      Dear Sir/Mam,

      I had been using Duravit commode for two of my bathrooms and the quality is so bad that it has now turned yellow and stinks a lot.

      I didn't expect this sort of a quality from a brand like Duravit. I would definitely want to raise this as a serious concern as this is of poor quality than the cheaper ones in the market.
      Paying a hefty price for the product and facing such issues is totally unacceptable.

      I kindly request you to replace both of the seat covers asap with no additional cost.
      Pl take this up with Duravit and company and do the needful.

        I have complaints against the duravit commode which they claim to be of high quality and durability. They don't stand by it and fool us customers. I bought Duravit commodes and got them fixed in my house 8 years back. Within 2 years, one of the commode got a big crack and had to be replaced. As it was within the 5 year warranty period they replaced it but now 3 years after another commode has the same issue where the commode has got a huge crack from the bottom and has to be replaced but it will not be done as they said over the phone call it is out of the warranty period. I want to know how will you solve my issue?

        It has not even been 10 years from the time I got them and already have so much issues. Why does Duravit claim themselves to be manufactured by experts because the quality really sucks. Furthermore, it is very expensive. How do you expect this to be resolved?

              I purchased durastyle ware ( 6910) w/HUNG +S/cover on 11 jun2021.
              Product was installed after 5 months. And covered properly until furniture work completed.
              Yesterday, removed all the covered and found that inner part of seat cover was cracked. We have not used this even for single day. This showing poor quality of this product. Please take action and inquiry about this product and kindly replace this.

                  I have purchased Duravit stark 3 toilet with inbuilt jet. After installing, it was found that the jet was not functioning properly. A complaint number CAS#43288 was made. A technician visited without required tools and now he is on leave. The company has no substitute for him!

                    Duravit western toilet seat cover hinge is broken, need to replace the hinge as soon possible and Duravit wash basin sink got few cracks so please register my complaint and send your technician as early as possible.

                            I live in Pashan Pune. Had raised a complaint regarding soft release of commode. CAS No./SFA No. 39876. Job sheet number 521/06 on 28th May.
                            The service technician-Mr. Nirakar Das, while attending to my problem damaged my commode seat and now says that whenever i happen to come to Pashan to attend to another complaint i will attend to this damaged seat.
                            I have been following up with him over the phone but Mr. Das has not looked into the issue yet. I called customer care[protected] and the customer care rep. actually connived with the technician and said the same that whenever the technician will come over to Pashan only then the damaged seat can be looked into. Till then the customer can only sit helplessly doing nothing. Sad to say that there is no escalation line within Duravit with whom i can escalate the issue.

                                    Ref: model DURA [protected], toile seat and cover

                                    Soft closing toilet seat and cover color had been changed to yellow color. This is happened to all 5 toilet seats in 4 year span of time.

                                    We urgently need DURAVIT to remove the stains with their technical team and let us know why this happening. My each toilet seat and cover cost Rs 14k+ ! How come a costly seat cover got this problem while local brand seat cover, costing Rs 2k, has no such issues

                                    Fyi, we are not apply any chemical and harsh material on costly sanitary products and on its accessories. Since we spent lots money in duravit products we are very much taking care ! Pls urgently sent your technician to resolve this problem
