DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

The package was submitted to DTDC service office Sreerumpore, West Bengal on 13th of November 2021. Till today, 19th November 2021 the package has not arrived and also there is no tracking information is showing against the AWB/consignment number (which is K[protected] on the DTDC website (https://www.dtdc.in/tracking/tracking_results.asp).

The package contains 2 Silk Sarees worth Rs. 6100. An additional shipment charge of 100 that was also taken.

I am currently clueless regarding my package. Please help me resolved the issue ASAP.

DTDC has given me pathetic services. I had sent a Diwali gift to somebody and it is 15v days past Diwali and they are not even bothering to try about delivering the package.

They call themself as no.1 courier company of India but can't even deliver a package in 20 days.

20 days is pretty enough time. Even speed post could have delivered the package thrice in this timeframe.

I want strict action against them for the inconvenience and the mental harassment they have caused.

An important consignment was dispatched from our Kopargaon Branch on 04th Oct 2021 towards my employer at Banglore. Still now, the cosignment did not reached the destination. even after the One and half month. Using the tracking option, I get IN TRANSIT status from 09th Oct 2021, It is same till now. Their customer service is not satisfactory, they cut my phone call without listening and solving the query. This courier service is Worst service ever. Horrible!!!

Courier booked on 28th oct 2021. last updated status is on 29th oct 2021. after that the parcel status is not updated. I tried reaching the customer care but no response . only i am getting voice message alone. Please help me to deliver the parcel to my customer.

My parcel was dispatched on 9th October 2021 still I didn't receive it. Everyday I have been tracking and the status was consignment redirect and a week back changed the status to successfully delivered.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE PARCEL YET, IT'S ALMOST 2 MONTHS HAPPENED.

Dtdc people are not at all bothered about customers complaints, while am asking about my parcel they are disconnecting the calls.

My DTDC courier no. U13676664 is still at Hebbal. Still not delivered at my address. Can I know when I will get my parcel. Getting frustated day by day. Worst courier service in India.

We have sent a package through DTDC but it is not delivered and marked as delivered. When raised a query to DTDC they are telling that the courier has been delivered and sent a document with the details.
There is no receiver name and signature and simply company is telling that the courier has been delivered which is not acceptable. Please look into the issue and do the needful.

Hi, I have booked one jewellery(pre paid) set through instagram page and they have couriered it to my address (Tanuku) on 6th nov 2021, through dtdc, It has been received in tanuku dtdc office but i didn't receive any information /call about the receival of parcel.When i checked the status it is showing as RTO initialized and status is not changing from 11th. I have been messaging /sending emails/calling to dtdc customer care but not receiving any answer from them. Could you please help me on this ?

Z69611206 is my tracking id it was booked on 8th November and on 11th November it reached my nearest dtdc hub and it got stuck for 3 days and 4 th day on 15th 11am it was showing out for Delivery and on tracking it shows it got delivered at 9pm night.and at 9pm no delivery guy come.Do something it has important documents please

Package not received after 2 months of waiting and showing it's delivered. I want a refund as it is a harrasment and consumer exploitation case.I have waited for 2 months, now i can't wait more. I want complete refund.

I am facing an issue with a courier having tracking no K41299851. when I check the status of this parcel is showing 'out for delivery since 2nd November 2021 and today 15th November 2021 still have not received the parcel, as I have complained and contacted the customer care many times but they did not help me. मेरा एक पार्सल मेरठ से बहराइच के लिए लगाया गया है परंतु वो अभी तक नहीं received नहीं हुआ है जिसका पार्सल नंबर U13332843 है जब कि ट्रैक करने पर बहराइच दिखा रहा है यहा वाला DTDC कोरियर वाले मना कर रहे हैं कि आप का कोई भी पार्सल नहीं है

U13648714 Not deliver

The consignment was sent from Delhi to Naranga Village, Deoria district and the delivery person first denied delivery saying you need to come and collect it from the office. As I was busy that day, he simply returned the courier to Gorakhpur district and now they keep changing status to out for delivery, but I never received a single call from them. I called and asked him to either deliver or make it available for pickup or at least return it to the source. He says it is not in my control anymore and calls the customer care helpline for further help. When I try calling the DTDC helpline number it keeps repeating the same message “Please be online we are connecting you to one of our customer care executives” and then suddenly call gets disconnected. This happened 3 times in the last 10 days. Then I created an online help ticket to which the support person is not responding. Now I am feeling helpless and even my new clothes which were bought for me and gifted by my sister on the occasion of Diwali are also stuck. Request your help in either getting the shipment or at least returning it to the source.
