My ebay ID is nksp86
This is regarding the refund claims for my order with seller india_k_stamps (PaisaPay ID [protected], Date of transaction 25/02/2016).
I have received a notification from you telling that my refund claims are put on hold.
The buyer has marked the items as shipped on 26/02/2016.
But the tracking ID of the shipment shows that the item was shipped on 04/03/2016. (Please refer to attached image)
This means that the items were shipped much after the completion of the deadline of 5 days after the payment was made and after I opened ebay guarantee claim for these items on 03/03/2015 (Claim ID 1759904, 1759922 etc).
In such a case, I am automatically qualified for a refund according to the PaisaPay rules as the seller has not shipped the items within 5 days of payment.
Therefore, I want to ask you why my claim has been put on hold?
I do not want to deal with buyers like these who give misleading information and hence request you to ask the buyer to recall the shipment.
I have been buying from many sellers on ebay from the past month and and for the first time I have had such a horrible experience.
I hope you will approve my refund claim and uphold the rights of a consumer.
