    I have raise a complaint IssueK5222585 which was closed by an irresponsible service personnel by filling in his own comments. Its a shame. I have been following up since last 45 days still no response. Extremely dissatisfied with the services handling and feedback methods. Pathetic.

      I had sent a parcel under consignment no.D87039496 from DTDC, MOHALI, PUNJAB to KOHLAPUR on 10th September and I COURIER 8 BOTTLES OF MEDICINE AND 5 BOTTLE WAS DAMAGED BY YOUR SIDE (ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOT) . kindly refund the value amount of 5 bottle amount is 11875/- (each bottle amount is 2375/-)

        I had sent a parcel under consignment no.M05763068 from DTDC, Majiwada, Thane to Aurangabad on 7th September and was supposed to reach by 9th as per the promise given by courier person. However, it reached to courier shop on 9th, it was delivered on 11th, by the time receiver had already left. Hence his family did not accept the same. The reason given by courier person "work is going on in office, hence it is delayed". Such an unprofessional service was not expected from DTDC. Hence i would like to get my refund of Rs.300 which was charged to me.

        Expecting your looking into the matter and return my money.

          I went to the office to receive my parcel. The person at the service desk was shouting at me for no reason. This is not the way a customer should be treated.

            I have one consignemnt K51660436, which was out for delivery today as per the status by dtdc portal. I have not got any call. Now its wrongly says item undelivered( Address is ok but no such person), this item is very important and I need to have this delivered to me, my mobile number is [protected].

            Please help me getting my consignment.

              The status of courier with awb #V63055531is not yet delivered as on 21/09/2021. But the shipment tracking history says courier successfully delivered which is being updated on 19/09/2021.

                A parcel has been sent from Solan(HP) to Surat on 20th August 2021.
                Tracking number of parcel is V62554728.
                The DTDC portal shows that the parcel is delivered on 23rd August 2021 but the receiver is denying that. Therefore i have to submit proof of delivery to higher authority.
                Can you please send me a photo of proof of delivery at [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible.
                It's urgent.

                  I have submitted two parcel to dtdc baguihati branch on 15th September 2021 for two different pincode and different locations. but unfortunately one of parcel haven't been delivered yet to the particular person.but instead of that when we are trying to track the parcel in dtdc it shows that two parcel has been delivered in one pincode.and now my question is that why the two parcel consignment number K[protected]pin code 700084) AND K[protected]has been delivered to one location 700129, who is responsible for this blunder ? I have contacted their customer care and booking branch but they are not responding over all.

                    First of all I have gone to dtdc office near me to find Whether my courier is arrived or not but they lied and said no it is yet not arrived. I tried to contact dtdc costumers support for help so the said that your courier has reached to the nearest dtdc hub.
                    On 20th September it is showing in their website that is it successful delivered which I didn't get.
                    It was an prepaid oder of 1100 rupees. Please help me out as soon as possible

                        The item is shifted from one branch to another without getting delivered in Bangalore. This is frustrating service from DTDC. Take step to deliver the item at the earliest....

                          The tracking no. D81903519 was shipped from Delhi on 10th Sep 2021 and today is 18th Sep 2021 and I have not heard back of my package. Upon calling to the local DTDC recipient each one of them giving a new number to contact and no one is confirming where my package is. I have tried calling the customer service no. [protected] but after half an hour of wait time the call got disconnected. Pathetic service by DTDC I ever had. This is the type of customer service you people are providing. I will post this on all social media as well. Very very very pathetic customer service.

                            The distance between the two places is 40 KM.
                            DTDC is expected to deliver on the second day.
                            It has not happened.
                            Details on the internet are vague.
                            How has RAJPURA come in the picture.

                              I am booker DTDC service for transfer of my TV from jammu to delhi. while booking the service i also opted for insurance of 10, 000 rs. To my surprise when i received the TV the screen is broken and now they are asking me to get it repaired from outside and they will pay for it. The point is during the CORONA period i cannot go to some unhygienic places and get the screen replacement.

                              I would pray before this forum to consider my complaint against DTDC and give me a appropriate solution.

                                My tracking# is W01743200
                                I got a delivery complete message but didn't receive the parcel. And on tracking it shows it is delivered to Cochin instead of my address in Bangalore

                                I have an expensive clothing in it.
                                Its a big loss. The DTDC number is not reachable either.

                                  Am writing this complement for not attending the delivery by the delivery personnel and writing in the status "receiver refused delivery" via e-mail. My shipment awb/ consignment number is V62525933
                                  But receiver has not refused the shipment (I confirmed with them) and now when i m tracking this shipment on dtdc website it is showing not delivered.
                                  I called various dtdc offices in raipur, each of them further gave another number to call and finally the last number[protected] and 62) i got, is always busy.
                                  They should try re-delivery.
                                  I am really hurt with the service of the dtdc. I here request you to do the needful in this matter.

                                    My consignment no is k37454240. The consignment has been sent to me on 07th September 2021 and on 08th September 2021 tracking has been updated FDM prepared and since dentist no tracking updates has been made.today is 16th September 2021 and I have not received my consignment yet.Tried contacting all the local branch offices of dtdc but dey are denying saying that dey are not having the consignment with dem.Every branch offices m trying to contact dey are asking me to contact different branch offices.I am fed up contacting dem.I want my consignment asap as dey are very important and urgent.How to get my consignment and when will I get my consignment????Please help

                                      Courier service not delivering the shipment and updating remarks as 'receiver refused delivery; for two consecutive days without attempting delivery, thereby purposefully delaying the delivery.
