My Parcel number T07140588 is missing. No tracking information available. Not yet delivered.

Booked on 24 Dec 2021.
No response from the shop where it was booked. How do u give the franchise to such people.

Will never use again dtdc.
Worst service

The DTDC Delivery Agent who delivered the courier to my house today was extremely rude and unprofessional. The courier reference number is V63550625. He refused to deliver the package without physical signature and humiliated my old age parents and even took the package out of the property gate citing that without physical signing they won’t get it. My parents were giving him the OTP and other details but refused to budge and only after much persuasion he gave the package. Even after that he kept mumbling expletives whilst going out of the property. Please could DTDC deal with this disciplinary issue of its staff.

I booked a package from delhi to asansol, i had to send few items along with a oneplus phone. i told that there are different household items in the box but the dtdc guy wrote toys in description without my consent. the box reached but the mobile inside is stolen. The packaging was also diffrent/changed from what i gave them. all other items reached with different packaging. The AWB No. is Z70828401

We received the package last evening delivered to us on 06/12/2021 at 17:30 pm with the tracking number V63467772.

The package (which contained a brand new Lenovo Ideapad laptop) was shipped from the Hyderabad location on 30/11 to Bhopal on the name of Tanmay Rajput. The laptop cost $513 (Rs. 36, 936 attached the billing receipt) and while shipping a package from DTDC courier we opted for insurance coverage and the total cost for shipment including insurance was Rs 2540 (attached receipt).

Apparently, when we opened the package we found a damaged (unusable) laptop which was delivered to us. Please refer to all the attached pictures and videos for your reference.

Consider this a written complaint and resolve the issue. Please let us know what steps we need to take from our end to file the claim to get the full money on the cost of the laptop.

PS: Please refer to all attached references pictures videos and laptop bills and other associated documents.

Request you to guide us rectify this asap. It is so disappointing and disturbing to receive a package in hand with such a condition. So heartbreaking.

The parcel contains cheque which is very urgent.
It was booked with docket number B97056779 on[protected].
We have not received the parcel till now despite calling the regional office many times, but no one is responding. Called [protected] and many more numbers.

We courier the parcel due to fast service required. But this time it is a very hectic service. Same issue facing for 2nd time, which earlier we collected the parcel from Hebbal by ourselves.

Please take it seriously and do the needful at the earliest.

I booked a shipment to Trivandrum on 22nd and after 6 days, tracking history shows that it has reached Tvm, but not delivered due to incomplete address. I have ensured complete and correct postal address. Correct pin code has also been recorded in the bill received from the company. Did not get a proper response from call centre, and no response to multiple mails. Need immediate resolution, it is an important document for urgent action.

I have been following up with customer support. To deliver my product but their no response from them.

I haven’t got any call from delivery boy nor they ask me to collect it. Please help me ASAP

I've ordered a pair of shoes online & it was going to be delivered within 4 days but now it's been a week & firstly it showed that Not delivered local holiday otr then now it is showing Reciever Refused Delivery.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the courier service, because I am and my office also using this courier service on the expectation of getting the deliverables on time and on exact location. But i need to get the same from the dtdc office everytime instead of delivering at my home. It is not the only for me but also to my office colleagues and my relative.
Please be informed that we are giving the delivery charges to deliver the courier at home.It is totally unfair to get the deliverables from the dtdc office which is located far every time evenafter charging for delivery charges.

Package ws never delivered yet site says I received the package.. Where is the proof. I wasn't even home that day

The package R44679578 was sent from Thrissur Kerala on 22nd Dec and it reached the Pathanamthitta branch on 23rd itself as per the DTDC site. From 23rd it is at Pathanamthitta branch and has not been delivered yet to Enathu. The product is perishable and when called the Pathanamthitta branch they said they are on leave for 2 days and can't deliver . They didn't even bother to deliver on 24th. They said I should have called and told them on 24th and they could have delivered. Is it the customer's job to call and ask the DTDC to come and deliver the product ???

My consignment number is K52632639 but when I try to track the number on DTDC's official website, it shows that no data was found.

Booked on 24 Dec 2021 from Ambala to Noida.

Consignment number C20999938. I have sent the product through DTDC on 16th November, but the product didn't reached the concerned person. While tracking the cosignment number it's showing as delivered. Kindly rectify the issue.

Today, I recieved a msg that my courier is out for delivery. But it hasn't been delivered to me. At 6:26 PM, I received another msg and it says courier has been delivered successfully. The delivery agent hasn't called me. I didn't get my product and it shows as delivered. The product inside the package is of more than ₹5000.

I have done a courier from Hyderabad to bangalore consign no: D20209414. I have insured the items for 2lacs and the premium amount comes to somewhere around 8k. But I wanted to change the insurance amount to 50k only now. So I am claiming a refund of 6k.
I have already contacted the booking person and he is not picking up the call and neither available in the office. Need the response for this issue at the earliest....

A gift hamper was sent by my company to me on November 30th and the package was in Bangalore on December 2nd after that there was no update on shipment status till December 23rd .Suddenly on 23rd December I got a message saying my order was delivered to chitradurga sorting office where the destination address was Hosadurga .Now no one is picking the call or even responding properly. Have raised the ticket regarding the issue but no response to that also

It was an urgent delivery so we chose Rs.240/- which was said to be delivered within 48 hours. But its been 4 days and its not delivered till now. Its been delayed and money waste. we could have gone for normal one which is Rs.180/-as its said to be delivered 3 or 4 days. Both are same. Money waste and delayed delivery.

I've been sent a priority parcel by paying huge amount from Hyderabad to Lucknow. The delivery executive didn't even call me and has RTOd the order.

I needed it urgently but DTDC doesn't care.
