We have bought one insurance plan from dymaje, dated 21-11-21 and order no. 95581, formy samsung M51 phone. The Invoice details clearly mentions the details of selected plan as –“ 100% refund on any damage ( physical, accidental, liquid) repair bill of one year”
And my reason also covers under accidental damage
Today due to an accident the phone screen got damaged. when reported to dymaje for repair they denied the claim by calling it as customer failure to follow direction of the rules .
It was a pure case of accident and can not be ruled out as customer’s failure to follow direction of the rules and conditions of the policy.
