We have bought one insurance plan from dymaje, dated 21-11-21 and order no. 95581, formy samsung M51 phone. The Invoice details clearly mentions the details of selected plan as –“ 100% refund on any damage ( physical, accidental, liquid) repair bill of one year”
And my reason also covers under accidental damage

Today due to an accident the phone screen got damaged. when reported to dymaje for repair they denied...

I have purchased the mobile insurance and paid the full insurance amount to your company with order id 93298 but when I need to get the claim of my mobile there is no response from the company end not from mobile and also not from email.

2. I purchased insurance from DymajeCare on 17/12/2019 for Rs. 3, 757/- (Rupees Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty-Seven Only)

3. On 15/01/2020 while I was traveling in car with my husband from home, the phone...

When i tried to claim the insurance they say i have to register in 24 hrs t and neither you are giving me option for 2nd claim as said in the policy.
I was enquiring about your policies to you but your contact number were not working due to your technical issues so i was submitting request for enquiry from your portal. I even asked for what is my exact policy number to claim but you responded after 1-2 days. I have record for that....
