I have a parcel that i was tracking for few days and yesterday around 7.24 pm i got a msg from dtdc in my phone that my my package is oit for delivery and after that i chcecked it on their website and i was shocked. They were saying thag my address is wrong . Its a total fraud case. How come after sending a message that my is parcel out for delivery and at the same time they update in their website that my address is wrong..I have attached few screen shots about it as a proof.
I will ne highly obliged if you take necessary steps against it... i need my parcel please...please do something ...its urgent 🙏

    I have a package that i was waiting for a long time and today at 7.24 pm i got a message that my package is out for delivery and then i tried to track my package through the DTDC online portal and it was showing me that my address is wrong but my address is totally right. They didn't even call me about that package ..i have provided each and every information correctly still they are saying my address is wrong.

        Consignment no V91654675 dispatched from Balabhgarh (Faridabad) for Darshan Singh Vill Tanda Holta (Simlu) PO Rajpur, Palampur, Distt Kangra HP 176061... The local courier wala informed over phone to collect the pack from their office in Palampur and refused to to deliver at my address. Informing that they do not provide delivery services for my location/ address. Rather asked me to collect the pak from courier office. Having no other option I went to their office and collected the pack.
        When DTDC is not providing delivery services for my location, why you have accepted the courier for delivery to me. What is this. I expect prompt remedial reply .

            I ordered my rakhi through amazon to be deliver at Ujjain my tracking ID is W60235436 and on 18th of august it was out for delivery we put the no. Also so that if there is any problem for not getting the address then can be contacted but it was not been delivered nor tried to contacted at the delivery address if there was any problem in finding the address
            But it was not delivered as per the tracking information
            So contact me on [protected] and tell me the reason for not delivering the order and delivery it as soon as possible either wise we have to take some steps

                My tracking id is H24484346
                It has been two days since the status has last been updated. As per the status, the package has been misrouted to Bhimavaram and it is still there since two days. How long does it take for the package to reach Rajahmundry from Bhimavaram? Rakhi is on 22nd August and my Rakhi has not been sent from Bhimavaram since two days. Can I get a status update on this.
                Don't even understand why the package has been sent to Bhimavaram instead of Rajahmundry.

                    I had to send a package containing important medicines to Kuwait. So I approached the DTDC INTERNATIONAL branch in Devanahalli city, Bengaluru . I had to send the medicines on urgent purpose, The DTDC international assured me to send the medicines in 4 to 5 days to Kuwait . And They Gave option of sending through FEDEX(3, 500) AND DHL(5, 500) . I selected DHL AS THEIR SERVICE WAS BETTER AS COMPERED TO FEDEX AND THEY CHARGED 5, 500 RS FOR DHL BUT AFTER PAYMENT WHEN I ENTERED THE CONSIGNMENT NUMBER IT SHOWED IT WAS DELIVERED THROUGH DHL BUT THEY DELIVERED THROUGH FEDEX AND ITS BEEN A MONTH AND STILL THE TABLETS HAVE NOT REACHED THE PATIENT AS IT IS STILL STUCK IN CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND FOR THAT THEY ARE AGAIN ASKING 20 KWD( 4, 900) FOR CLEARANCE. I WANT A COMPONSATION, I GOT CHEATED BY DTDC THIS IS NOT FAIR WE ARE MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE HOW COULD THEY OPENLY CHEAT US

                      10.08.2021 ko bijnor bhagwati cirrior se nasriganj rohtas pin 821310 ke liye currior Kiya tha but wo av nhi deliver hua hai bata rha hai ki us pin code par deliver nhi hoga. Currior wala ki galti ki wajah se yw sab hua hai.customer ko bewkuf banana gya hai. Please do any action

                          A package was being sent from Delhi on 5th of August but my package is in transit in hubli since 11th of August which is roughly 50 km from the final destination haliyal but Everytime I call customer care and ask for delivery they say the package would be delivered by tomorrow still no response from neither customer care nor from DTDC online complaint forum.

                            My tracking no. is D79386408 not delivered. Iam consulting last two days local agency but not satisfactory reply given by them. Iam going tomorrow early morning outstation, how to get my parcel.
                            This agency is unsatisfactory services. Very sad experience from dtdc.

                              Rakhi is on 22nd August.
                              I sent the Rakhis from Jaipur to Bilaspur (Chhatisgarh) on 16th August.
                              It reached Raipur on 20th morning
                              And since then it has been in Raipur for 2 days!!! Knowing that Rakhi is on 22nd these lousy people have not delivered it!!!

                              HOPELESS SERVICE!!!

                                I am from rampur here this my second time using dtdc service again the delivery not is not ready to deliver the packet at home I and asked ik I will come closer to 1 km away from my home still he not ready he said now I will deliver your packet on Tuesday means on 23/8/21and he revived my oavkrt today on 18/8/23 the worse service us provided by your Del ear that charge high to deliver the pack fast and when u pay they behave like this

                                  I sent a parcel on 09-august 2021 to Auckland, Newzealand. The tracking reference id is N21675203. The parcel contains Rakhi for Raksha bandhan festival. It was supposed to deliver maximum by 14-August.

                                  I had so many follow-up calls and was assured that it would get delivered before Raksha Bandhan.
                                  Still it is not delivered, that pathetic service from DTDC was not expected.

                                    Dear DTDC agent,
                                    I Chandan Narula had booked a courier on the 18/8/22 from Kolkata to Ranchi the contents were Rakhi, Kesar box and a few small pouches of herbs, consignment no K37287333 which was delivered today at 21/8/21 and was taped with a different tape. ( not the original). Upon checking was found that the Kesar box was missing and the Rakhi was not on its original position. Need a someone to resolve this as you are a reputed brand and this is not the kind of service which the customer deserves.

                                        I have book parcel from Kolkata to Surat on[protected]. Parcel contain live plant and i also paid for Air charges.

                                        Same should be delivered to next day. But they didn't delivered as on today.
                                        Also customer care not picking up phone.
                                        I call today at Mumbai and they are saying parcel will be delivered to you on Monday.

                                        As parcel contains Live palnts and it will not survive.
                                        Plant cost Rs.750 and Rs. 600 paid for DTDC Courier by Air
