I'm latha, I have booked the parcel on 17th February 2022 with consignment number H65315788 from Visakhapatnam to Thaadepalligudem (534101) but accidentally they wrote pincode as 524101, because of change in pincode destination got changed to GUDUR(524101) ..The courier is still on transit..please change the destination address to thaadepalligudem (534101) and please deliver the courier as soon as possible(before 21st February 2022)...

My Name is Bikash Ranjan Swain.
I couriered a monitor on 12th Feb 2022 from Bangalore to Odisha.
I received that Product on 15th Feb 2022 at Rairakhol Odisha 768106.
Because I am out of town I Open that shipment on 17th Feb and I saw that the monitor is completely damaged. Then immediately I complain a mail to the DTDC team and they replied that they are not responsible for that damage.
Then I want to know that who is responsible for that.
They charged 2000 INR for that courier and the monitor cost is 11500 INR.
Now I am in a situation that to whom I will contact I don't know.

My parcel with no- H27761245 has not been delivered to me. They have delivered it to a wrong address and that person has signed it. I have already complained to the DTDC customer service, but they are not responding properly.

I have a consignment from Hyderabad through DTDC couriers with AWB#H27841081 booked on 7-Feb-2022. Seems like the entry by the booking executive was incorrect for PIN. He/She entered as 515004(Anantapur) instead of 575004(Mangalore). The tracking shows it's been rerouted multiple times between Anantapur, Bangalore and Hyderabad. I have raised multiple complaints with DTDC support, but in vain. It's 18-Feb-2022 and still the there is no tracking update since 16-Feb-2022. I tried writing to their customer support email - [protected]@dtdc.com but the mail got failed as that email id doesn't exist. There is not even single point of escalation for them to expedite. The Consignment has medicines related to my mother and they are very important. This may lead us to get her to the hospital for treatment which would have been avoided if the consignment is delivered in time.

A parcel was booked on 27jan2022 being AWB:D83842779 from kolkata for the destination to Bangalore, But the same parcel is not yet delivered.On complaining twice on the customer care some one called yesterday on my mobile number and claimed that he has delivered the parcel and sent me a delivery sheet where a fake sign was done in the name of kaushal.He also mentioned over phone that he has delivered the parcel on 12thfeb 22. Where as I Was not present at home on 12th feb22, hence my signature on the delivery sheet is quite impossible.I am attaching the same delivery sheet sent to me on whats app as evidence of delivery.
Any one can identify that the signature and the person who has filled up the delivery sheet is the same person and his hand writing is same in the delivery sheet and at the place of signature of kaushal.

I wrote exam on 1 /2/2022. after that l sent courier in ballikurava dtdc center by the time at 3/2/20022. To address is JANSONS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, KARUMUTHAMPATTI, COIMBATORE PINCODE-641659. My courier details is answer script document and consignment number is"V63886438".

I got quote from Mr Ram and when I gave my bags at Margao, Mr Ram started threatening me that you are in Goa and can’t ask about anything and also threat me that he will throw away my bags and won’t deliver it …

I DOUBT THAT ARE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESSMEN OR GOONS, GIVING THREATS OF GOA TO TOURISTS …

My brother sent 2 consignment from mungod to Bangalore.one item is received And another one is missing From 17days my Mi5 band has been not reached to my given address.
It's showing in transit from last 15days. And status also shows partially delivered.Consignment no - B[protected]

DTDC has not delivered m my parcel and marked it as deliver.
And after complaint they are not responding properly.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

My consignment number 1092286, 1092202, 1092412 and 1092206 was supposed to reach yesterday itself and today they post status AREA NOT SERVICIABLE( DIR )what's this some kind of joke?? I got one delivery through DTDC on November 2021 at the same address and now it is NOT SERVICIABLE?
They also returned 2 of them without even CONTACTING me. What an IRRESPONSIBLE action.
THE WORST COURIER COMPANY THAT EXISTS, DTDC will soon shut down if this continues.
Why do you repeat this often
Just deliver my parcel. Otherwise I will have to take action

My name is Sucharitha with AWB : V72137591, Complaint is executive never reached or called on the date of the pickup even after providing complete address with Google maps pin to location on the DTDC app.
After that next day I have requested for cancellation by calling the customer care.

