DTDC Courier Company Complaints & Reviews

Hello, my complaint is regarding DTDC pattan.They refuse to deliver the parcel at door step, they send an SMS n ask to collect it from their office and also say i[censored] don't come we will return it to origin, Since DTDC means door to door courier then y doesn't it provide the service likewise, I'm really fed up with its service...

Booked courier @vijaywada docket no v[protected]dtdc) in plus service on 7 feb but not delivered in time as reached @11 feb due to this we had loss of rs.10000, could the company tell us that who will bear the loss??
This happened every time we booked under plus service & that is very much disappointing.
You are requested to look into the matter and do appropriate action in this regard against company services.
