Dear Sir,
I, M. Pavan Kumar, have booked a consignment for Pune (2800 grams) on Praneel Enterprises, MF-591, Khamla, DTDC, Nagpur on 26/5/2008. My consignment no bearing M34926594. Our consignment has to reach Pune on or before 29/5/2008(Most Urgent). When we enquired at franchise, we were told that if we book the consignment through airmail, the consignment would reach within two days and also I was told that I have to remit extra charges to book via AIRMAIL. I was charged Rs. 300/- towards airfare and assured the delivery of the consignment on 28/5/2008. But the consignment was not even reached on 29/05/2008. I have made lot of calls Nagpur, Pune and Mumbai DTDC offices, but nobody was unable to answer the question “why the delay?” The Customer care people are not in a position to give any answer satisfactorily. Simply we will check it out!. Later the consignment was delivered on 30/05/2008.
I have incurred lot of expenditure on telephone calls to Nagpur, Pune and Mumbai DTDC offices. Although my consignment was not reached within the date, Because of which I have faced lot of mental tension and loss.
I seek clarifications from DTDC in this regard:
1. Why delay in delivering the consignment though it was booked through airmail?
2. Why customer care office, Mumbai, Nagpur and Pune people are not in apposition to give any answer? (I have a record of my telephone calls to your offices)
3. I seek return of excess (Airfare) charged.

DTDC — stolen of articale
Dear Sir,I, lpattabiramkrishna used services of DTDC for sending a parcel (Weight- 230 gm) to Hydrabad from visakhapatnam (consignment no:H[protected]. The service was utilized on30th September 2009.
But after three days of sending the courier from your franchise (Satya Courier Service, siripuram, visakhapatnam) the same is not delivered, the weight is decreased to 50gms and the item in the parcel is missed, why the problem occurs from such a big company like DTDC
The harassment form DTDC is not ended here, when the person at receiving end opened the courier we found the packaging is tampered and some of the items are missing from the parcel.
This is purely an unethical and unprofessional act by a reputed company like DTDC, also it leaves questions on the reliability and confidentiality of products sent through your courier.
The haressment caused by you to me is truly unacceptable and for the same i will file a Police Complaint against your organisation and will also go to media for showing the true face of your service delevery.
