Parcel Bearing AWB M12056750 showing out for delivery since yesterday but it is not delivered yet. pls do the needful

Article booked at DTDC Bailhongal Dt. Belgaum, Karnataka on: 23/09/2021.
Still not delivered to the addresse.

Booking no: D67429895

Consignment no: C[protected] Chennai to Bangalore, supposed to be delivered on Saturday as promised by DTDC officials. It wasn't delivered, I tried to contact their Madiwala hub to collect it directly, no one took up the call. Also, the shipment is marked delivered at the end of the day.

I had ordered a book for my interview preparations urgently as I was leaving out of town. I have registered the complaint, no proper response.

I am currently out of town and still need the book. I informed DTDC support team to send it here, now they want me to pay extra charges and on top of it, followup the same with the booking CP.

I had got that book directly from publishers on urgent note. DTDC is making me go through a traumatic experience.

I couriered for Rs 3800 big suitcase, big bag 2 pillow, wooden tray which is costly, the product delivered was broken as i told to take care they assured too but after reaching it show tray broken handle, i wanted to gift it but i m sad, disappointed. Not expect from such professional company

I have not received any parcel on tracking ID-V63054535.
But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from DTDC also. This is serious thing. Please show me your deliver slip. Please reply me asap.

My father sent me the package with bluetooth speaker and other things via dtdc courier and they said they will pack after some time .The management authority of suryapet has robbed my bluetooth speaker which costs arround 4k.I had the proofs. And they are blaming us.This is so terrible.

Highly disappointed by your service as i am trying to contact your customer support but no one responded. I sent courier with the consignment number C09440432 on 16th but still now the product has not delivered to customer but it is showing delivered in tracking link. Highly frustrated as i lost confidence from my valued customer. :(

During tracking of my courier having Consignment no-K37487533 Showing no data available. I have attached the screenshot of the same . Kindly assist.

I have placed and ordered and I got the consistent no as H25771560 in tracking its showing as successful delivered but I have not recieved yet

I had sent out a box for delivery to NDA, Pune but it was undelivered and there was no phone call regarding it. It's been 5 days.
The last update about my box was on 21st September. I provided a phone number as well but there was absolutely no phone call regarding it.

I have not recieved my parcel AwB no U12567755. and on dtdc site its showing DELIVERED. please its very important papers. deliver it asap. and let me know.

I did a new booking on 24 September(laptop) at MANCHESWAR BRANCH KEONJHAR -MADHAPUR i choose air cargo service mod for that they changed me 2200 but i got mail that my total cost is 733 when i checked today my service mod got changed from air cargo to lite with my concern even they changed me 2200 .
I want the my extra money what i paid back after deducting from lite service mod
I paid through upi at the dtdc courier office

I haven't received any parcel on tracking num Z67615833 but in DTDC tracking site mentioned item was delivered and i haven't received any call from DTDC
no one has received it from my side can you please verify where the problem has occurred

The status of my order is displayed to be 'non delivered' stating the reason that my address is non serviceable. Now I must go to their office at Alwaye which is literally 30km from my stay. I'm so disappointed with their services. They haven't contacted me on this regard as well. Once I had to collect one of my package from their branch near my place but this time it's too far away. I need to know why it's not serviceable here even though...

Employes of A branch in cumbum are not responding to the customers properly. They are not giving the information when we call them n disconnecting the call while speaking. Please take action against them and help the customers to make sure they get the information what they need

I'm Yaseen Shareef Shaik & my dad has booked a shipment from Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh with reference number H63633017, which was supposed to reach its destination i.e Mumbai.
I'm trying to track it through your portal and found that there is no details about the shipment. Had called up the customer service team on the issue they mentioned that they are also unable to track it and asked me to speak with the booking office and shared the number [protected].
The number shared by the customer service team is of Guntakal DTDC service provider he says that he has not booked this shipment and he is correct on his part as the shipment has been booked from Kadapa (DTDC courier office, Grkr Hospital Campus, Sankarapuram, Kadapa - 516002, Opposite Blind School).
Can you please help me with the exact update on what's going on exactly? When will I be getting my shipment?
I found that your service has a lot of flaws and it's strange that the DTDC customer service team is unable to update you on the same. I request you to make a serious note of this and develop your system in such a way that there is no hassle to the customer.

I had sent a parcel from Kerala to Karnataka on 18th sept 2021. I asked them to sent it fastest method possible. They charged me extra money for speed delivery. It was supposed to reach on Monday that is 20th sept. Today is 23rd the parcel is still in transit. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times. I’ve created couple of tickets too but didn’t get any reply.The consignment no for the same is V63071580. Please do the needful. It is a very urgent court related matter.
