My package delivered was in very poor condition and the package was broken some of the items from my package are missing I am providing the video and images of the same package

I had couriered a parcel containing Rakhi and Chocolates from DTDC Express Limited, New Garia (Kolkata-700094, West Bengal) on Wednesday (18th August, 2021) via 'DTDC Plus' (Consignment No. : V[protected]. The parcel is supposed to reach my brother at Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, for the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Since Raksha Bandhan is on Sunday (22nd August, 2021), to ensure that the parcel reaches him on or before Rakhi, I availed of the 'Plus' service, paying Rs.395 (i.e. Rs.75 extra as compared to the normal delivery service). It was moving as per schedule and given the steady progress, I was more than sure that it would reach him by Friday evening or, latest by Saturday morning. Now, at this late hour of the night, the tracking history shows "Out for Delivery" at 16:41 Hrs and "Not Delivered (RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE- (CIR))", at 16.47 Hrs (both updates dated 20th August, 2021); whereas the truth of the matter is, my brother had been in his hostel room all throughout the day (on August 20, 2021) and certainly accessible on his mobile number (in fact, I myself had a telephonic conversation with him at around 15:30 Hrs). Moreover, the envelope bears two mobile numbers of my brother as well as my contact number. I wonder if the delivery person had at all gone anywhere near the hostel (which is the place of delivery) because had he, then other boys putting up there would have surely done the needful so that the parcel does not return unattended. The delivery executive could have also called up on my number, which he did not consider either. With less than 24 hours left for the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan, here I am still composing complaint messages and mails, hoping against all odds that the shipment would reach my brother before Sunday (22/08/2021) and my brother is planning a visit to the local office at Jalpaiguri (the one near his college) today, i.e. Saturday morning, just to recover his Rakhi gift sent by 'Didi'! And all this even after availing of the high-priced 'DTDC Plus' which guarantees "EXPRESS DELIVERY". What an irony! Is this the price I am supposed to pay for entrusting the "MOST PREFERRED COURIER COMPANY IN INDIA" with the responsibility of bridging the gap of 700 km between me and my younger brother on this Raksha Bandhan?

I ordered a dress and it was dispatched by DTDC, I am seeing the tracking id status as delivered, but we didn’t receive any parcel. Also no contact was made as I had provided two contact no.s

My consignment number K41221348 has not been delivered yet. However, while to track the status of the consignment, it is showing that the consignment is delivered. But nobody received it. Then where is my parcel?

My courier No:T04769857 arrived Ernakulam Kerala on 14. 08.2021 and they contacted us and said that they cannot do home delivery and we have to personally visit the DTDC Ernakulam north office to collect it. I am facing this issue for a long time where the DTDC Ernakulam office never deliver the courier till home and we have to personally visit their office to collect. This happened to about 3 times for me in last one year.
Yesterday i raised a complaint through phone and the call center assured me that the courier will be delivered today but nothing happened. So today i raised the complaint again through phone and the call center assured me that the courier will be delivered today. After sometimes i received an email from dtdc support (see trailing mail) asking me to contact the dtdc office to co ordinate for delivery. When i contacted the Ernakulam north office they told us that we will not be delivering your courier and you have to come and collect so i remind them about the complaint i raised so they are telling to go ask the call center person who assured you the delivery. The Ernakulam north dtdc office persons reply was in a bad manner and not co operative at all aslo they don't bother about my service/courier.16, 17, 18, 19 and today 20th everyday raised complaint to dtdc through their call centres but courier not yet delivered.

My consignment number is:D[protected]it has important study materials), it was dispatched on 2nd August From NAGPUR to LALITPUR (U.P), but I had received on 16th August and they didn't deliver the parcel, we had to collect it from the office. This is the worst service.

I had recently ordered a dress for my daughter which should have reached my house on 16th August and till now it hasn't reached me. Whenever me or my parents or even the person who sent the parcel calls them, it either ringing one time and the next second it's engaged or it's switched off after the first call we make.

I can't believe even the head office is as bad them regional office. If they weren't ready to deliver we were ready to go but to even make that call, they didn't answer. We kept calling for 5 days and no answer. Till this very second no one is taking their phone. Such a terrible service is that of DTDC. No wonder everybody chooses BLUEDART over DTDC.

The soft data was uploaded a day after and that caused delay...

I had booked a parcel from Guwahati to Agartala on 16.08.2021 vide tracking number K50849124. However till date the parcel is not delivered to the destination address. This is due to negligence on the part of the courier company. Inspite of charging so much amount, they failed to deliver the parcel in time. Hence I request you to please take necessary action and arrange to deliver the parcel in time.

I had booked a parcel from Guwahati to Agartala on 16.08.2021 vide tracking number K50849124. However till date the parcel is not delivered. Moreover no update is available in their website with the tracking number.
I request you to kindly take the necessary steps to deliver the parcel urgently.

I have given my courier on 10 August. I was told it will reach destination in 10-12 days before rakhi. But till 19.8.2021 it was on hold . Now it shows it is with FedEx . FedEx says it wasn't received. Dtdc wasted alot of time and it wasn't value for money. The courier which was supposed to take max 12 days to reach destination now FedEx shows it will reach in September i.e. 20 days. It was not what I paid for

I Dr Sangeeta Roy from Varanasi have not received the parcel ( not knowing about parcel may be some book) & I received a missed call around 6.12pm on 17th August 2021 when I was busy with emergency patient & I called back to that number [protected] at 8.33pm on same day when he said that parcel will be delivered on 18th August 2021. But parcel was not delivered for which I contacted on that phone number for which he denied. So contacted the local phone number searched from Google & he also denied & asking about tracking number which I don't know. I contacted customer care number but no response found. Kindly help me & my phone number [protected]

I Dr Sangeeta Roy from Varanasi have a parcel to receive on 17/08/21, but due to my busy schedule I was unable to receive the phone call on that evening around 6.12pm once only. Then at about 8.33pm when I saw the missed call, called back (m.no.[protected]) & he told parcel is in Mehmoorganj branch office & next day he will deliver it. But till today i. e.19/8/21 it was not delivered & when I called him then he denied to deliver. I contacted through phone no.provided in Google but no response. Kindly help, my phone number [protected], Baba Kinaram Hospital, Shankuldhara, Khojwan, Varanasi. I have no idea about the parcel.

I received a courier in the month of August 2020 from DTDC courier company. I had requested the courier company to provide the address of the sender of the courier. The complaint was registered and case No.17295304 was allotted to me and said that they will revert soon with further details. But till date nothing was heard from them.

This is to inform you that, I have given a document for courier DTDC in Kottigepalya, Bangalore, on 13/08/2021 the destination address is Calicut, Kerala. which is suppose to reach atleast on monday (16/8/21). But I was astonished to note that the consignment is still in bangalore. This is not really fair on your part. Please take needful and necessary action so that the consignment can reach at the earliest.

On 13th aug, it dispatched, as expected it should be deliverd by 15 or 16 but from last 4 days my shipment is out for delivery but yet I didn't received it. The customer care and my near by center both didnt response for the query. Now they just don't answer the call. Its really very bad experience with dtdc. Worst service n support. Dtdc charge a high shipping charges but service is very cheap.

Hi DTC my docket number is K50871063 which is not moving since last 2 days as I can track in your website. I have been charged extra for a premium service and yet it has been more than 5 days the delivery has not happened.

Make my delivery possible by today or else I have to take legal actions against you. The parcel has got some very important documents which I need asap and this is the reason I have chosen your premium service
