The Gas agency is not providing the urban consumer with proper booking and home delivery facility. They stock the cylinders 5 KM away from the office and ask the consumer to fetch the same. The consumer had to pay extra 50-100 rupees for transportation of the cylinders. there always seems to be shortage of cylinders and various excuses for unavailability. unable to provide booking and home delivery. people have to stand in line for hours for booking and cash payment.
