E Bay — Defective Product Delivery | |||||
I've purchased Sony Xperia M4 Aqua from E Bay on July 10th 2015 by paying Rs. 20, 594/-. After using few days I realized that that the phone has some flaws (Camera problems, SD card slot broken, Wi Fi connectivity, hotspot errors). I have contacted E Bay ( after the 10 days of my delivered date)saying the same and asked for refund of my money. They transferred it to E bay guarantee claim and said either you can get refund/replacement which was followed by a call from the representative within 4-5 days. I did not receive a call for one week, I've sent many mails in that and never got a reply. After a week they sent an e mail recklessly stating that your equest for replacement/refund was rejected and you have to go for a service center for the repair. They informed that replacements and refunds are allowed for one month from E-bay guarantee claim. How can I go to service center for the newly purchased mobile? They have to taken care of everything for the faltu product delivery. This product also looks like some cheap product and not from Sony. This was totally unfair and I need justice for the large amount of money I have paid. Was this information helpful? | |||||
