My product has not received but showing status it's alrdy delivered.who isit possible?

M30177276 was booked on 21.12.2021 from Mumbai to Chennai 600007 but the package has not reached me yet. On checking, the Mumbai DTDC office said that there was system error ansd some other package has been booked under the same ID and hence my package has no tracking number, but they keep verbally saying my package has reached Chennai, I do not have any tracking number to validate the same.

DTDCMumbai office[protected] ~Reshma Kiran Patil) is kept saying that there is a system error and that the package has already reached the Chennai office but there is no tracking number to back their words.
She gave me the Chennai office number[protected] and those people confirmed that they DID NOT receive any complaints from the head office either and that without a valid tracking number they cannot check for any package it seems.
Does that mean the package is lost or stolen by DTDC?
The package is 13.5K and it definitely is not a letter/small packet to be simply misplaced. Reshma and her team in Mumbai DTDC keep syaing 1 day 2 day 4 day time, to find the package, but there has been no other update from them.

It has been more than 20days since booking, and they are not responding to any of the calls or emails or messages.

either they should deliver my goods or refund my payment of Rs. 13500.

(advance of rs. 2000 was paid to my sender in Delhi during an exhibition. Balanace of rs. 11464 was paid after both o[censored]s came back to our places.
So the pakcage was taken from delhi to mumbai by them and then booked via DTDC)

don't know if they are running a courier company or a company of thieves.

My package was sent from gwalior on 15th December 2021 to danapur's courier office. I got a call from their employee from their office that they have the package, I enquired about the address he hung up the phone without properly telling the address and updated the status of courier as delivered. I am trying the support team since then. I called the office number more than 50 times, no one answers the call. No one in the support team enquires about the query. I went to patna's dtdc office today and they rejected my query by saying the package was delivered.

My consignment number is U14408844. I have created a complaint ticket on the website of DTDC on 5th January 2022, the agent closed the ticket without resolving the issue. My package is listed there also as delivered while it wasn't delivered to me.

I am really disappointed with their service and employees, agents and support team. They don't know a thing about customer service, they are impolite and rude and don't help at all. It is about to be a month. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible.

I had sent some clothes to my sister from Begusarai, Bihar to JK Business school, Sohna road, Gurugram, Haryana. The parcel had some old trousers, one tshirt and a new hoodie of the brand being human. When she got the parcel, the packaging was not damaged at all but the tshirt and hoodie was missing. I request you to take immediate action as it is not a matter of clothes but a matter of security and trust ! There was also an empty poly bag inside the packet.

My person booked a courier from jaipur to jodhpur, and provided my full address. but now at arriving, courier guy "mr. mayank vaishnav" asking me to come and collect and when i asked that i provided complete address, y are u not sending at address, then he saying that thats y i called u. now its upon u i[censored] will come and collect or i will send return. if i have to go there and collect by myself, i could get delivery in cargo or by bus in cheaper. this is not appropriate way to do business.

I would like to address that recently I sent a courier through DTDC Express Limited bearing tracking no Z70797723 dated 13th December, 2021 and the last updated status was on 23rd December, 2021 as "Successfully Delivered" (tracking proof annexed). However same has not been delivered at the destination and I have been following up with management of DTDC since the day I have seen the status but they were just giving me excuses only by saying that it has been delivered at wrong location, name and address of the person who received the courier is appearing blank in our records, and today (05/01/2022) they told me that bag which had my courier, has been lost and now it is untraceable to them. Since last 20 days I have been following up with them on regular basis but they were treating me as I am looking like a fool to them. My organisation (Acquisory India Consulting Private Limited) is availing services from DTDC for a long time, but I had sent the personal courier via DTDC first time and have had the worst experience of my life. Services and treatment I received are very unprofessional and disgraceful. Even after knowing that they have lost my envelope, they were making fool of me by giving false excuses and hope. I am totally unhappy with services and treatment they have offered me. I myself being a professional (Company Secretary) expected professional behaviour from the well known organisation; however, to my surprise it came to be a fraud. The parcel sent contained original government KYC documents and were very important.
I would like you to trace the lost document and pay a sum of Rs. 50, 000 for the mental harrassment.

I have once package of books which was sent from Delhi to me on 29th December.
As per the tracking info, it reached Bangalore next day. After that it seem to be stuck in their office and they don't seem to be interested in delivering the package. I have been calling them daily and also emailing every day for the status. Everyday I get to hear that it will be delivered on priority basis, but no effort is made to deliver it. Very poor service from DTDC.

Please delivery couriers fast you guys delivery neighbour towns just 30km you people taking 3days time... How we have to leave our works and wait for your delivery but day by day you are deleying this is not fair, And as a consumer I faced worst experience from DTDC and don't choose these transport services better than these many services working so good

I have logged multiple complains on this
with DTDC and I will do it until this gets done. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen.

I am waiting for my refund from DTDC for the excess insurance premium paid. They are not responding and everytime I file a complain it gets closed without resolving the issue.

I need the response from DTDC team as soon as possible

i am trying to call the courier office but it always busy ring tone coming.

Dec 30 courier reached final delivery station AWB no C15601110 but till not deliver (Jan 5 th ) I called more than 5 times but every day thay are telling today will deliver, yesterday I seen in tracking reciver not available but I was in home only no one is called me and I have CC tv foodage too, really worst service

My order from the website www.workstore.in (Order ID[protected] was sent via DTDC ( Tracking No. X[protected] on 10th December 2021 and was supposedly delivered by DTDC on 20th December.

When I received the message on my contact umber [protected] that it has been delivered, I contacted DTDC where they mentioned that the delivery person will do the delivery tomorrow. Next day they mentioned that this will be looked upon and we will take action to get that delivered. Post which I made multiple calls but every time they respond that we are looking into this.

Now they are responding that they have lost the package. But they do not wish to compensate or provide any remedy.

Please help in resolving this.

DTDC is the worst courier service in the country and my experience has been very bad with them recently..
I booked an electronic item with them to be delivered and they are showing product as not delivered since the door was locked when the delivery boy never came to the place... these are first rate crooks and their customer service is the worst ... never take their service
Inspite of repeated calls they have not been able to still resolve the matter never use their services

I haven't received my DTDC COURIER with the ORDER NO C21247614 yet. its been more than a month now. The first time I got in touch with the DTDC near me they said it is yet to be delivered and that it is stuck in the
the Chamarajpet DTDC branch. On contacting the concerned person there, it was told that it has been delivered. They sent a receipt of the same but the receipt contained a fake receiver's signature that is not mine. I tired getting back to them, but no response. Now the vendor is asking me to pay for the parcel, I haven't received. I request the DTDC to do the needful with immediate effect so that I can get my parcel.

I have sent the courier from Bangalore to Chennai on 29th December. It was supposed to be delivered on 31st December. However, still the package has not been delivered. I have sent multiple emails, called multiple times and raised online query.

They are not providing any solution to me. When I call to the customer care, abruptly they are disconnecting my call. Such an unprofessional behaviour. I made a blunder mistake by choosing this unethical delivery partner .

DTDC just sent a sms to come and collect the package. They did not even place a call. The next day on calling them, the are not agreeing to deliver at my location. I offered to collect it from the nearby DTDC office. That too they are causing un necessary delay. Not delivered yet. It is a PERISHABLE item (food). Even on mentioning this they are not bothered. Worst and unprofessional behaviour from DTDC. Highly disappointed. This is not the first time. It is a regular practice for them to ask customers to collect their shipment. I doubt if they have even employed people for doing the delivery.
