Dear Sir,

I, lpattabiramkrishna used services of DTDC for sending a parcel (Weight- 230 gm) to Hydrabad from visakhapatnam (consignment no:H[protected]. The service was utilized on30th September 2009.

But after three days of sending the courier from your franchise (Satya Courier Service, siripuram, visakhapatnam) the same is not delivered, the weight is decreased to 50gms and the item in the parcel is missed, why the problem occurs from such a big company like DTDC
The harassment form DTDC is not ended here, when the person at receiving end opened the courier we found the packaging is tampered and some of the items are missing from the parcel.

This is purely an unethical and unprofessional act by a reputed company like DTDC, also it leaves questions on the reliability and confidentiality of products sent through your courier.

The haressment caused by you to me is truly unacceptable and for the same i will file a Police Complaint against your organisation and will also go to media for showing the true face of your service delevery.

I am writing this mail after suffering heights of inconvenience and deceit from your DTDC franchisee in old rajinder nagar 25/8.



I submitted my courier on 12th October to be delivered Bangalore and was assured by Mr.Navneet Kohli that it will reach its destination on 14th morning. Today its 22nd October and till now I have no clue where my courier is.



It was supposed to be a deepawali gift which only resulted in a shame and embarrassment for me.



Everytime I used to call the above mentioned person either his cell would come switched off or he used to talk really badly to me. And never ever I got a single call from his giving the status or the whereabouts of the courier.



It seems the trust India have built on this company is slowly diminishing because of cheats and frauds like them.



I would request you to kindly look into the matter and please take responsive action towards it.

A few hours after sending this mail. The courier was received at the destination but to my shock and surprise the container was empty and without the watch which was inside it.



A few facts:



I delivered the watch at courier franchisee on 12th October to be sent to Bangalore and it was supposed to be received at Bangalore on 14th October.



After numerous calls the booking status was finally shown on website on 20th October.



And on 22nd October that is today when the courier was delivered it was an empty packet which caused a lot of embarrassment and tarnished my image in front of the recipient party.



I once again ask you to take a strict action on these touts so that justice can be done.



I am filing a court case against DTDC and the old rajinder nagar franchisee person Mr.Navneet kohli for fraud.

This is my second complaint against my consignment P12266653.DTDC had stolen my consignment and not responding to my mails.Ms. kavitha fromgoregaon branch & Nagaraj

what is this is it is a courier service. i send a courier to Hyderabad last 5th from kerala week and after two day i came to Hyderabad today is 10 th now itself friend didn't got . then tell me what are you people doing. if you people cannot delivery at right time then shut down it and go and sleep.

I have sent a draft through DTDC Currior at Kestopur Branch on 30.06.08
The draft is supposed to be delivered at GPO, Delhi.

Till date the draft is not received at their end. I visited several times at the branch office at Kestopur.
The person concern always becomes annoyed. On 15.07.08 when I requested again He misbehaved with me and used unperliamentary words and insult me and also pointed out that I could do nothing because he has a very influence in the Company I .Rather He will put me into trouble because he is also very influencial person in that locality.

Is it so that customer will be insulted and threatened for knowing the status of the undelived letter.

The consignment had all the proper documents, But still it has been seized by Sales tax authority people.

I had my association with several courier companies like TRACKON, S.T.COURIERS, PROFESSIONAL & SOME NON REPUTED Courier company, But we never face such problems, My association with dtdc just started a couple of months back... We feel like they are one of the worst service ever got in this couier industry... My sincere advice dont use service of dtdc... even if they do it for free of cost..

I wish to use the worst words which i have ever learnt in my life but for the sake of my upbringing am holding them.

they are charging at thier sweet will, they have charged a whooping rs 330 for a 2 kg and 100 gm regular consignment of mine from PUNE to HYDERABD.

I am Amritpal Singh an employee of "Johari Digital Healthcare Limited, Jodhpur" made a courier from Amritsar to Johari Digital Healthcare Limited G-584, EPIP, Boranada, Jodhpur, Rajasthan on the 2-3-2010. I was given the dockit number Z07239404. But very sorry to inform you that my consignment has not delievered on the other side till yet. When I contact your officials at jodhpur branch they failed to answer me in a proper manner and disconnect my call.
That packet contains my very important documents and a few electronic components which costs upto 5000 rupees. Day by day I have to bear a major loss and time loss just because of your mistake.
So you are requested to traceout my packet as soon as possible otherwise I am free to take any legal action against you and your company. Hope you will take deep concern of my problem.

