    I have booked a courier on 13th Jan and it’s now been more than 14 days and the courier is still stuck in transit at Chennai, I was told it will take 3-4 days max for delivery.
    When connected to customer care after a lot of attempts one lady took the call and hung up abruptly the call when I asked for more detail

      I booked a package consignment number K38287718 which was about to deliver in the location PIN: 731127 which is showing Area non serviceable DIR. If the location is non serviceable DTDC should inform their customer before taking the booking rather than wasting time and money. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

        I had an order booked on 20th January 2022, AWB D88717202. After 6 days have past, tracking shows "No data available " and SMS reply is "consignment number invalid ".
        I am worried about my important package.

          I have recently parcelled my laptop from Rishikesh to Hyderabad through DTDC courier services. Date -21/01/2022 and Origin:Rishikesh UC-105, Product:Ground express, Type:Non-document.
          AWB NO-D82600403.
          We have received at Hyderabad, but the laptop was damaged a lot with display screen being broken and external damages to laptop and device cannot be used further as it’s completely damaged.
          Kindly requesting you to look into the issue and revert back as soon as possible and give opinion for legal actions to be taken.

              I got my company (Dell) courier to koyilandy dtdc office and they have asked me to come and collect at their office .When enquired about why is it not home delivered, they advised saying they don't have my pin code in their delivery list .The worst part is my home is jus 3 km away from this office on the national highway side .I have asked my company (dell) to not to use DTDC for any of the further couriers .
              I would appreciate DTDC team that since you are collecting delivery charges, please do deliver the couriers at our home .
              when enquired about this to the dtdc office, they replied in a rude way

                      I have couriered a package from Aligarh 202001 to Barhni, Siddharthnagar-272201 with tracking number U14815768. However the package is marked delivered in Gorakhpur which more than 150KM from Barhni, Siddharthnagar- 272201.

                      Also, the courier personnel should call the consignee in case he is unable to locate the address. The consignee didn’t receive any calls & now the package is marked delivered.

                      Despite complaining several times through last couple of days, the DTDC customer service executive Ms. Neha Bhardwaj is not giving a proper answer. Every time I email them, I get a reply from her that we are doing our best. So far Nothing has been done to locate the courier & get it delivered to the right address.

                      I, request to take necessary action.

                      Updated by makhan21                       The customer service did nothing despite several complaints & even complaining to their CEO. Their service is pathetic. Today[protected] the consignee received a call from their office & was asked to come & collect the courier from their office. Their office is 8Km away from the consignee address. Their customer service is pathetic & not helpful at all.

                        We have sent som food particlee and the reciever is not at that location so we have said to return back by the time we have got back our consignment is damaged and the food partickes are missed in the parcel and the the dtdc is very careless about their customers they are taking moeny more but the work done by them is very bad it is a severe act we will file a complaint in consumer court on dtdc services of being careless and damaged and missing the products in consignment. It is no satisfactory we don't believe dtdc it is very bad 👎👎👎👎.

                          My name is Rohit Kumar. I had to receive a courier which was coming through dtdc. I did not receive my courier yet but they showed delivered status on dtdc tracking website. The delivery boy also not contacted to the given receiver number. This type of wrong information is absolutely not acceptable. Now where should I go to receive my courier.
                          I kindly request to the dtdc do not show delivered status without delivering courier.

Dtdc shows delivered status of my courier but I have not received it yet. The delivery boy even not contacted me. I think dtdc lost my courier. Now where to go to get my courier.

                            My product has not been picked up despite being scheduled almost a month before

                            My product was scheduled to be picked up on 23rd December. However, DTDC has never bothered to pick it up. Explanations provided:
                            1. Delivery boy claims he has wrongly been assigned - 26th December.
                            2. Called Customer care almost 10 times. They keep saying they will revert back but never do.
                            3. Branch manager claims he shifted and doesn't provide contact details.
                            4. None of the branches pick up the phone. Either...

                            My courier dimensions are 34×16×11 and weight of courier is 15 kg. I am charged 2500 rupees for one parcel. Total 7500 is charged for 3 parcel. Please look into the issue

                                  I am from Bhubaneswar. I have a parcel that needed to be delivered 2 to 3 days back. When I call the delivery boy Bijay, he does not pick the call and when he picks the call, he talks rudely.
                                  I contacted the customer care and they gave me the number of Debasish Mallick. When I call him, he just does not listen and behaves rudely.

                                  Please, look into it. I am waiting for my parcel and the DTDC contact persons are rude.
