I bought Brand New HP laptop from Emax on dated 24 Feb 2022. Product was already registered on HP website and warranty has been started from 30 Jan 2022. Salesperson gave us that product with fake offer and false statement. Refused to provide the invoice while saying you will received through email. As per invoice there was big difference as salesperson told us. From 24 Feb 2022 till today 08 March 2022 i am just calling them and sending emails but there is no positive response except their acknowledgment. They admitted their mistake but still i am waiting from their response.
it is requested please do the needful as i am got sick because of this and having loss day by day.

      I handed over a parcel having Medicines to dtdc lite on 5th March 2022 at Jolly grant, dehradun. The person who took over the parcel said that the parcel will be delivered by Monday (7th March 2022) positively.
      The parcel started from my place on 7th March and not 5th March which is really disgusting. I would have myself delivered the same if I had gone there personally.
      The packet is not delivered till date, i.e. Tuesday, 8th March 2022. Presently, it is showing at Samalkha Apex at present. (12:39 p.m.)
      Also the person who took the parcel said that he will charge me Rs. 125-140 at the maximum as the parcel weighed 885 grams. But when I received the receipt, he charged me Rs. 190 for 1 kg 200 grams, saying that the size of the parcel was big. How come the weight increased from 885 grams to 1 kg 200 grams.

        Shipment marked as "Not Available"

        I am the receiver of shipment number D20613895 and since today I have been calling "Pari Chowk branch" to deliver my shipment. Their phone number is always unreachable and now at 19:19 hrs they have mentioned "Receiver Not Available". I live in a gated society and no one from DTDC even came to main gate to my society. How is it possible I am not available.
        Please look into this and deliver my shipment otherwise I will be forced to...

                Hi i made a courier from whitefiled Banglore Dtdc courier to Hyderabad. Of weight 1 kg it was documents and they took the charges around 950 which is more more than actual charges please can you raise a complaint for this

                  Hi, the asset was dispatched on February 24 th from TUmkur and reached Chitradurga sorting office on 2nd march, from 2nd March it is showing went for delivery, no updates from branch, no customer care number, no proper response. This is the worst service i had never seen. Iam going to give complaint to the police.

                    We had booked DTDC packers and movers to shift our household items from Bangalore to Tirunelveli. Consignment number: [protected]. Firstly, for shifting a house, they did not send promised size truck but sent a mini 7 ft truck even after collecting the list, we had the call and get a 14ft truck after a lot of calls.
                    Unloading as a service was added in the invoice, however no team arrived at destination for unloading. There was only a driver to unload double cots a big sofa. I need a refund for the amount taken for unloading as a service. This is the worst packers and movers experience we have had.

                      Received DTDC Smile number 9244 at 6:39pm but courier person did not turn up. called DTDC customer service who had given me New Sangvi DTDC number [protected] which is not in service but they had no other alternative number. checked on website courier boy stated office locked door closed which is a lie. I have been waiting for the courier at my address same as provided for shipping since morning. The person has not turned up at all. This is an important parcel for me and I have never seen such worse courier service ever.

                      Please make sure my parcel remains intact and is delivered to me undamaged else I will have to press charges against DTDC for having such irresponsible franchisee owners. None of the phone numbers are functional and customer service is clueless.

                      Updated by FloIM                       I have never been through so much trouble for a parcel all paid thus so far. It is disgusting to see DTDC courier boys and franchisees lying thru their teeth. The franchisee owner in New Sangvi was so rude and uncooperative and without making any effort he told me to check with Pimpri ofc when I went to his shop. I had to spend Rs 200 just for this parcel to be received from your ofc. The courier boy Ashwin had taken the parcel home yesterday, never made a call to me on Thursday evening which he claimed he had made twice. The franchisee after my return to his ofc in New Sangvi then blamed the courier boy pretending he had overlooked the parcel in the morning. Please shut down this ofc. If I had not taken the effort to go and collect it myself my parcel would have either been returned or termed lost.

                      The most horrible courier service I have ever had to deal with. Two days of complete loss for me.

                        I have get medicine dispatched by doc no T10809658 from Parwanoo (HP) to Joginder Nagar (HP).
                        By tracking the same, this packet was return back mentioning location not serviceable.
                        Since these are medicine for my old mother, we are suffering due to bad service by you.
                        Need these medicine delivered immodestly otherwise I will lodge a complaint with state Consumer form.

                              I got a call from the agent at 6pm on 1st March that I have a courier and was told that they don't provide the service near my near so to collect the same from there office, I was not able to collect the same on the next day due to some work and the same person called me today(2nd march) at 8pm and when I told him about the same, the person started shouting on me saying that " you are careless and you should be responsible to collect it from the office, If you don't collect it we will send it back and I am on leave for next 11 day so I will open the office late whenever I want, you collect your parcel within that time." and hang up the call.

                                  I have send a important parcel from khatauli to delhi with id no U15537749 which now says not delivered due to office closed or door closed cir while it has to deliver to a corporate office which is opened. Kindly resolve the problem otherwise it will cost me my job

                                    I got a call from DTDC saying that your courier is arrived at DTDC (Chandgad) office and you have to take it from office only. dtdc (chandgad) office is 45KM away from my home. I requested them to deliver it to my home but they said you have to take it from office only. How can i go so far to get a courier? is this your service?

                                      My consignment id is D12174808.
                                      The package status was out for delivery on[protected] at 11am and later in the evening at 7.30pm, the status was changed to RESTRICTED ENTRY-(OTR).
                                      I haven't received any call from the delivery person nor from the community security that any such attempt was made.

                                      This is complete misinformation. I would like my package to be delivered at the earliest.
