Hi. Unfortunately I am a customer of yours who somehow made a mistake of trusting you to deliver on time. My tracking ID is T10868096. My package was a gift for someone to be delivered on 14 Feb. On being assured by your side that it will be delivered by you on time I made a mistake of giving you the package on 10 Feb. The package was to be delivered in Amritsar and it reached there by 11 Feb. When it was not delivered by 12 feb I called your customer care on the same day and they assured me that it will be delivered on 14feb. When not delivered on 14 by afternoon i again called your customer care at least 5-6times who made me wait 15 min everytime before they decided to pick up my call and again assured me that they will deliver on time. They also gave me the number of your headquarters where the lady in charge of answering would pick the call only once if I tried at least 10 times... However she also assured me that I will receive my package by 6.30 pm. Seeing the track record of your way of attending my queries I was very sure that you couldn't deliver but still I waited... When you failed to deliver I tried to call the lady at the headquarters again who switched off her phone and nobody answered at the customer care... I don't know if the Amritsar branch solely is incompetent or the whole DTDC courier service is pathetic as this had happened to me before also when another package of mine was to be delivered... The man from your side took the package and said it would be delivered to the address... Then a call from your Amritsar headquarters comes and they say we don't deliver at your location, either come and collect it yourself or we are sending the package back... I think pigeons would be more reliable than your courier company to deliver... This is a shame... Even if you deliver the package now it is as useless to me as your courier company...

No update on website since 10th Feb.

I have a consignment with tracking number as "M11380498" that was expected to be delivered by yesterday. I checked it on their tracking services and they are showing that the area is non servicable.
It happened first time that some courier services are showing that they can't deliver the order at given location....

I had placed an order from Daylord on 7th February 2022

My consignment number is D84747127 and it had to be delivered to me at HSR layout(Bangalore).

The consignment had reached Madiwala on 10th itself but on 12th it showed "consignment redirected".

On 11th it was out for delivery and it shows "consignment redirected". It has not been delivered and the status as of now is "consignment redirected"...

Very Bad service don’t use their service
very rude behaviour and bad customer experience
just start abusing you this is how they deal with the customer

Greetings, the courier number R43626109 that was send on October was lost. I need the proof of delivery such as who received and their signature. I raise a enquiry last week they opened the below ticket and informed me that they will send me the details shortly and will give us some time.

However, consider this as my official complaint as I have a doubt that the courier was stolen by your DTDC delivery guy as my friends Mr. Prasanna who is suppose the receive the same says didnt get a call or receive it though the delivery guy promised to give the same. I am chasing this courier from October with no response please lodge a complain and my request to DTDC is only to know the proof of delivery.

We contact local DTDC no help. Then we contacted customer care number no proper answer. And looking forward to a professional reply no open ticket and close without proper response and help to customers.

We have booked a courier from Shopian to Noida on[protected] vide receipt number Z72468006. There were important documents there were supposed to get delivered within 4 days but unfortunately 10 days passed and the courier is still undelivered. Request you please check this and priorities it

We have booked documents through dtdc howrah having ref no V63752648 on 9.02.22. The dtdc howrah confirm us to deliver very next day i.e. 10.02.22 qnd taken excess charges too. But the same documents not delivered as per promise. Thats is agaist the renowned brand name. We want refund of excess money taken for fast service which is not given.
Kindly do the needful and refund the money taken.

Hello my name is Pratik Mangaraj and I sent a parcel through DTDC Bangalore branch to Delhi. Receiver was supposed to be by the name of Ayushi Garg. When I checked I found out that it has been delivered to a wrong person named Aarvi. Very poor service by DTDC. Please help me out with the issue. My consignment number is-B97066853

H65606548, this consignment was showing "Delivered" online, but not physically delivered till now.

Courier boy: Narayan (+91 [protected]) gave wrong information since yesterday and now he is not picking up calls.

Finally after long struggle, we got another contact who gave us correct information.

This complaint is to blacklist Narayan who has been giving wrong information since yesterday,

We are very disappointed by your service and hopefully corrective actions will be taken on this complaint and not just closed like any other past complaints

From 10 days my mobile has been not reached to my given address.
It's showing in transit from last 8 days. What to do this my mind get blown out. No courier response by any member.

