I had purchased a Duroflex Flexi - Lightweight Travel Friendly Slim Mattress (Blue) × 1 on 27/07/2021 and made online payment. But till date not received the product nor any update on my order.
I have sent mails to [protected]@duroflexworld.com but not received any update of my order.
Also Unable to trace/track my order on your website it has been more than 10 days from placing order and payment but till date no update on delivery status.