I received a call from DTDC (NITIN phone number [protected]) informing that a letter in my name has been returned by their delivery person indicating residence shifted. Call came on my mobile. When I replied to their crosscheck method that I am at the address stated. Knowing fully well that their delivery person has deliberately flapped, the person didnot heed to my request to get the letter delivered quickly, he rudely explained their process and told to deliver the letter only after 3 days. the letter seems to be interview call I contacted DTDC corporate office and then Pune manager ( Mr prasad mob [protected]). Despite talking 30 minutes on phone issue could not be resolved and I am told to wait for the letter for 3 days. This is ridiculous. their delivery boy does a flap and nobody in DTDC heirarchy is ready to rectify the mistake and earn goodwill of consumer

One document vide consignment note no.Z[protected] was sent to PORT BLAIR on 12/03/2010 fron kanpur with a firm assurance that it will be delivered on 15/03/2010 but till 19/-3/2010 it was walking from DELHI-CHENNAI-CALCUTTA.
Till date no response.
A five star rated very very THIRD CLASS COURIER.

I am Pinto residing at Bommanahalli bangalore, a consignment was sent to me from Mumbai the person from the DTDC franchises at bommanahalli called me over phone and asked me to go to there office and collect the courier, for which i denied stating i was at my office so asked them to deliver the courier at my home, but those people have cut the consignment at one side taken out a part of the item and again packed it with same kind of tape and delivered it to my resident where my father received without checking at that time. later i found this has happened to my consignment and tried to call DTDC corporate office at bangalore for asking there customer care no to log a complaint against these matter, But i was shocked that there is not even a single person to give me a proper repond. the person at corporate office who received my call does'nt know what is customer care she is so negligent in ans my call. I really dont know what the hell services provided by these frauds, Just fooling people with the brand name. the consignment may be of low value but its there duty to deliver it properly and do justice to the monye they earn and food they have. I would suggest people do not depend on these courier agencies they give franchises not to proffesionals but to illitreates and class 3 basturds. and ultimately this is what will happen to ur consignment. I would also strongly recomend to Blacklisted DTDC as a Courier Company. I will see to it that these people lose business atleast from my family, friends & the company i work for which is giving these 420's business of nearly 60, 000/- to 65, 000/- per month.

DTDC is the bad in service and behavier, they accept courier anywhere and called the customers to pickup, if anybody insist to deliver to the address they simply use to write " PARTY REFUSED "and sent to somewherelse, The behavier of the staff is very indecent to the ladies who are alone in the home.
I received a package from chennai vide C28728842 without any other referrence for which somebody called and asked to come and collect the package, when I asked them to deliver to the address he refused and kept in the office which is 15km away from my office.One of our office staff went and collect with other office documents, MY APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC, PLEASE DO NOT USE DTDC COURIER ANYMORE"

Horrible experiance. Loss of goods& Documents, late delivary, irregular service, irresponsable delivary should be the other name of DTDC Courier service.

This is one of the worst courier company in India. A consignment was sent to me in Kerala from Delhi. This has not recahed me even after lapse of 13 days. Similarly a consignment sent from Mumbai to Kerala took 15 days to be delivered. DTDC is the most unprofessional and useless courier. Think twice before sending any consignment thru DTDC.

I had couriered an envelope of rakhi on Friday, 20th august 2010 from pune branch to Chiplun. Reference nos was (CN no.P[protected]. I was assured of the timely delivery of my courier within 2 to 3 days. Today it is 12 days passed and still my courier is not delivered to the destination address. I received very bad response from the pune DTDC office and complete non-cooperation was faced. There after I personally called Chiplun DTDC office and was told that the courier is still not received in the chiplun DTDC branch either. Finally I checked on the DTDC website and understand that the parcel was dispatched from camp-pune branch on 21st Aug 2010 and DTDC system is showing that the parcel is still in transit.
After paying the heavy charges for the courier, I have a genuine expectation of at least getting the correct status and cooperation from the DTDC. I am completely disappointed by the kind of treatment and service I have received.

