My courier tracking details not updated fir past 6 days and courier not delivered for past 9 days

My dtdc consignment no - D20706832 from last 2 day every morning they put an update that parcel is out for delivery, and at night approx 8 pm they put update could not attempt (Dir). Plz help me. It is urgent to deliver that parcel on the given address as soon as possible... As i don't get any customer service number for call and to ask about my parcel.

Dtdc is handling shipment #k54149872. The shipment has been lying at their booking office for 4 days. DTDC has not helped apart from asking me to go to the booking office and ensuring its updated. Im the receiver staying in blore and the package is coming from North east. how am i to go and get this done. when i reached their support they assured me of an update within 24 hrs and nothing has happened yet. they do not respond to emails or stick to call promises. my shipment is lost somewhere and its a high value shipment.
Date of booking at office :21st Monday.

I have ordered few items from the beauty chaser insta page they couriered it through dtdc i have paid in advance for that.
My consignment number is Z72118119, when i tracked it it is showing out for delivery and then receiver requested for rescheduling of the delivery but they never contacted me for delivery.
they didn't even call me so how they can say it is rescheduled because i have never asked.
I want to know about the delivery status and when it will be delivered. Kindly contact me through the number given and deliver is asap

Courier not received . Booked at Nandyal (AP). Supposed to reach Pavagada (Karnataka). But courier was sent back by Chamarajpet Bangalore DTDC. to Nandyal without sending to Pavagada. Very important documents are there in the cover and I was in urgent need. Till now I do not know the whereabouts of the cover. Very poor response from customer care. It is for name sake.

Today (22/02/2022) I received a call from DTDC informing that a courier is waiting for me in their office. The guy over the phone also told me that it takes them 2-3 days inorder to deliver it my home, otherwise I would have to directly go to their office for collection. Even though its only 15minutes ride to my place, they are insisting and pushing me to collect the courier from their office. The address of the office is mentioned below.

I gave right address, but still it is showing wrong or incomplete address and product was not delivered.

I use this address for all my orders. It is very easy to find gopalan school in Basavanna Nagar. It is the easiest landmark. I wonder why they are doing like this.

B97424366 sent on Feb 8 for Rs 430 charge. No update from Gurgaon on where it is and every day they say it will be delivered. It is already 2 weeks now. Where is the courier ?

On Feb 11th O arranged for a courier to be delivered from Pune to Mumbai. The package has been incorrectly delivered to Delhi and since Feb 15th there has been no updates on the consignment tracker. I have contacted the call center multiple times and every time they say that the issue has been escalated, however there has been no update whatsoever. They said they will call me back, but till now I haven't received any call from the backend team. I got an email from the customer success team, however there has been no resolution in spite of my multiple responses to the email. My AWB number is F30176869.

I would like to inform you that I am very disappointed with your service. I booked the order 11feb and after so many calling and update i didn't received my order till now. today morning i called customers service. They said today 1st half you get your order . After that i called Mandsur DTDC office than first he said call me next 10mint. i said ok. after that next 20mint i called . He said your order is in Indore . I said morning one of your executive said today you will get and now you said we didn't receive. Than he started shouting on me. I said pls use soft language. After that he said this is my tone . And after that he start loud voice. And didn't get any information on my order.

He was used very wrong word with me. If you hire this kind of people than its very problematic for customer .

I request please don't hire this kind of people at your place. Because these kind of people are waste for customer or company .

Very bad service, i spend 850/- from banglore to mandsaur. my booking date is 11feb and today is 21 feb. still not received. if we choose normal than they did't provide on time as par given tim, DTDC team said my parcel delivery date is 14feb. but today is 21feb still not received. they always said go express for earning more money. if we asked anu update than they always said i don't know . when its deliver. this kibd of sevice they people provide...
from next time i will chose other option but not DTDC

My courier T10890191 shows " consignment redirected - last mile misroute". please resolve, this parcel is very urgent for me.

Customer was asked to visit the office every time to collect the courier and the staff behaving in very rude manner
Now the staff is claiming that they will not deliver our courier.

I have order product on 11th feb it ship on 12th, but no tracking services is available, it showing my order out for delivery on 17th feb still I am not receiving my courier. Their is no updates on tracking .

Shipment ID Z86325644. The local office (Thanjavur) personnel called me and asked to collect the package from their office as they are busy and cant deliver. I denied that it was a home delivery shipment and I would like it delivered at my place. I am physically handicap by the way due to a surgery.

When I raised a complaint (ticket no[protected] at the customer care, they said they will work on it but nothing happened so far. They just waited for the shipment to reach the origin.

It seems the whole DTDC service is a fraud

I try contact dtdc many times through call email and even complained on their website but is useless neither they solved the nor they reply now os the 7th day still i didn't recieve my parcel

I'm latha, I have booked the parcel on 17th February 2022 with consignment number H65315788 from Visakhapatnam to Thaadepalligudem (534101) but accidentally they wrote pincode as 524101, because of change in pincode destination got changed to GUDUR(524101) ..The courier is still on transit..please change the destination address to thaadepalligudem (534101) and please deliver the courier as soon as possible(before 21st February 2022)...

My Name is Bikash Ranjan Swain.
I couriered a monitor on 12th Feb 2022 from Bangalore to Odisha.
I received that Product on 15th Feb 2022 at Rairakhol Odisha 768106.
Because I am out of town I Open that shipment on 17th Feb and I saw that the monitor is completely damaged. Then immediately I complain a mail to the DTDC team and they replied that they are not responsible for that damage.
Then I want to know that who is responsible for that.
They charged 2000 INR for that courier and the monitor cost is 11500 INR.
Now I am in a situation that to whom I will contact I don't know.

My parcel with no- H27761245 has not been delivered to me. They have delivered it to a wrong address and that person has signed it. I have already complained to the DTDC customer service, but they are not responding properly.

I have a consignment from Hyderabad through DTDC couriers with AWB#H27841081 booked on 7-Feb-2022. Seems like the entry by the booking executive was incorrect for PIN. He/She entered as 515004(Anantapur) instead of 575004(Mangalore). The tracking shows it's been rerouted multiple times between Anantapur, Bangalore and Hyderabad. I have raised multiple complaints with DTDC support, but in vain. It's 18-Feb-2022 and still the there is no tracking update since 16-Feb-2022. I tried writing to their customer support email - [protected]@dtdc.com but the mail got failed as that email id doesn't exist. There is not even single point of escalation for them to expedite. The Consignment has medicines related to my mother and they are very important. This may lead us to get her to the hospital for treatment which would have been avoided if the consignment is delivered in time.
