I am facing an issue with a courier having tracking no K41299851. when I check the status of this parcel is showing 'out for delivery since 2nd November 2021 and today 15th November 2021 still have not received the parcel, as I have complained and contacted the customer care many times but they did not help me. Kindly help me out. Either deliver it or else give me product lost coverage.

Alot of enquires made to the booking agent there was no proper response. because of this i lost my valuable customer and i was completely depressed. i would like to know the proper reason for the delay and i would like to my claim my rights. And i request you to take necessary action taken against this

U13648714 Not deliver

The consignment was sent from Delhi to Naranga Village, Deoria district and the delivery person first denied delivery saying you need to come and collect it from the office. As I was busy that day, he simply returned the courier to Gorakhpur district and now they keep changing status to out for delivery, but I never received a single call from them. I called and asked him to either deliver or make it available for pickup or at least return it to the source. He says it is not in my control anymore and calls the customer care helpline for further help. When I try calling the DTDC helpline number it keeps repeating the same message “Please be online we are connecting you to one of our customer care executives” and then suddenly call gets disconnected. This happened 3 times in the last 10 days. Then I created an online help ticket to which the support person is not responding. Now I am feeling helpless and even my new clothes which were bought for me and gifted by my sister on the occasion of Diwali are also stuck. Request your help in either getting the shipment or at least returning it to the source.

My Consignment number is V63259319. I couriered my laptop to my office on 6th November and it was supposed to delivered by Wednesday. I created DTDC support ticket and called them it was not helpful. I tried calling the hub where it is stuck they are cutting my call. Its very urgent delivery thats why I chose premium delivery and paid extra for this. Its very disappointing when they charge extra and they are not even able to courier it on Normal time atleast.

My courier is missing. I went. to my closest DTDC Courier Services where i got to know that my courier is received by a school named "Sarvottam International School", Greater Noida, Tech Zone 4.
I request you to kindly get my courier back on my address "Sector 44, C Block, C-119, Palm Avenue, 201301, Noida".

Desirable resolution of my complaint - I want my courier back or else refund of my courier which worths 11k as it contains 3 lehngas.
I humbly request you to kindly get my courier back. It is very important for me. Take the required actions as soon as possible and get my courier back otherwise unfortunately I will have to complaint against DTDC Courier Company.
Please do the needful procedure.

A courier from kanpur to Vijai kumar, K-438, Katra, Barabanki was not delvered and was asked over phone to collect from office. The mobile number on address was currently in Bhopal and despite request, delivery was denied. The address given is in use since last 50 years and not a vague one. The delivery person's mobile number in Barabanki is [protected]. Very irresponsible behaviour from such a reputed company. The charges paid towards service is wasted. Rude behaviour of staff also highly objectionable.

We shipped a package through DTDC on 28th of October 2021 and it has still not delivered.

In the shipment tracking date is not confirmed as of today.

service guys said that it will be delivered within a week and its been 2 weeks already. I would like my refund as we opted for premium service and the package has not arrived yet.

Package contains Diwali food Items which will be of no use after your delivery.

In my shipping details it is showing wrong destination name. But it is showing correct pincode .
It is showing latur which is wrong.
It should be Majalgaon.

Help me with this problem.

We have purchased online product. product was courier by 18.10.21 via DTDC courier service consignment no:C20788031. Still now shipment is not received. we have raised many complaints from DTDC COURIER website. still no response

I have sent my office laptop by DTDC (tacking id: D[protected] on 20/10/2021 from Vijayawada to Bangalore. on 22/10/2021 it was reached to Yelahanka apex and no online status update after 22/10/2021 . but still it is not delivered to destination, after multiple calls customer care people are saying they have escalated to the Yelahanka branch and waiting for the response. it is more than 20 days still no update from Yelahanka branch.

With Reference of receipt no.2648896, We several time call to Umbergaon Branch Courier of Office of not giving reply getting delay since last 2 days system showing out for delivery, even i call him telling tomorrow every time many messages sent him to Urgent Courier need.

Kindly take action non satisfaction not proper reply of complaint, your service and getting replying too much work load, ask to collect the courier like giving free service

@DTDCIndia I sent a parcel from patna to balamau (Lucknow) on 5th October 2021 with awb number D82426913 but the parcel was delivered to the wrong person.
I have been reaching to all support numbers & emails from 1 week but i am not seeing any solution.

Two parcels were sent by us one to USA Houston and Canada -Toronto on 31st October 21 promised us to be delivered with in 10 days

Upon asking and calling Customer Service Station (CSS) there is no response from their any of the CSS any of the team members and no update on consignment sent after 11 days.

They do not have courtesy to return the calls or text messages

I am really disappointed with the service & response from your team.

I had sent one parcel on 2nd November & still from the last 6-days its looking out for delivery.That parcel is very urgently required as this is the only key to my flat.

I am continuously calling the DTDC paradeep branch, Palava branch, Kalyan branch, but have not received any solution.

Also I had raised a query on chat, but no response as well. ( Ticket assigned to Mr. Mangesh Chandu Nikam )

My package is shown as delivered, held by relative, DTDC tracking number D83231836. But I have not received it. I was home all day long no one came for the delivery nor my family memeber received package on my behalf.
How come they can hand my package to anyone without asking for the OTP they have provided.