Today we had talk to Mr Sushil Mobile Number [protected] from Lucknow DTDC office for one of the consignment which had been taken from our office (Aroma telecom pvt Ltd) in lucknow, everytime he had given the Nuisannce through the phone and everytime he told that he cant Pickup the consignment from our Branch Office.Today It happened again and he talk with my exceutive in wrong way and challenge to him that he cant send any body to pickup the consignment.

Kindly look in to this issue if it will not solve then we are not running business with DTDC.

Ya i agree with this comment, even i have sent a courier from mindtree, bangalore to chennai and its not delivered yet, and they say its delivered that area is there in ECR, chenai and its marked to a famous SW company then also they are not able to deliver and they have not returned also. DTDC should be black listed.

An important parcel booked through DTDC courier vide doc no K 45448708 on 21.12.10 from sector v saltlake kolkata to DAYANADNAGAR, DANDIAPALLY, ROUIRKELA.On 27.12.10 upto 18hrs .it shows on consingment tracking that house found locked.When I reached at rourkela office your person telling that they delivered on 25.12.10.but, I SAROJ SINGH is proper man did not recived that courier.

DTDC is the worst courier service. I have sent some really important papers through this on 4th jan 2011. Till date they have not reached there when they were supposed to reach Delhi on 6th Dec in morning itself.

You better deny i[censored] cant provide the service properly.

I have sent important stuff through DTDC courier, thought you will give good service on 28.01.2011, Friday Agartala to bangalore (K[protected]. My Friend has got my stuff after One week. When I called Agartala Center they have given me Bangalore Jaksandra Center Phone Number. When I called Center Manager Patil pick up my call and misbehaved with me. They overwritten my Phone number (my no is [protected] and they changed it [protected]). This is not first time, always they are provide poor services and their behavior with Customer very poor. I never seen such a worst courier company like DTDC courier, I also strongly recomend to Blacklisted as a Courier Company.

Your service is not good at Rajaumundry. We use to recieve hundreds of couriers to GMR VPGL located at Vemagiri of Rajamundry urban limits. They are not delivering properly. One courier was sent to me on 8th(H[protected] April 2011 from Rajam, Srikakulam which I have not received so far. I think you have to pullup your socks to deleiver the couriers. other wise close DTDC we will go for some other thing.

I am suppose to received the courier from Delhi vide POD No. Z36436950 which was booked on 25th of April, 2011 but till date i.e. 3rd May, 2011 i have not received the said document. Even after follow up with their office firstly they are not picking up the phone secondly if they then they have standard answer it will reach by 3 PM after that they start giving time it will reach by 4 Pm then 5 PM then 10 minutes etc... even I have spoke to Mr. Sharukh who is sitting in Tulsiani Chambers is also the useles fellow and dont know how to handle the customer and he also do the same thing with me. REALLY ONE SHOULD STOP BOOKING THE CONSIGNMENT WITH DTDC COURIER AND BRING THEM ON ROAD THEN ONLY THEY REALISE.

On 4th of March I have send a Courier from New Delhi to Mumbai Bandra (E) PF office. when after 2 or 3 days I track the number on DTDC site it was showing Delivered. So, I thought I is ok and through the slip no. now when I send one of my friend to Bandra PF office to see the position they are saying please show me the slip. or give me the Doc. No. How and where I should found the DOc. No. Please conform.

I have sent courier from sasaram (bihar) to gurgoan (Harayana) on 26th may 2011 and paid rs 50/- for delivery charges as well. courier person assured me this address lies in his date base and courier will be received there by monday. but we called the same person, he provided me a helpline no. of patna and I came to know that address is not in his panel so it retuned back. I ask about my money as you gave me wrong assurance to deliver the couried, he irrated and disconnect the call just saying jo karna hai kar lo ab kuchh nahi ho sakata. in this way they are cheating.

In their website there is a customer care number for every city but 80% of these number are either not in service or no one answer. I did a mistake by sending my important documents through this small Ghhatiya courier service. It should be black listed.

