Booked courier @vijaywada docket no v[protected]dtdc) in plus service on 7 feb but not delivered in time as reached @11 feb due to this we had loss of rs.10000, could the company tell us that who will bear the loss??
This happened every time we booked under plus service & that is very much disappointing.
You are requested to look into the matter and do appropriate action in this regard against company services.
Complaint done on 19 feb but no revert is there till march 1st.
Also, booking office is not responding regarding the same and has earlier taken the amount.
Kindly respond to our complaint at earliest and charge fine to the booking source and refund our amount. Was this information helpful? |
