E-Bay — Non return of Material or Money

I ordered for aBSNLPenta Tablet Is703c 7"Android onFebruary 14, 2013vide Order No. [protected] for Rs. 6, 800.00. I am deeply disappointed to bring to your notice that the product received by me was defective and I contacted the company immediately. I was requested by your company to courier the defective product back to process a refund or replacement. I sent the product back via India Post on [enter date]. However, I have followed up several times with the company, but even after 6 months, no action has been taken in this regard
