DXN India — horrible experience indo canadian business class bus from delhi to manali on 29.5.18

We went from Delhi to Manali by your business class bus on 29 May 2018. Bus no was 2221. It was horrible experience.We were 4 senior citizens all o[censored]s were in serious trouble due to your bus and bad behaviour of staff. The following were serious concerns:
1. Bus stand was very dirty no place to wait and no body to guide. No repersentative of indo canadian.
2. Bus was late by more than 2 hours. All passengers were almost crying.
3. Bus was in very bad shape. We call it condemn bus.
4. Nothing was working. TV, music, foot rest, dirty and unlean seats, cracks here and there, suspension making noise.
5. Bus stands were not advised and stops were not good. Very dirty and low class. Not suiting the level of premium passensgers.
6. Rude behaviour of staff. They were wearing very dirty dresses and shouting and laughing. No interaction with passengers.
7. Bus stand at Manali also very dirty.
8. No help in loading the baggage. Passengers were loading them selves. Even the dicky of bus was full of dirt. All our baggages god damaged and became terribly dirt.
9. I can give you the names and contacts of other passengers to verify my concerns.
10 We had booked all 4 seats for return journey on 4 June but cancelled due to horrible experience. We saved money as well as beautifull experience in Himachal volvo.
11. You are reqested to refund our full amount for onward and return journey without any deduction. In fact you should add to compensate for our discomfort and delay. You may do it in kind or cash.
12. You will earn very bad name is you do not compensate as all the passengers are premium class and well connected. You will loose big business by word of mouth negative publicity.
13 PLEASE TAKE IT AS POSITIVE FEED BACK - IT WILL HELP YOU TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU TAKE CUSTOMER CARE
