I booked a shipment to Trivandrum on 22nd and after 6 days, tracking history shows that it has reached Tvm, but not delivered due to incomplete address. I have ensured complete and correct postal address. Correct pin code has also been recorded in the bill received from the company. Did not get a proper response from call centre, and no response to multiple mails. Need immediate resolution, it is an important document for urgent action.
