Dthconnect.com — after taking order not installing the product

As per the initial discussion with dthconnect executive through phone. They have agreed the connection should be installed in same day. Executive number which i called is [protected]. Initially they have called and provide the tariff details and shared the payment link through sms & whatapp.

There customer care number [protected] Called this number also multiple times.

As per there confirmation i have paid the amount Rs.2800 through online on 06/07/2019. Till now they haven't installed the connection. From that time onwards i am following up with them and not getting any proper response. I got call from local service provider but no one came and provide the connection.

Booked for dish tv new connection with full hd setup box. Booked package details there in the screen shot

I send mails to [protected]@dthconnect.com regarding the same, didn't get any reply from them.

Now i do not want to install the product from DTHConnect.com, They are also not refunding the amount.