A consignment containing text book of a child was despatched from CHADNI MARKET office Kolkata on 28/06/2011 vide their REF NO- K 47 826 935 addressed to Mr Sanjay Kumar HGA of LICI Raxaul branch office PO-Raxaul Dt- Champaran(E)
BIHAR PIN- 845305, but after 15 days tracking showing it is in transit. Most surprisingly no one is responding neither from the Remiiting Office nor from the middle offices. Patna, Muzaffar have not contacted or replied. Customer care unit was forced to take the call and left with sweet assurance yielding no result. The examination for the child is due on 15/07/2011. Now I plea atleast all the Life Insurance corporation employees not to make any deal with DTDC they will make you to run Door to Door to get your consignment with the result it is lost in transit.
They have acted most irresponsible way. Hope since the book was for the child of Chief Executive of NEPAL LICI Office, he will make effort to blacklist the Courier for ever to deal with. Atleast I will plea for.

it is regret to post that i have made a couier from DTDC services from transyamuna branch on 7-08-11 ref consignment no-F05477236. its been nearly a month but the courier had not been received to its place..
i made a all efforts to contact to their concern head but failed to do so.. i even called to branch manager of trans yamuna.. but did int received any responded. i made complaint though customer support and talked to jaisen at delhi office but his way of talking is so harsh that i can't explain.i made him 15 mails but he haven't replies.today on 3-09-11 i again called customer care and talked to preity there.and asked for complaint no.she refused and disconnected my cal.is this a way of talking to customers.

Its really shame on his huge networking company.

DTDC Should be Blacklisted as a Courier Company.This company is very very bad company as International caurrier. The staff also thief. they cheated me. I have proof on email which send by staff of dtdc.

I don't have much dealings with DTDC. I sent 1 consignment through them. Their service was hopeless. The staffs lack culture and sincerity to their job. I will never send anything through them in future. They are a blot to the courier industry in India.
I think they recruit only and culture less girls for attending the calls at office. I dealt with Kochi branch in kerala. The authorised people are very fast to apologize to customers instead of finding out what happened and rectify it in future.

Yes. DTDC Should be blacklisted.

One Consignment[protected] booked on May 29 th 2012 from Faridabad to Patancheru.

Till today[protected] material was not delivered.

More over there is no intimation from them.

In Last month also same thing was happened it took 20 days to deliver the material from the date of booking from Gurgaon to Isnapur.

I totally agree with you. I am going through similar experience. Not only it is not delivered, customer care numbers never respond. There is no person accountable from DTDC to resolve or listen to the issue. Even after a week of sending it & continuously tracking, it is not yet delivered. This company should be sued for compensation and harassment.

Dtdc courier services should be banned as they are looting the innocent people. Very very bad services. Zero ratings

I am surprised that such a fraud is still able to do business despite so many complaints against them! I guess this is possible only in India where customer complaints are just ignored by such frauds. And Customer grievance mechanisms exists only on paper. I want to know what action has been taken against this company who is clearly taking his clients for a ride?

Please advise steps that we should initiate so that action can be taken aginst this company and he is made to pay for (a) false promises regarding delivery schedules (b) lack of customer service enquiry numbers & (c) the absolutely third rate services that he offers.

I've Couriered an article on 4th July from Perungudi-DTDC (Chennai) having Consignment No#: C25094314. It should rech Begum Pet, Hyderabad. Till now it didnt reach. I've called Chennai Customer Care. But no proper response from them as there is no tracking details are available.

Whats this service? Seems to be poor service. Why can't they track properly and answer customers?

I sent a courier on 18.08.2009 (Tuesday) through DTDC (Simmakkal Branch, Madurai) with the detailed delivery address. The delivery address is Rev. Sr. Dr. GERARDIN JEYAM, Controller of Examinations, Holy Cross College, Nagercoil-4, Kanyakumari District. It is quite irritating that even now it is not delivered to the above said location. I want to longe a complaint against the company and also want to claim the compensation amount against the send goods.

I have been waiting for a consignment which was sent from Kerala on 28-04-09 tobangalore and i havent yet received it todayi.e.2-05-09. It's baffling that even the location of the office to which the courier was delivered in bangalore cant be traced and is not mentioned as there are many branches. Add to it the inept attitude of the delivery people who deliver couriers at their own wish!!!
