As per the initial discussion with dthconnect executive through phone. They have agreed the connection should be installed in same day. Executive number which i called is [protected]. Initially they have called and provide the tariff details and shared the payment link through sms & whatapp.

I wanted tata sky and called dthconnect spoke to afsana, she gave me 6 months option but i was not sure so took 1 month option. She asked me to pay full amount but agreed for partial payment later. I paid INR300 to dthconnect and as asked about discount they said they gave me INR 600 discount as well. Now i see the the technician again asking me for full amount and i was told that i need to pay inr 900 monthly. Which was not discussed it...

I had ordered dish tv connection on 2nd of march 2019 they said the installation would be done within 2-4hours it been dyas now they haven't called nor provided any information or details on the order.
Fraud queries
Before booking they used to call a thousand times but once they received the cash confirmation they started blocking the ordered web page & when i called them they said the installation would be done by today but...
