I bought a duroflex mattress 2 years back. The mattress is faulty and has issues with the make. I opened a ticket with duroflex to replace/repair the mattress as it is within the warranty period. The customer care doesn't have an sla in resolving these tickets and everytime i call i get a vague response. It has been a month since i lodged the ticket and no response from duroflex yet.
