I have sent the courier from Bangalore to Chennai on 29th December. It was supposed to be delivered on 31st December. However, still the package has not been delivered. I have sent multiple emails, called multiple times and raised online query.

They are not providing any solution to me. When I call to the customer care, abruptly they are disconnecting my call. Such an unprofessional behaviour. I made a blunder mistake by choosing this unethical delivery partner .

    DTDC just sent a sms to come and collect the package. They did not even place a call. The next day on calling them, the are not agreeing to deliver at my location. I offered to collect it from the nearby DTDC office. That too they are causing un necessary delay. Not delivered yet. It is a PERISHABLE item (food). Even on mentioning this they are not bothered. Worst and unprofessional behaviour from DTDC. Highly disappointed. This is not the first time. It is a regular practice for them to ask customers to collect their shipment. I doubt if they have even employed people for doing the delivery.

      B[protected] This is my consignment number. The status is shown as delivered to self by dec 2nd in the DTDC website. But I haven't received the package yet. I have contacted the DTDC customer care and raised ticket in their website. But i am not getting any proper response. They keep on redirecting me to another person, I need my package immediately as it has some important stuff.

        Courier lost

        This post is about DTDC Express Limited and how they lost a courier of mine in November 2021. My cousin bought me a coach bag and sent it through his friend who came to Hyd. The friend sent the bag to me by DTDC Express Limited and he didn't know the value so he put it as Rs 500. DTDC lost the courier and when I sent them the actual bill of the bag (Rs 11000) and other details, they tell me they will pay me only Rs 500. Should I take legal...

        I have booked DTDC courier from Bhagalpur, Bihar to Rajahmundry on 18th December 2021. Consignment no is D69626421. From 22nd December onwards no update in tracking. I already gave complaint to DTDC customer care on 27th December. But still now issue not resolved. Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible

            Consignment B97029078 showed on 3rd Jan 2022 as 'Out for Delivery.'
            However, around 7PM on the same day, it showed as 'Not Delivered - Restricted Entry - OTR'.
            I was never contacted by the delivery person.
            And what does the reason mean? I received 3 different parcels from 3 different courier services on the same day without any hiccup.

                Hi, My docket No: is V63552597. I have done the courier on 31st of Dec 2021 having faith on DTDC. It was from Dhanbad to Serampore (Around 4 hrs journey), I thought that it can easily reach within 24 hrs. And your person at DTDC Hirapur, Dhanbad person offered me the premium service, hence I paid double the charges i.e Rs 240 for the same, since it was some important court papers.
                But to add to my misfortune, it has still not reached and showing its at Serampore.
                I called your call centre person for East zone. She being so rude, just said it will reach today (i.e 3/1/2022) and disconnected. Is it the way you treat your customers?
                Very annoying and disappointing.
                Now I would request you to act fast and confirm me the delivery status of the same and oblige me.
                What kind of customer service are you providing even after taking double the amount?
                Why should we trust you?

                        Courier not delivered: RESTRICTED ENTRY

                        My package with tracking no. D10961408 has been booked on 24th December 2021 from Pune to deliver it to Surat with proper address and phone number.
                        The packet is NOT DELIVERED saying RESTRICTED ENTRY - OTR today (30th December 2021.
                        Earlier we were told that it will be delivered within 5 working days. Can you tell me what am I supposed to do right now?...

                          I had sent a v important document through DTDC courier from Bangalore to a Delhi location and same got delivered to some other wrong address. Facing lots of difficulties due to their negligence. I tried contacting DTDC customer care several times (Bangalore and Delhi) but no body helped and ignored my request despite of requesting them again and again. They mispresented the address by stating that "we have delivered to the address mentioned on the courier " and I kept on telling them that correct address is mentioned the courier receipt (which was given to me by the courier boy who was taking the docket from my office address)

                            We have used the DTDC courier service to courier a bday gift to Vadodara Gujarat. But when we recieved the product, it was broken and damaged, even the product was not the same product which we have sent. It seems as if the product was exchanged in the between. This was not expected from a reputable company like DTDC COURIER SERVICE. It was a bday gift to someone. Worst service ever.

                            The product was a SILVER PEN, sent from Patna ( BIHAR ) to Vadodara ( GUJARAT ).

                                I am supposed to get the refund for the insurance amount change from 2lacs to 49k as informed from DTDC. Still I have not received it from them.
