be around Rs. 320-350
                        Money for 'N' number of calls I had to make to 3 different people.
                        Mental harassment and trauma, priceless....

                        Can someone look into the matter and sort it out ASAP?

                          dear sir, i dont get DTDC cargo from Saudi Arabic EMS Services from last 1& half year..i went 50 time at DTDC ashram road services branch office..but they ignore my query and arrgument me to go saudia post services but i had proof that my parcle received from india DTDC service but anyhow thy mis or thiefed my parcle anywere...and not not responsing me...
                          so now what can i do fortheir go get my write..which company take responsible for my miss consignment..please sugggest me for further action..i have also all proof the the parcle receipt....

                            I had sent one document related to my mothers pension (consignment # P[protected] by DTDC to Bhopal from Pune on 27/11/2012 but it still not reached the concerned person. When I inquired about it today (17/12/2012) they said they had delivered it on 10/12/2012. but when i checked with the recipient he said he didnt. So i asked them to provide me where exactly they delivered and to whom they delivered it. or if they can provide me the contact number of delivery boy i can check with him about the delivery. but they are not able to provide me that as well.

                            Please help me as the consignment contains the document related to pension and bank.

                              Hello,
                              We appreciate the concern shown by you.
                              To update you with the below case, we have received the consignment back; however the current condition of the consignment gives me an impression of how badly DTDC Executives handle a customer’s consignment. I now am left to believe the executives never even bothered to understand the intensity of the importance of the goods that the customer wants to deliver!
                              To inform you of the background of the case, the consignment was a piece of art, which was a sample piece to one of my perspective client which only because of the delay and the inconvenience caused cannot be a part of my business deal anymore!
                              I believe the type of experience that I shared succeeds in neglecting the service assurance that you promise!

                              Now that I have had such an experience, below are the points to highlight:
                              The painting is now fully damaged, attached can you find the image of the painting and its current condition!
                              1. Me and my client were made to waste most of our precious time tracing the consignment, but we believe the attempts we made were in vain! My clinet personally tried contacting the Ahemadabad DTDC office numerius time, but was only left with vague answers and assurances that the package is on its way while the reality we believe was that the package was damaged before it was dispatched from Ahemadabad Office as the track records suggest that the package was returned back due to damage!
                              2. We are unable to understand why the package was sent back to Ahemdabad after it was dispatched due to damage, further wasting our time!
                              3. The authority never even bothered to inform either of the parties of the current status of the package as it was damaged and dispatched it back without intimation!

                              After having traced the package for a long month, the result is that the product is into pieces, I have lost my client, and while me and my client had to waste most of our precious time tracing the package the package was travelling places for no valid reason.
                              We have examined the Parcel and we believe that it must have been damaged due to careless handling during transport.
                              As it was a sample piece for my Business Development the futuristic value of which cannot be translated in monetary terms and which we have lost all due to the services that we were provided by DTDC. We now wish to claim for the damage, the delay and the inconvenience caused both to me and my client.
                              The purchasing price of the product being Rs 9,000.00; we request you to please provide us with the procedure to claim for the compensation at the earliest or else I will be left with no other option than to file a case against and go public with the service quality and management issues with the company.
                              Also if you are unable to reply me the solution to the case, please provide me with the contact details of the higher authority, as we were unable to find any details of the Nodal Officer on your website.
                              We would highly appreciate you to look into the matter and take the same seriously, as it is I have lost a month dealing with your management!

                              On 20/07/2020, I booked a consignment to be sent from Patna, Bihar to Rajauli, Nawada, Bihar.
                              The consignment was containing few Rakhis.
                              The consignment Number is K24681015.
                              It was suppose to be delivered in 4 days.
                              I tried tracking when the consignment was not delivered. I found, the delivery is failed because nobody recieved it. Then I found wrong PIN code has been put by the guy who took the consignment. I have written the correct address and Pin code including Mobile number.
                              I went to the DTDC office, Kadamkuan, Patna from where I booked the consignment.
                              I told him everything and asked why you put wrong PIN code, he said... He put it because the pin code i have the service was not available there. I asked him, then you took the consignment, You should have told me, it can't be sent. I could have not give it to deliver. You took Money as delivery charges, now consignment is not delivered. And It's returning back.
                              I asked him to return the parcel and delivery charges. He denied giving the delivery charges and asked me to come in 2-3 days to take the returned parcel. I went again, and asked for the parcel, he asked me to visit main DTDC office near Gandi Maidan, Patna.
                              I went to the main office., They said, the parcel will be returned to the office where you booked it for the delivery. I again went the the first office. He said, I'll let you know when it will come.
                              Now it's 18/08/2020, almost a month. I didn't get back the parcel not even delivery charges.
                              I feel cheated, it was not about just Money, it was about feeling of a sister for her brothers who were waiting for the Rakhi which couldn't reach due to DTDC pathetic service.
                              I want my parcel back and delivery charges as well.
                              I have send a courier from dtdc but
                              they haven't delivered that yet and in the app its showing as delivered. It was the parcel of my house keys. Being a girl I am standing outside my house. Who will take my security now?

