DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I couriered my Parcel containing the valuable items through DTDC courier services. The items were delivered at the destination but one of the items in the Parcel was LED TV which was badly Damaged and Broken by the DTDC.
I have raised multiple complaints amd reminders to DTDC customer care support for past several days, but haven't received any satisfactory response from their end as of now and they are doing the false commitments every time I call to their customer support. Even though the Parcel was labelled as Fragile item, how can DTDC be so irresponsible and careless about such things. And their customer care is least bothered about this issue I guess.

I request you to please help me to get this issue of mine resolved.

I am regretful to say that i am much disappointed in your courier services. Firstly, i called and a woman picked up the phone and told me to text my query..after that she told me i will receive my package 16th oct, 2021. But i have not receive my package till now today 19th october, 2021. But on dtdc site, there is showing out for delivery and each day end this is showing rescheduled..two times they rescheduled ..i didnot get any phone call from them. I raised ticket but there is no response from them. They dont need to response any query. Very much worst experience.

My order status is stuck at fdm prepared from 16october today is 19th October

MY COMPLAINT AGAINST . DOCUMENT NOT delivery to me.
dtdc office said to me . not deliver your area . so retrun it, but we received main 19.10.2021. hw write to me

I have booked a parcel from Mathura for Darbhanga on 9th October 2021 and the amount which they have charged for the same was 1000 having the docket number - D89120258. They talk very rudely with me and said "jo karna hai kar lo ni hoga delivery" i said i will complaint against you, he said "koi kuch ni ukhad sakta kar do complaint". Please look into it and help me with the proper resolution and courier charge reversal.

Delivery Location is Amritsar, Punjab, INDIA

Today is 19th Oct 2021, almost 11th day is running but material not delivered...when we checked details over DTDC Portal and found that shipment is available at Bareily, UP Location.

Due to late delivery, my work is hampered and now customer is asking me Penalty Amount.

Package was about to deliver on 18.10.2021 but nobody came or called. Later they uploaded in status that my door was locked but I was in home only.
Please deliver my package as soon as possible.

I was book a courier through DTDC on 2nd October 2021, its very important document (orginal medical bill and report worth 13 lac) till date dtdc representative dose not know where is my document.

A food item/ fruit box courierd from Kodaikanal on 8th OCT Consignment NO. D68756414 supposed to reach Bangalore on 10th, reached us on 18th OCT it took 10-11 days to reach Bangalore, from 14 we kept calling their destination office Sarakki, JP Nagar
Bangalore and they had a wrong status to say - Customer not reachable/ Door closed till 18th until we called the branch to complain. By then the box/ courier containing fruits was completely spoilt / rotton with stinking foul smell, box completely damanged and wrapped in a gunny bag like a dead rat. Can u imagine receving a courier like that. Yes thats DTDC for you. Rs. 800 towards courier charges and Rs. 2000 for fruits ordered for an event here in bangalore. Complete loss. I want DTDCto bear the loss and refund or reimburse the cost. total 3000 Rs.

I am complaining about my television which was couriered from Haldwani to Kharagpur. My consignmwnt no. Is D88762922 by dtdc. My t. V is broken at the time of recieving.They does not know how to handle this thing carefully. I am claiming for my t. V.
Kindly take necessary action on this account.
And provide us for the procedure of claiming of my parcel.

Hi Team, I have sent a courier on 14th october. It has been more than 3 working days and i cannot see any status on the tracker. It still shows picked up. What type if sluggish services is this. Tried calling you guys on customer service and no one is attending calls. Please track my consignmnet number from my registered mobile and let me know current status.

My consignment number is B79040102. I didn't receive any call from their office when my package is reached to the destination office (orai). After two days (26 September), they have generated RTO to that package but it is still showing it is in orai. If they have returned it, then now it should reach to the sender address. The incharge of their orai office (Sarvesh- [protected]), he is even not receiving any call.
Please help me because he is lying. if he has returned the package then the location should not show as orai till now.

On 11th October 2021 I booked a courier from Bangalore and it was supposed to reach the destination on 14th. It's 17th October today and it has been stuck in Bokaro for no reason. The place is hardly 50 kms from here and it won't take 2 hours to deliver it. I tried to reach them via mail/call/twitter but no luck.

I request you to kindly take it as priority because it's related to my livelihood. Please make it get delivered it asap

I was expecting to be delivered in 2 days has I had paid air service and paid for it ..

Medical courier got stuck at rajkot bhaktinagar office. Went office to collect courier but they have denied with reason sorting is still pending. They haven't got time since last 2 days. No sincerity to deliver medical courier on time. Consignment no T05192081.

I have booked my parcel (laptop)
It is showing delivered on site however i have not received anything. Not even a single call from delivery agent.
