I had booked a parcel from Guwahati to Agartala on 16.08.2021 vide tracking number K50849124. However till date the parcel is not delivered. Moreover no update is available in their website with the tracking number.
I request you to kindly take the necessary steps to deliver the parcel urgently.

    I have given my courier on 10 August. I was told it will reach destination in 10-12 days before rakhi. But till 19.8.2021 it was on hold . Now it shows it is with FedEx . FedEx says it wasn't received. Dtdc wasted alot of time and it wasn't value for money. The courier which was supposed to take max 12 days to reach destination now FedEx shows it will reach in September i.e. 20 days. It was not what I paid for

      I Dr Sangeeta Roy from Varanasi have not received the parcel ( not knowing about parcel may be some book) & I received a missed call around 6.12pm on 17th August 2021 when I was busy with emergency patient & I called back to that number [protected] at 8.33pm on same day when he said that parcel will be delivered on 18th August 2021. But parcel was not delivered for which I contacted on that phone number for which he denied. So contacted the local phone number searched from Google & he also denied & asking about tracking number which I don't know. I contacted customer care number but no response found. Kindly help me & my phone number [protected]

        I Dr Sangeeta Roy from Varanasi have a parcel to receive on 17/08/21, but due to my busy schedule I was unable to receive the phone call on that evening around 6.12pm once only. Then at about 8.33pm when I saw the missed call, called back (m.no.[protected]) & he told parcel is in Mehmoorganj branch office & next day he will deliver it. But till today i. e.19/8/21 it was not delivered & when I called him then he denied to deliver. I contacted through phone no.provided in Google but no response. Kindly help, my phone number [protected], Baba Kinaram Hospital, Shankuldhara, Khojwan, Varanasi. I have no idea about the parcel.

          Address: DTDC courier service

          I received a courier in the month of August 2020 from DTDC courier company. I had requested the courier company to provide the address of the sender of the courier. The complaint was registered and case No.17295304 was allotted to me and said that they will revert soon with further details. But till date nothing was heard from them.

              Respected Sir,
              This is to inform you that, I have given a document for courier DTDC in Kottigepalya, Bangalore, on 13/08/2021 the destination address is Calicut, Kerala. which is suppose to reach atleast on monday (16/8/21). But I was astonished to note that the consignment is still in bangalore. This is not really fair on your part. Please take needful and necessary action so that the consignment can reach at the earliest.
              I am really not happy with the DTDC service

                My shipment no. Is M11342879.
                On 13th aug, it dispatched, as expected it should be deliverd by 15 or 16 but from last 4 days my shipment is out for delivery but yet I didn't received it. The customer care and my near by center both didnt response for the query. Now they just don't answer the call. Its really very bad experience with dtdc. Worst service n support. Dtdc charge a high shipping charges but service is very cheap.

                  Hi DTC my docket number is K50871063 which is not moving since last 2 days as I can track in your website. I have been charged extra for a premium service and yet it has been more than 5 days the delivery has not happened.

                  Make my delivery possible by today or else I have to take legal actions against you. The parcel has got some very important documents which I need asap and this is the reason I have chosen your premium service

                    Hi DTDC Team,

                    One courier was booked for me on 14th August, as i tracked the status today on your site, it's showing delivered on 16th August'21 while i haven't received it till time.

                    please help on it.

                          A cover booked through DTDC from Rajahmundry to Abdullapurmet, R.R.District on[protected] with consignment number H62980836 not received till the date. By tracking it was noticed that it was delivered to "prsanna". Through the feed back it was informed the company. But no one responded till the date. How the company delivered an item without verification and confirmation (even with phone number mentioned on the cover) of the addressee. I prayed for necessary action please.

                            The worst service ever!! My parcel is in Pune and out for delivery since 7 days, those people don't return the calls, don't reply to the msgs and the customer service executive are extremely rude. I tried reaching the branch manager of Pune pimpari branch multiple times, he didn't return the call either. The dtdc guy has blocked my number and reading the msgs but not replying to it.
                            Not a right way to treat the customer, if you have some issues then atleast let the customer know about it. This is frustrating. If you check google reviews about dtdc, 99% customers are complaining about the service.

                              Consignment Number - K50359230. They accepted the shipment to deliver initially but now they are saying the area is unserviceable.
                              Support team is closing the tickets without actually resolving it .
                              I am chasing them from long time .

                                Every time bhagalpur bihar DTDC is not able to deliver the goods and make them out of delivery without contact with customers this is not first time this will happen
                                Today my courrier received at delivery office as I see on tracking portal and they make them out of delivery without calling me
                                And I got this sms

                                    To whom ever it may concern. please look into the issue and get in touch with sender or receiver. the phone number has been provided in the address.

                                    I had placed an order online which was shipped on 10th August 2021.
                                    Sender told me that they have shipped the item and provided the
                                    AWB number H60515332.

                                    Todays date is 17th August 2021. When i check the tracking status of my consignment it is just displaying "no data available".

                                    I am providing the snapshot of the tracking status that i see while tracking.
                                    I wanted to know where is my shipping ?

                                    There is no way found to contact dtdc.
                                    Please help