                                I posted a dress worth ₹ 2100 on 19th march via dtdc courier& cargo ltd to be delivered in bhiwandi. they claimed that dress will be delivered in maximum four days. But its almost 13 days and there is no signs of delivery. I have tried calling them but they keep telling one more day and there is no considerable response from the [protected]@dtdc.com
                                The email id which is mentioned in the receipt is completely different and doesnot respond at all. Delivery of dress within specfied time was important to me becaafter that my dress will not be accepted by theclosetlabel.com

                                  I have booked a courier(parcel) from DTDC(mumbai) on[protected]. i was told that it will be delived to jammu on 20.08.2010. on 20.08.2010 i received a call from DTDC delhi that they have lost the consignment no and they want it from me and the courier is still pending in delhi. It shows how careless DTDC is that they cant protect a consignment no nor they can fetch the no of there own . the courier contains gift and rakhi for the raksha bandhan occassion but the lady who called me said she will try to deliver it on 23.08.2010. why is the DTDC not informing customers before of the late delivery being done by them.

                                  I had sent a letter (less than 200 gms in wt, charges were Rs.80/-) from patna to delhi on Thursday 3-Apr-14, handling some urgent document which i need to submit monday morning, hoping it would reach on 5-Apr. But being a sunday, this courier service is closed on sundays. So the courier not reaches till 6 apr .this is worst company . i never use it on future

                                  I have booked my parcel from Madhubani (Bihar) to Banasthali ( Rajasthan) on 2/8/14. It was received by me on 7/8/14. Is this the fastest delivery you are providing?? What is the difference between speed post and DTDC courier??
                                  We had sent a package through dtdc plus service to kolkata on 9th of october. We choose the fast service for early delivery of the package. But instead of next day delivery as assured by the people the packgae was delivered on 13th of october on 6 pm. since it had blood samples in it (the courier people were informed regarding it) which were to be further sent for testing. becuase of late delivery the blood sample got damaged and now we have to bear serious loss.
                                  how is it that the even after using the faster service the package took 4 days.
                                  ealier also we had faced the same problem. we wanted the package to reach fast. when contacted with the local office here in tinsukia assam that if they have any fast service available they denied. they said we dont provide any such service. but dtdc has services as dtdc plus dtdc priority etc.

                                      I have not received the consignment number B87964902 booked with DTDC on 30/11/2012. The post was booked in Bangalore and it reached vadodara on 3rd December2012. This information is available in their tracking service(that also most of the time not working)
                                      I tried the vadodara super franchise number ([protected] and [protected]) several times but they are not responding. Either they put of the phones or they don't lift the call. I tried the customer care number [protected] of DTDC Ahmadabad but they are not at all lifting the phone. No one is accountable or responsible in this in this company. I request you to help me to get my document. I also suggest the public to keep away from this service

                                      i sent a courier to tadepalligudem in andhrapradesh with consignment no.B4270869 on feb 16 2008.it was delivered on feb 21st 2008 after making numerous calls both to the head office and various branches..sometimes receiving rude responses...my important papers concerning an exam i had to take were delivered late.

                                        I have sent a courier from DTDC on 30/11/12 from Kolkata to Pune with there "blue" servise facility which ensures that it will reach the destination in 48 hours. Being sunday a holiday in between I was told that it will reach at monday morning. But today its already monday night and it hasn't reached. I just cannot understand when someone is doing the courier with extra benefits then also the situation is this. Of course I have a much urgency that's why I did it. What kind of customer service is this!! My courier number is V10994880.
