The Mixie, I have couriered has completely broken. I paid 300 for delivery but no use. It's not a damage, we cant use mixie at all.

Further to my lodged complaint on the above lost shipment contained 3 original passports with valid Malaysian dependent visas and attached the copy of the same for your immediate...

I sent the courier on 28 Jan that got misplaced by DTDC. I didn't get a response for 20 days. After I filed a complaint on their DTDC complaint site to which, they assured me to give compensation but no answer till the date. That's why I have decided to finally take legal actions against them after giving them infinite chances to fix their blunder. I would really appreciate a refund and compensation amount for the products that I had bought.

I have parceled few medicines to my mother on 10th March, 2022 through DTDC facilities from Panchkula to Kurukshetra . It has been 2 days since we are notified about the parcel being delivered but my mother hasn't received it. We tried contacting the facilities through customer care support but didn't received the desired response.

I have couriered envelope from indore to Pune via dtdc services bearing consignment no. M 20878477, i have tracked it and it says that Receiver shifted from the given address. Though the person to whom I sent it is residing on the same address said that no one came from dtdc.
Dtdc Kothrud man dtdc franchisee is showing it receiver shifted from add.
Kothrud dtdc not even responding my calls.
How can I solve the issue kindly help.

Fraud company doesn't delivery my package I complaint many times to their customers care but they don't delivered my package to the destination I courier many day ago from Kolkata to hydrabad they show consignment redirected not delivered my marriage registration package to the destination this is very urgent pls take some step on this fraud company

My product was booked from banglore to tirunelveli on 8th march, they also mentioned as URGENT to deliver the parcel as soon as possible, but till now I didn't receive my product, it was misleaded to some other location while I was tracking my product, very worst experience. Pls take necessary action against this.

My dealer placed the order on 8th march from bangalore to tirunelveli and also they mentioned it's urgent to delivery as soon as possible, it's already been 3 days till now I didn't receive my parcel, too late service, very worst delivery service.

We have sent a package through DTDC but it is not delivered and marked as delivered. When raised a query to DTDC they are telling that the courier has been delivered and sent a document with the details. Awb number was D84783563 booked it through Shiprocket
There is no receiver name and signature and simply company is telling that the courier has been delivered which is not acceptable. Please look into the issue and do the needful.

Tracking id of my dtdc shipment - D12186696. The delivery guy didn't even call and submit the status on tracking website as " Receiver refused delivery". And no of times i called customer care and i asked them to stop the package wherever it is so that i can get it collected but different executives are saying different things, no one helped. and the return process of that package is initiated. Even I sent one of my relatives also to Indore apex to get it collected because the executive said it is at Indore apex. But then got to know that it is returned. And now also the status is not updating on the website and I havee no information on where my package is. I am very disappointed with the service.

I want to complaint about Nibuchour Kotdwar Uttarakhand 246149 courier services. The wrost services I ever felt. My company sent a Desktop for me and this courier branch told me to take this from their office as they don't want to deliver this. Another I bought some books from Delhi and they sent a courier to this office but again when I call them they told me that you have to pick up it from their office and when I said to them why they don't want to deliver this then they told me they will deliver tomorrow. I am doing a night shift till 7AM so when they called me at 10AM I was unable to pick up the call but I called back him at 11AM he was talking very rudely and told me that now he will not deliver my courier to my house. Very bad courier services and now on I don't want anyone to courier me anything from this service I prefer Amazon and Flipkart rather than this service because atleast they understand customer situation and also talked to the customer with much appreciated way. The courier guy called me again and asked me to come in another location to pick up the courier at that time only me and my mother were in home so I politely said to him that neither my mother nor me are able to come that location so after that he came to my house but he was talking very ridiculously to my mother and told her 'you also came to the location which I was told to your daughter'. He was talking very insolent with my mother. I am writing this email but not sure if your services could address this complaint.
