I placed a courier from delhi to mumbai after somedays when i track the order the courier status was showing that it was delivered but we didn't received any parcel there. This is in reference with the courier delivered from Chennai to Electronic city (Bangalore). The laptops was delivered in damage condition . The edge of laptop was delivered in damaged condition. The edge of the laptop is broken which led to damage Power button, internal panel and charging port area. Now whole dashboard has to be changed to rectify it and needed internal service to start the laptop and use which cost huge amount of money.br...

Sagara Karnataka branch dtdc courier are not delivering parcel to home always they told us to collect courier from there office always telling some reasons, worst experience and also they charging more prices for courier when we compare with other dtdc courier from other regions....

I sent a courier containing various items to my inlaws living in Kolkata through DTDC courier. The package included a packet of 500gms of Goan kaju. But this packet was missing after the courier was received by my inlaws in Kolkata. In addition to this, one more packet of mixed dry fruits was opened and could be seen as consumed halved. The particular Uppal branch manager his mobile Number [protected] was a racist Person he had kept my courier with him and not allowing the courier for the shipment, its been 10 days from but still no response...

This experience is subject to isolated incidents & should not reflect on the DTDC brand as a whole.
I have had a good history o[censored]sing DTDC services for a decade.
Getting back to the purpose of my reach-out: I had downloaded DTDC mob app on the 31st of Jan 2022 & raised a service inquiry for the 1st of Feb '2022 & paid INR325 through Paytm services to book DTDC pick-up service.
After waiting through the 1st of Feb 2022...

I sent my laptop to pune office on 21st January. and laptop received in pune office by 1st Feb.
Laptop display got damaged.
