Worst service. Didn't provide door step delivery, although it was paid for. We had to go and collect ourselves the package of 9&1/2 kgs. No proper communication details available on the site. Had to call customer care multiple times to get in touch with the person in-charge. Didn't expect this standard of customer service from dtdc. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend ever this dtdc courier to anyone.
Had the experience from kompally, Hyderabad branch

I placed an order on Pepperfry which is shipped by DTDC/DOTZOT with awb:[protected] . It shows delivered but order not received. No calls no from delivery boy, no delivery otp shared to anyone. When I am talking to Pepperfry its saying "All orders delivered by us have proof of delivery with signatures. In case you haven't received your shipment, please check with family members, neighbors, security, and anyone else who may have accepted the order on your behalf." and in reply when I am asking proof they aren't giving any proof .

I am a student of VIT Chennai but am currently living in shimla. I contacted dtdc in chennai to pack and ship my belongings from my hostel in VIT Chennai. Someone from dtdc over there went to my hostel and picked up everything. Later in the day he packed everything in two pieces. In one of the piece was my guitar and in the other was everything else. When i received my guitar it was broken in two, despite me telling them to pack it properly it was just wrapped in some cardboard and no proper box was provided for it. I tried contacting the customer care. They asked for some details which i sent on Saturday but I have not heard from them since. My consignment number is D20336363 and complaint ticket number is 1763384

My package with AWB Tracking No.: X64504795, status is "Shipment Returned due to RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE" and last status is "Returned parcel delivered ". There were not a single attempt to deliver this packet to the address. It is my residence address where someone is always available. I also called DTDC Delhi office and gave them the tracking number but they were very rude and said they don't know about it before they hang up the phone. When you accept a packet, you commit a delivery. All courier company attempt delivery at least 3 times before they can send a packet to the sender. I would like to know on what ground this packet has been returned? I want my order back asap.

I have sent a courier from Kolkata to Neyveli (PIN-607803) on 10th January, 2022 with the consignment number K38132626. I have also given the Contact No. of both the sender and the receiver. But the Online Tracking System says that "Not Delivered(ADDRESS OK BUT NO SUCH PERSON-(CIR))" on 13th January, 2022. NO SUCH PERSON is next to impossible as per my knowledge because I communicate with them on regular basis and inform them about the courier...

I have not received my parcel M30255756 which is sent on 31st Dec 2021 from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. In the initial days, Branch Manager Pravin Manjrekar told me that we had made mistake by sending the shipment without scanning. Later he told me that we will give you refund for the mistake from our end. Now, from last 4-5 days he is not answering my calls. This is really a horrible experience with DTDC.

So i send books from delhi to pune.. It was 40kg parcel.. Firstly they didn't told me proper details about price .. They cost me double the amount of established prices.

When my parcel reached pune it was all wear and tear.. The box was all teared.. Books in that box was folded and some books got damaged..

I have proof with photos.. From payment amount to courier delivered...

I was available at the address waiting for the parcel with fee stated by one of the personnel.
However, the delivery driver never approached my door, did not ring the bell nor knock the door, my number was available as well he could have called me. But instead they straight away stated as failed attempt which is not acceptable at all as I left important meetings/work and stayed home waiting for this international parcel. This is quite annoying and distressful and loss for my time and away from my work. Now this is holiday period now it will take almost another week to deliver, completely unacceptable delay. Worst service.
