Durga Gas Agency — delay in delivery gas cylinder

I am a consumer of the Bharat Gas Agency and my gas agency name is Durga gas agency, Karol Bagh. New Delhi. My (consumer no) is 14869. I Booked for refill cylinder on 20 February 2015 through phone and I got a reference No.[protected]. They did not deliver the refill cylinder till 18 March 2015. I have many times complaint to Durga gas agency but they did not any respond, every times they told me that next day your cylinder will come. I am being harrashed by the Durga Gas agency. Till now cylinder is not delivered. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.
