Since yesterday it is in Taratala। The tracking status says Receiver not available but no call received। No one came to the address।

A package was being sent from Delhi on 5th of August but my package is in transit in hubli since 11th of August which is roughly 50 km from the final destination haliyal but Everytime I call customer care and ask for delivery they say the package would be delivered by tomorrow still no response from neither customer care nor from DTDC online complaint forum.

My tracking no. is D79386408 not delivered. Iam consulting last two days local agency but not satisfactory reply given by them. Iam going tomorrow early morning outstation, how to get my parcel.
This agency is unsatisfactory services. Very sad experience from dtdc.

Rakhi is on 22nd August.
I sent the Rakhis from Jaipur to Bilaspur (Chhatisgarh) on 16th August.
It reached Raipur on 20th morning
And since then it has been in Raipur for 2 days!!! Knowing that Rakhi is on 22nd these lousy people have not delivered it!!!

I am from rampur here this my second time using dtdc service again the delivery not is not ready to deliver the packet at home I and asked ik I will come closer to 1 km away from my home still he not ready he said now I will deliver your packet on Tuesday means on 23/8/21and he revived my oavkrt today on 18/8/23 the worse service us provided by your Del ear that charge high to deliver the pack fast and when u pay they behave like this

I sent a parcel on 09-august 2021 to Auckland, Newzealand. The tracking reference id is N21675203. The parcel contains Rakhi for Raksha bandhan festival. It was supposed to deliver maximum by 14-August.

I had so many follow-up calls and was assured that it would get delivered before Raksha Bandhan.
Still it is not delivered, that pathetic service from DTDC was not expected.

Dear DTDC agent,
I Chandan Narula had booked a courier on the 18/8/22 from Kolkata to Ranchi the contents were Rakhi, Kesar box and a few small pouches of herbs, consignment no K37287333 which was delivered today at 21/8/21 and was taped with a different tape. ( not the original). Upon checking was found that the Kesar box was missing and the Rakhi was not on its original position. Need a someone to resolve this as you are a reputed brand and this is not the kind of service which the customer deserves.

Very bad and poor service of DDTC, public please do not your courier transfer at DDTC.

I have book parcel from Kolkata to Surat on[protected]. Parcel contain live plant and i also paid for Air charges.

Same should be delivered to next day. But they didn't delivered as on today.
Also customer care not picking up phone.
I call today at Mumbai and they are saying parcel will be delivered to you on Monday.

As parcel contains Live palnts and it will not survive.
Plant cost Rs.750 and Rs. 600 paid for DTDC Courier by Air

My package delivered was in very poor condition and the package was broken some of the items from my package are missing I am providing the video and images of the same package

I had couriered a parcel containing Rakhi and Chocolates from DTDC Express Limited, New Garia (Kolkata-700094, West Bengal) on Wednesday (18th August, 2021) via 'DTDC Plus' (Consignment No. : V[protected]. The parcel is supposed to reach my brother at Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, for the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Since Raksha Bandhan is on Sunday (22nd August, 2021), to ensure that the parcel reaches him on or before Rakhi, I availed of the 'Plus' service, paying Rs.395 (i.e. Rs.75 extra as compared to the normal delivery service). It was moving as per schedule and given the steady progress, I was more than sure that it would reach him by Friday evening or, latest by Saturday morning. Now, at this late hour of the night, the tracking history shows "Out for Delivery" at 16:41 Hrs and "Not Delivered (RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE- (CIR))", at 16.47 Hrs (both updates dated 20th August, 2021); whereas the truth of the matter is, my brother had been in his hostel room all throughout the day (on August 20, 2021) and certainly accessible on his mobile number (in fact, I myself had a telephonic conversation with him at around 15:30 Hrs). Moreover, the envelope bears two mobile numbers of my brother as well as my contact number. I wonder if the delivery person had at all gone anywhere near the hostel (which is the place of delivery) because had he, then other boys putting up there would have surely done the needful so that the parcel does not return unattended. The delivery executive could have also called up on my number, which he did not consider either. With less than 24 hours left for the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan, here I am still composing complaint messages and mails, hoping against all odds that the shipment would reach my brother before Sunday (22/08/2021) and my brother is planning a visit to the local office at Jalpaiguri (the one near his college) today, i.e. Saturday morning, just to recover his Rakhi gift sent by 'Didi'! And all this even after availing of the high-priced 'DTDC Plus' which guarantees "EXPRESS DELIVERY". What an irony! Is this the price I am supposed to pay for entrusting the "MOST PREFERRED COURIER COMPANY IN INDIA" with the responsibility of bridging the gap of 700 km between me and my younger brother on this Raksha Bandhan?

I ordered a dress and it was dispatched by DTDC, I am seeing the tracking id status as delivered, but we didn’t receive any parcel. Also no contact was made as I had provided two contact no.s

My consignment number K41221348 has not been delivered yet. However, while to track the status of the consignment, it is showing that the consignment is delivered. But nobody received it. Then where is my parcel?

My courier No:T04769857 arrived Ernakulam Kerala on 14. 08.2021 and they contacted us and said that they cannot do home delivery and we have to personally visit the DTDC Ernakulam north office to collect it. I am facing this issue for a long time where the DTDC Ernakulam office never deliver the courier till home and we have to personally visit their office to collect. This happened to about 3 times for me in last one year.
Yesterday i raised a complaint through phone and the call center assured me that the courier will be delivered today but nothing happened. So today i raised the complaint again through phone and the call center assured me that the courier will be delivered today. After sometimes i received an email from dtdc support (see trailing mail) asking me to contact the dtdc office to co ordinate for delivery. When i contacted the Ernakulam north office they told us that we will not be delivering your courier and you have to come and collect so i remind them about the complaint i raised so they are telling to go ask the call center person who assured you the delivery. The Ernakulam north dtdc office persons reply was in a bad manner and not co operative at all aslo they don't bother about my service/courier.16, 17, 18, 19 and today 20th everyday raised complaint to dtdc through their call centres but courier not yet delivered.

I had recently ordered a dress for my daughter which should have reached my house on 16th August and till now it hasn't reached me. Whenever me or my parents or even the person who sent the parcel calls them, it either ringing one time and the next second it's engaged or it's switched off after the first call we make.

I can't believe even the head office is as bad them regional office. If they weren't ready to deliver we were ready to go but to even make that call, they didn't answer. We kept calling for 5 days and no answer. Till this very second no one is taking their phone. Such a terrible service is that of DTDC. No wonder everybody chooses BLUEDART over DTDC.

Corier indore bhejatha lekin 20-8-21 tak abhi tak nahi pohcha he or morbi branch koy achha response nahi mil raha he .

I had booked a parcel from Guwahati to Agartala on 16.08.2021 vide tracking number K50849124. However till date the parcel is not delivered to the destination address. This is due to negligence on the part of the courier company. Inspite of charging so much amount, they failed to deliver the parcel in time. Hence I request you to please take necessary action and arrange to deliver the parcel in time.