After two days I am receiving a response on my query that the item is picked up and is transit. But the item is with me never been picked up.

No I REALLY DOUBT ON THE SAFETY OF THE PRODUCTS SENT THROUGH DTDC where the item status is in transit but the real status is the product was never picked up as per the schedule.

I had booked a consignment with consignment no Z70578149 from jhandewalan branch of dtdc new delhi.2 months has passed.it is showing that the consignment was delivered on 18th Jan 2022.But the consignment was neither delivered nor contacted single time regarding the delivery of the consignment and suddenly they have updated that the consignment was delivered.I have contacted to customer care related to this issue earlier where no positive response has been made.i also contacted the jhandewalan branch but the guy also refused to give any response.The consignment contains the private and sensitive information.i am writing the mail final after which if no action will be taken regarding the recovery of my consignment.

Many time I complaint customer service number and mail but no response

Hi. Unfortunately I am a customer of yours who somehow made a mistake of trusting you to deliver on time. My tracking ID is T10868096. My package was a gift for someone to be delivered on 14 Feb. On being assured by your side that it will be delivered by you on time I made a mistake of giving you the package on 10 Feb. The package was to be delivered in Amritsar and it reached there by 11 Feb. When it was not delivered by 12 feb I called your customer care on the same day and they assured me that it will be delivered on 14feb. When not delivered on 14 by afternoon i again called your customer care at least 5-6times who made me wait 15 min everytime before they decided to pick up my call and again assured me that they will deliver on time. They also gave me the number of your headquarters where the lady in charge of answering would pick the call only once if I tried at least 10 times... However she also assured me that I will receive my package by 6.30 pm. Seeing the track record of your way of attending my queries I was very sure that you couldn't deliver but still I waited... When you failed to deliver I tried to call the lady at the headquarters again who switched off her phone and nobody answered at the customer care... I don't know if the Amritsar branch solely is incompetent or the whole DTDC courier service is pathetic as this had happened to me before also when another package of mine was to be delivered... The man from your side took the package and said it would be delivered to the address... Then a call from your Amritsar headquarters comes and they say we don't deliver at your location, either come and collect it yourself or we are sending the package back... I think pigeons would be more reliable than your courier company to deliver... This is a shame... Even if you deliver the package now it is as useless to me as your courier company...

No update on website since 10th Feb.

I have a consignment with tracking number as "M11380498" that was expected to be delivered by yesterday. I checked it on their tracking services and they are showing that the area is non servicable.
It happened first time that some courier services are showing that they can't deliver the order at given location....

I had placed an order from Daylord on 7th February 2022

My consignment number is D84747127 and it had to be delivered to me at HSR layout(Bangalore).

The consignment had reached Madiwala on 10th itself but on 12th it showed "consignment redirected".

On 11th it was out for delivery and it shows "consignment redirected". It has not been delivered and the status as of now is "consignment redirected"...

Very Bad service don’t use their service
very rude behaviour and bad customer experience
just start abusing you this is how they deal with the customer

Greetings, the courier number R43626109 that was send on October was lost. I need the proof of delivery such as who received and their signature. I raise a enquiry last week they opened the below ticket and informed me that they will send me the details shortly and will give us some time.

However, consider this as my official complaint as I have a doubt that the courier was stolen by your DTDC delivery guy as my friends Mr. Prasanna who is suppose the receive the same says didnt get a call or receive it though the delivery guy promised to give the same. I am chasing this courier from October with no response please lodge a complain and my request to DTDC is only to know the proof of delivery.

We contact local DTDC no help. Then we contacted customer care number no proper answer. And looking forward to a professional reply no open ticket and close without proper response and help to customers.
