New car purchased in june 2021 but after only 4 months one tyre cut sideways
Pls void its warrenty & help to replace earliest

DTDC accepted a consignment from the shipper with full knowledge of the destination address There was no ambiguity of the location that the package was shipped to.
After moving the shipment to the destination area, the local operator of the courier company calls me and I am told I need to travel 25 kms to pick up my package because my address is not serviceable by them, and that if I dot pick up the article, it will be shipped back to the sender.
This violates all standards of professional ethics and customer service.
First, if my address is not serviceable by them, why was the package accepted by them.
Second, , having accepted the package, they should find an alternate process of delivery, e.g use the services of some other courier who services the address.
Third, it is not that I live in the boondocks that is not serviced by couriers. Deliveries are made on a regular basis at my address on by courier companies like Delhivery, Ecom Express, UPS, FedEx, Aramax etc. If these new startups as well as older established companies can service my area, there seems to ne no plausible reason for DTDC not to follow suit.

I booked a courier on 24th November 20121, from noida to Shalimar Bagh. The courier number is Z70027863. Since the last two days the status of the courier is out for delivery whereas the Receiver has not received any delivery or information call from the delivery guy. I have lost two very important couriers in the past through Dtdc. I was extremely apprehensive this time as well but wonder how I fell prey to this delivery agency again. Very callous and irresponsible delivery service. No proper information regarding the courier. Better to use wefast or any other service. Such a complete waste of money, trust and the goods that get lost with them most of the time.

HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - X76631329. But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from DTDC also. This is serious thing. Please show me your deliver slip. Please reply me asap.Thanks Bharat

The DTDC courier services never complete their delivery. They just keep it in their offices and call and ask us to collect. If they can't they shouldn't accept the shipment in the first place. There are many courier service providers who deliver at all the locations. This has happened many times. As most of the items sent are perishables, we are forced to travel all the way and collect it. In my personal experience itself, this has happened in their offices at Thalassery, Mahe and Kasaragod.

19th it was booked however waited almost for a week and still it was not delivered and on the online status its showing its already delivered on 23rd Nov. but it was not. 24th Nov I got the call from [protected] and he was saying he will deliver it by 24th Nov. but today 25th already passed still I didnt get my parcel. WHY you have updated the status as successfully delivered even though it was not even delivered???? Why the deliver person now saying to me that come and collect the parcel and he doesn't know the address?? Why deliver person was holding my parcel since past 3 days and without delivered yet it updated as delivered. It was very important document for me and need it urgently thats why Paid much amount to DTDC but its just worst service I ever seen. IRRESPONSIBLE, I have already raised multiple request but NO one contacted me yet. I want to take serious action against this miss. Its fraud when you are already charging more and not providing the service, instead torturing us.

Your Sindagi branch Customer support Boy he is not able attend the call & He is a very irresopnsible Person.
And he is fail to do his work, we send one courier Small finance bank Sindagi branch still it has not delivered to Customer .and delivered to another place..but still is not taking responsibility of this.
This is not today or yesterday’s Problem we are facing this issue from 1month .
But your person is continuing this again and again.
How much time he need to delivery the materials and send the details for us.
he is very irresponsible

some how we have listened your stories all the way and waited for yesterday commitment but still docket is not reached the Bank, what he had exchanged the calls with our internal office team is for showing only eyewash purpose, real ground details is not furnishing to us, we entire team is behind of this and continuously following up, he keep on telling that system entry is not made, then where it has gone,
due to this our Business activities is getting derail, in case if it is not deliver by another one Hour, we will be imposing demurrage charges on you .
We will impose demurrage charges plus material cost on you, soon we will send the recoverable debit note to you, bear the cost with penalty.

This is to inform you that my courier with the parcel no.A92094794 reached gurgaon on Saturday, till now has not been delivered at my place. The people of gurgaon sohna branch are not amswering the calls too. The attitude very casual .inspite of telling them that its really urgent, no response from their side. Kindly help in resolving the issue else i will have to take legal action.

My parcel was sent on 8th November and was supposed to be delivered my 12th November. on your tracking page it has been saying that it is not delivered. after calling them 80 times i decided to visit the head office in raipur located at kedia business park. The location nearby said that the parcel has gone back to the head office. when i arrived at the head office they claim that no parcel was returned to them and many other parcels have gone missing and they have filed for an FIR. They mentioned that upon filing a complaint they will change the status to lost and then return the value of the parcel to us. it has been 10 days since then and no update has been made. I want you to take my complaint seriously and act upon it and return me the value of the parcel which is Rs. 5500. this will be the last time i will use DTDC and make sure i share this story with everyone i know and stop them from using you.

Package has not been delivered. delivery boy claims that he gave the package to the watchman but the watchman denies it.

I have an urgent to be delivered which was booked from Udaipur and destination is Delhi. It has reached Delhi Vaishali branch but is not getting delivered citing wrong address or wrong CIR. I have put up complaint online and via telecommunication to let the delivery agent call me so that I can communicate with him but no action has been taken and the courier is o[censored]tmost important to me.
