The mattress i have purchased from duroflex is giving back pain though it is not damaged from anywhere but there must be some fault in manufacturing. To resolve this issue i have wrote an email to customer care and they inform me that there team will visit in 4-5 working days to inspect the mattress. It's already crossed 10 days and no from them has approached so far.
Consumer grievance redressal is pathetic. I don;t this they are going to tke any action on this. Hence through this forum i would like to convey others not to believe them and better looks for other option. Was this information helpful? |
