I bought a shower cubical for duravit cost 12 Lakh and started facing problem from day one. Now after 2 year hardly used its features ie (jet, steam) started giving repairs. Service people ask for give us repair parts (how the hell a customer get a repair parts ) . They give you certain code no and order to dealer that take another 2 months and then a hard attack that for small that part you have to pay 1.75 Lakh. Otherwise they can't...
