Hello, my complaint is regarding DTDC pattan.They refuse to deliver the parcel at door step, they send an SMS n ask to collect it from their office and also say i[censored] don't come we will return it to origin, Since DTDC means door to door courier then y doesn't it provide the service likewise, I'm really fed up with its service Was this information helpful? |
