Sir we are facing problem with our duravit urinal very frequently. Its get blocked very fluently. We are getting harassed, so please do rectify it asap.

As you are aware about the action on your complaint that technician has visited your site on very next day of your complaint and found the problem is related to improper installation & cleaning & use.

However, we have informed you to order new bottle trap to resolve the issue.

    Hello, i have purchased a washbasin of your company and after it was fitted now it appers crack on whole of the basin, kindly arrange your person to contact me as soon as possible and replace it as for the sake of the company reputation also.

      Urinal Sensor not working

      1 Nos our Urinal is not working even after replacing the battery it is not in operation. I need a service dealer who can rectify the problem ASAP.

        I bought a shower cubical for duravit cost 12 Lakh and started facing problem from day one. Now after 2 year hardly used its features ie (jet, steam) started giving repairs. Service people ask for give us repair parts (how the hell a customer get a repair parts ) . They give you certain code no and order to dealer that take another 2 months and then a hard attack that for small that part you have to pay 1.75 Lakh. Otherwise they can't do anything. Now costumer is stuck can't throw the huge item and nor replace the parts. in 2 Lkh we can built a huge marble steam room. While buying they promise for quality and durability for life (I counted for at least 10-15 years) but this fast never expected. My request to Ahemdabad will fall in def ear . Can anybody guide me on this what to do now so new customer does not come in there charm and buy this white elephant.