This Praveen from Malkajgiri, Hyderabad-Telangana, India, recently we have booked consignment, a food product from Hyderabad to Pune, through DTDC Courier on 01.November.2021, were assured that it would be delivered in 3 days, but it was not delivered and informed after 27 days, as delivered on 27.November.2021, because of which the food
products are spoiled.

This is totally unacceptable. I would like you to address my grievance and complaint against the above, though we had reached customer service through IVR and non of your support team have helped us to resolve the issue intime.

Post 27 days, the customer service personal have mentioned, that they have no destination address which we have endorsed on consignment with the help of DTDC franchise team and the product has reached and is not their responsible to delivery in defined time. We think you as a senior administrator would take firm steps and refund my full amount for defective services.

I have all proofs and sharing you the same for your referrence.

The courier did not reach after more than 2 month of follow up. Horrible customer service as they do not respond after repeated emails. I would stay away from DTDC in future. Very bad experience. DTDC CEO should see this horrible courier service experience.

Curio Design is been sending all the product packages so far through DTDC courier from Ahmedabad.
However, this time the courier service has misplaced my package with tracking nu A92609980 from its holding facility in Surat.
the package was shipped on the 12th of January 2022 from Ahmedabad and was to be delivered by the 13th of January to Surat at its mentioned address.
the shipment reached Surat's main office/facility on the 19th of January 2022, and ever since then, the package has not reached its destined address. even after repeated phone calls, no one has followed up on the same. I had to go to Surat to resolve this issue and even after going to all the mentioned Operational addresses of DTDC, they haven't figured out where the package is. Nobody gives any updates or answers about the package.
Mr. Vijay Tiwari, who is the official head of Surat's Office has also shown quite unprofessional behavior. He promised for several days to share updates and call back to inform us about the status but had not shown integrity towards the matter and his own words.
it is deeply upsetting to learn about people up in the hierarchy showing such attitudes toward their customers. I'm looking forward to the compensation in return for such behavior and harassment.

I have been having this issue with the delivery agent at Chelari, Malappuram that he repeatedly ask me to collect the courier from his office. Am a doctor - Nephrologist working in a tertiary care hospital, reaches home late at night, am unmarried and have only aged parents at home. Instead of being helping hand for me, your agent is highly incapable, and never deliver things to my home.
Every time I have to plead, and they behave like they are doing a great favour for me by delivering the package to my home, that too after repeated requests.
Today it was a medicine for my mother and was told by your agent to arrange and pay for an auto for delivering package to my home, when she questioned this, they started verbally abusing my old mother.
This has now crossed all the limits and is testing pinnacle of my patience.
Unless you find a permanent solution for this and make your delivery agent apologise I will go to consumer court as I have the recording of the communication with your agent.

Its been 10 days, to deliver the courier. every day I had called DTDC customer care and wasted my time.. it is junk/very bad service.

Courier carries the bank statement, which is needed to process the K-CHALLAN amount 8 lakhs, because of DTDC my money went to hold/ blocked.

Everyday customer care executive tells, by evening 4PM it will be delivered, but it did not delivered. If K-CHALLAN amount 8 lakhs if I dont get money back then the reason is for sure due to delay, so I need compensation for the damage happened else people would suffer like me due to worst serivice. Once they experience the penalties they will get to know.

worst management, am not sure whether they are not monitoring the aged tickets.

I placed a courier from delhi to mumbai after somedays when i track the order the courier status was showing that it was delivered but we didn't received any parcel there. After being complaining several times they didn't respond to any of my mails or calls.. They just take the thing lightly and tell me that they will revert soon

This is in reference with the courier delivered from Chennai to Electronic city (Bangalore). The laptops was delivered in damage condition . The edge of laptop was delivered in damaged condition. The edge of the laptop is broken which led to damage Power button, internal panel and charging port area. Now whole dashboard has to be changed to rectify it and needed internal service to start the laptop and use which cost huge amount of money.
