One of the hinges of my toilet seat is not working because of that my wc is not in soft mode. I have tried to fix it but it remain unsolved i have spoken with the technician and he told me that there is issues with the hinges. Request the goodself to please arrange for the new hinges as the wc is in warranty mode. I have purchased the same one year before
