I've sent my product on 22 October 2012 with tracking ID (D[protected] till now I've not receive my product. It is saying consignment redirected. When will I receive my order... I need this product very urgent... please check about this matter

I'm Buddhadev Nandi, my contact no [protected], my shipment no D82887915, i had already raise a complaint thought web site 2 days back but there was no responds and nothing is happening, so my humble request to you please take care of this matter seriously. Actually the thing is your delivery boy called me and said collect the box 4KM away from my location so that time I'm not well to go from 4 km to receive that and your delivery boy returned my product and maintion in web side that customer refuse to receive that product. So request please re dispatch my product again in my location.

Desirable resolution would be to get the damage of Rs2000 and shipping charge of Rs500 back.
when we called to know what happened they lied that the package was too weak and got damaged while transporting. then they proceeded to wrap the package in a new cover and delivered it. when our client opened it up she found it was damaged by rats. when we called dtdc they said this is normal with food items and there was nothing that can be done. they haven't even replied even after 9 days.

The package was in storage warehouse on a Sunday and the package was damaged completely by rats in the warehouse. the complete package was destroyed resulting in a damage of Rs.2000. the dtdc company is completely responsible for this due to low hygiene levels in the warehouse. I expect a complete refund of the shipment fees and also a reimbursement of my damage of Rs.2000 . Expect a swift resolution to this matter.Else I will be forced to approach the Consumer court to file a complaint stating the above facts with photo evidence.

Sunya ias company sent the courier on 27/10/2021 from Agra. But now the tracking datails showed that dtdc Agarpara super franchisee did not send me the courier. They wrote in tracking details that my parcel is out for delivery on 30/10/2021 and 1/11/2021 but the address is incomplete or wrong cir. But Sunya ias assured me that address is right. so DTDC wrote completely lie. They did not provide any phone no of that office. I called their customer care. They did not receive that call also.
So please solve the issue as soon as possible.

Regarding the above Issue, please find attached the latest status. Tracking is saying that it was incomplete address. The address is a very well known landmark and many of the ecommerce and couriers are delivering hundreds of consignment everyday. It was clear on 31st October itself that they will not deliver and asked me to pick this up from their office. Therefore. "Out for Delivery" status in the tracking details is very wrong and they never went for delivery of this item. DTDC Muzaffarpur does this every time. This has happened in earlier consignment also in D63398701 where they charged additional 150 rupees. It is requested to look into the matter.

I have not received any parcel, tracking no.T09066725. But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from DTDC also. This is serious thing. Please show me your deliver slip. Please reply me asap. My no.[protected]

A consignment B96091794 sent from Bangalore Jayanagar to my address at Kunnamangalam Calicut reached the local DTDC office on[protected]. On[protected].12 hrs one person from the office called me from the mobile number[protected] and informed me that they will not deliver the item at the consignee address as they dont have delivery service.
I am a government employee and cannot take leave from office to go and collect the consignment. We are relying on parcel/ courier service and paying for you for the service but not to be in such a difficult situation..
Today i called the above number and he talked rudely and told that he will deliver the item whenever he get some other thing to deliver in that area.
DTDC is claiming that " speed and convenience like never before. If it's true you have to negotiate for the speed delivery of my item.Hope you will contact the agent at Kunnamangalam and will make the item delivered today itself.

Docket No.D68632663, Dt.19.10.21 is still not delivered. Parcel showing in transit & lying at Kona branch since 26.10.21.

Payment status has not been updated for my order. I have made the payment and delivery person is asking for money. Please find the attached screen shot and resolve the issue.

On 27th Oct 2021, gajipur in East Delhi they received in branch on that day but not delivered yet to me.

I am also from east Delhi and only 15 mins distance from my home.

And today I called they said that will deliver tomorrow till evening

No any agent came and contacted with me, And on portal it showing receiver refuse to accept against this shipment no I50315108 .

I will definitely make you understand against this type of fraud response .

My parcel has been reached Patna from Delhi on 21.10.2021, but till today (28.10.2021) I have not received. This parcel is very important for me. I am extremly sorry to such a poor service of DTDC. I advice to others person please don't take service such a poor courier.

I booked my parcel on 19 october 2021, but on the date of delivery didn't get my parcel . when i am asking for my parcel they said it was deliver . My parcel costing is above 50, 000 n they didn't taking any responsibility and three day before, i'll complaining on customer care service of "DTDC" but they can not taking any series responsibility at all. I suffering losts of problem please help me out .

I booked my shipment on 18/10 in Hyderabad which was delivered to the location on 27/10, this was a horrible service, i was assured to be delivered in 2 days

B95900742 was marked as delivered. However, the recipient did not get any calls and neither was the parcel delivered. The online status showed it was delivered to somebody called "Singg" whereas the recipient's name is completely different.

I used DTDC to courier a package to Oakridge School, Visakhapatnam. The DTDC tracker ID is "D68365384". It was done on Oct 22nd at Kondapur Branch, Hyderabad. I am tracking the same online since then and it was struck at Vizag and not delivered to Destination Address. when I am trying to reach the local courier office, they are saying 'they are helpless and nobody from destination courier in Vizag is lifting the phone'. It is simply careless and irresponsibility in performing the duty/service expected by customer like me.

it is unpardonable act by these courier folks and cheating the people in the form o[censored]sing this kind of Brand.
It is a serious inconvenience and impact to our plans.
